Scott Styris Walks Out Of Commentary Booth After Losing A Bet During India-New Zealand Match

By now, everyone knows India picked up their second victory against New Zealand at Mohali on Sunday. But what most people, who didn’t bother watching the match, don’t know is that Scott Styris left the commentary booth during the first innings.

Here’s what happened:

The ex-New Zealand cricketer was criticising MS Dhoni’s decision to give Kedar Jadhav a bowl saying, “I will walk out of the commentary box, and take the first flight to New Zealand if Jadhav takes a wicket today.”

The off-spinner managed to pick up three wickets and, true to his word, Styris got up and left the commentary box the moment he took his first.

Will he return for the fourth ODI? We wonder where Styris is now?
