External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj sent the internet into an overdrive after her tweet on Wednesday. She wrote “I am in AIIMS because of kidney failure. Presently, I am on dialysis. I am undergoing tests for a kidney transplant. Lord Krishna will bless.” The minister who is known to connect with public on Twitter is now getting substantial support from people, some of them even offering their kidneys for the transplant.
