The weekend could not have been more well-timed as the Supreme Court turned a kind eye towards the outlets at Gurgaon’s most popular culture hubs. Cyber Hub has finally gotten a clean chit to serve alcohol once again.

34 outlets, including popular venues like Soi 7, The Beer Café and Cyber Social, have started serving alcohol in the hood, thanks to the Excise Commissioner, Chandigarh, who gave them a clean chit. The liquor ban that was implemented about a month ago caused restaurants and pubs to face major footfalls in sales due to an absence of alcohol. The ban was lifted yesterday, Thursday and some of the outlets have started their alcohol services.

This means that you don’t need to go all out of the way to Delhi just to get a pint of beer at a nice pub anymore. Cyber hub is back and will soon be thriving, now that the liquor ban has been lifted. No more dry weekends for Gurgaon bodies who don’t like to venture out too much.
