A lot of you may have forgotten 'Pokemon Go'. Yes, the AR game that took the entire world by storm in 2016 when it launched.
We're sure a lot of you would have played the game very seriously at some point or the other. But do you know what's real dedication? It's this grandpa -
That's right. He's using all those phones to play 'Pokemon Go', that too in 2019. Not that people don't play the game anymore, but playing with so much dedication? Seriously, we've never seen someone taking the game so seriously.
He's a 70-year-old Taiwanese grandpa named Chen San-yuan, and he's currently spending all his waking hours carrying all these phones to catch Pokemon. You'd find him in the streets of Taiwan either on a bicycle or by himself carrying the huge rig.
Chen indulges in fortune telling during the day and in the evening, you'll find him going to parks and other places in the city hunting for Pokemon. Apparently, he took it up as a hobby, and he's been hooked since then. He is said to have captured 45 million Pokemon! Ash Ketchum, who?
He apparently spends thousands of dollars per month on the game to master it. The expenses include buying new phones, in-app purchases, and more. Chen also keeps external batteries and charging cables on him to enjoy the game when he's out.
Recently, Chen was also named as the ambassador of Taiwanese brand ASUS as he is said to use 20 Zenfone Max Pro M2 phones among others for his Pokemon adventures. He also revealed that his favourite Pokemon is the big, cuddly giant Snorlax.
