One thing that the golden era of bodybuilding had nailed down was the aesthetics. The bodybuilders, though huge, were visually pleasing.  They had that crazy V-taper, a particularly sought after trait, where they would have an amazing ratio of their shoulders to the waist. If you too admire the V-taper, ensure you add this exercise to your routine. 

However, that slowly started disappearing in the modern day bodybuilding, when it suddenly became all about size and mass monsters, who would have significantly more muscle, but that came at the cost of aesthetics.

Their huge protruding bellies even became a subject of criticism of modern day bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger. But Hurray! The classic physique is back and has started gaining prominence, while also bringing back the Golden Era of bodybuilding.  

The V-taper is back in fashion and athletes are building their physiques to get the classic look. And there is a new Polish IFBB pro who may just have the tiniest waist in modern-day bodybuilding.

He recently won his IFBB pro card and will soon hit the bigger stages and gain prominence.

I can definitely see him go head to head with the new age bodybuilding pros on the big stage soon, and bring a new level of competition and in-turn entertainment for the classic bodybuilding fans.
