ISLAMABAD: Pakistanis will feel the pinch of increased petrol prices on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 as the Ministry of Finance announced it had accepted a summary of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) to raise prices of petroleum products.

The price of diesel has also been hiked by Rs 2.25 and kerosene by Rs 3.10 per litre, according to the notification from the finance ministry. 

Petrol will now be available for Rs 116.60 per litre, light diesel Rs 84.51 per litre and Kerosene will now be sold at Rs 99.45 per litre. 

OGRA had recommended to the Petroleum Division to increase prices of petroleum related products for the month of January 2020, on Monday.
