Gautam Gambhir Just Turned Into A Godfather To 25 Indian Families andamp We Cant Thank Him Enough

Shah Rukh Khan could be the reason behind Kolkata Knight Riders' global acclaim. Besides, of course, a once popular face of the team—Sourav Ganguly (of removing-my-tshirt and bare chested fame). But off late, the IPL giant has been in the news because of a hearty soul—Gautam Gambhir. The team's front-runner just made major headlines recently, for extending help in educating a few unfortunate children who happen to be kids of the 25 CRPF soldiers, that succumbed to their injuries in the Sukma Naxal attack. However, just yesterday, he plunged further. He's now pledged to donate his prize money for winning the Man-of-the-Match on Friday evening, towards the same cause.

As tweeted by the official account of the Indian Premier League—Gautam Gambhir is seen conversing with Ravi Shastri and mentioning his noble initiative. Watch the video here!

If you weigh this cricketer's heart in gold, you might sell it out for a few hundred millions. Besides, here's a shout out to all the affected families—our hearts are with you and all powers combined, we know each one of you will do absolutely fine! And as for Mr. Gambhir—we can't thank you enough, big man.
