SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR starring NTR Jr, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn is eagerly awaited by the audience across the regions in India.
The film is expected to continue SS Rajamouli’s dream run at the box office after the massive success of his last two films, Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
However, the only roadblock that it may face at the ticket window is the historic blockbuster of the year, Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files.

Made on a small budget of Rs 15 crore, The Kashmir Files surprised almost everyone with its grand box office collections.

The film competed with the likes of big-budget romantic period drama Radhe Shyam starring Prabhas and masala entertainer Bachchhan Paandey starring Akshay Kumar.
Surprisingly, both Radhe Shyam and Bachchhan Paandey failed to keep up with the box office juggernaut that is The Kashmir Files and flopped with Prabhas starrer turning out to be one of the biggest disasters of all time in the history of Indian cinema.
Now, The Kashmir Files will enter the third week of its release and will face RRR.
It has to be now seen if the SS Rajamouli directorial will be able to put an end to the record-breaking box office run of The Kashmir Files or if it will join Radhe Shyam and Bachchhan Paandey and turn out to be a damp squib.

Considering, The Kashmir Files did see a dip in its collection on its second Tuesday and Wednesday, it is speculated that the film won’t be much of a threat to RRR.

But, one can’t rule out the possibility of the Mithun Chakraborty starrer surprising again and collecting well in its third weekend.
The movie has, so far, collected Rs 200 crores in 13 days of its release, and it will now all depend on how RRR performs in Hindi markets, and that will decide if The Kashmir Files will be able to add another Rs 100 crore in its grand collection and hit Rs 300 crore mark or not.
Despite facing a huge opponent in RRR, one thing is for sure and it's that the third weekend will still be good considering it overperformed in its second week earning over Rs 100 crore.
There are also high chances that The Kashmir Files may end up with collections over Rs 250 crore by the end of its third weekend.

As for SS Rajamouli’s RRR’s box office prospects, the sky's the limit.

Whatever you eat ultimately reflects in your skin and hair.

While some foods are good for your hair and improve its health and appearance, there are some others that mess up your mane. The root cause of your hair loss could be a food item you may love.
    © iStock
We got in touch with an expert to discuss foods that are actually bad for hair and can even cause multiple hair loss problems in men like alopecia areata, male pattern baldness, telogen effluvium.

Janvi Chitalia, Integrative Gut Microbiome Health Coach and Functional Medicine Nutritionist, says “Zinc deficiency is related to alopecia as it aids in hair follicle recovery and is an inhibitor for the weakening of hair follicles.”
    View this post on Instagram
She also listed down foods that can make the hair problems worse and people struggling from hair loss and hair fall should cut down on.

    Take a look.
    1. Sugar © iStock
Sugar intake causes inflammation and spikes blood sugar levels which damage hair follicles and aggravate hair loss. Also, insulin resistance causes diabetes which leads to poor blood circulation which hampers the nutrients from reaching the scalp for healthy hair.

    2. Alcohol © iStock
Consumption and excess alcohol are never good for your skin, body or hair.

It hurts the protein component in the hair called Keratin and dampens the effect of protein synthesis which weakens the hair follicles ultimately leading to hair fall.
    3. Fried & Junk Food © iStock
Foods that are low on nutrient density and high in saturated fats can make the scalp increase its elevated testosterone levels which can in turn increase DHT levels. Increased DHT levels can cause alopecia areata which is an autoimmune condition

    4. Fish With High Mercury Levels © iStock
An increase in fish consumption can lead to an increase in mercury levels in the body. Fish that are high in levels of mercury are swordfish, mackerel and tuna so better limit the intake of these fish to keep your hair healthy.

    5. Raw Eggs © iStock
While applying raw eggs on hair does wonders for dull and drab strands, eating them might not be such a good idea. Raw eggs are rich in choline but they have very less biotin content.

Biotin is an essential B vitamin that prevents hair fall and impacts the strength of hair follicles. So, it’s better to keep them for topical use and eat cooked eggs instead if you are struggling with hair loss already.

Summer is finally here and with summer comes heat, humidity and excessive sweating. The result? Your skin takes a beating.
The harsh UV rays from the sun make your skin lose its natural lustre and make it tanned. The trapped sweat in your pores and beard makes your skin greasy, itchy and irritated, causing buildup that leads to problems like acne, dry skin and breakouts.
But just because it's summer does not mean you should be stuck with ‘bad skin’ for months. All you need to do is alter your skincare routine to suit the warmer months.

While women are more open to changing their skincare routine as per what the season demands, many men still choose to stick to the slapdash approach of just dabbing in some moisturizer and finishing it with sunscreen.

But your skin needs more than just sunscreen in the summer months. In fact, men are more prone to breakouts and clogged pores since they have larger pores on their skin.
But don’t sweat it, we have got you covered. Here are Vedaearth’s top 5 summer skincare products that will help you maintain a healthy glow this season.
    1.  Tea Tree Face & Hair Mist You can’t control the urge to wash your face every time you start sweating more in the summer. This practice saps the natural oil from your skin making it look dull, lifeless and dehydrated.
Use a tea tree face mist to breathe life into your dull skin, keep it hydrated and treat active acne. Tea tree also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that help calm redness and inflammation.
The best part about this face mist is that it doubles up as a hair mist as well and will help keep the buildup of dead and flaky skin in check that often leads to dandruff.

    2.   Anti-Acne Face Pack Combo The trapped sweat in your skin pores leads to breakouts in summer. This Anti-Acne Face Pack and Facial Oil Combo will work as your daily essential therapy for glowing, flawless acne-free skin.
Infused with the healing goodness of Juniper berry, Lemongrass, Neem, Turmeric and more, this specialized combo is a preventive to fight pimples, lighten scars and provide aftercare by reducing pigmentation.

Emraan Hashmi is collaborating with Akshay Kumar for the first time in Karan Johar’s upcoming film Selfiee directed by Good Newwz director Raj Mehta.
However, there’s another factor that connects the two actors and that is the role of underworld don Shoaib in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai film franchise.

In the first part, Emraan Hashmi played the iconic role and immortalised it. Three years later, Akshay replaced Emraan and played an older version of the character in Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara.

This isn’t all. Emraan Hashmi also revealed in his book, which he wrote after his son Ayaan’s recovery from cancer, The Kiss Of Life - How A Superhero & My Son Defeated Cancer that he met Akshay for the first time at an Eid party right before the release of Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara.

Emraan wrote in his book how Akshay had told him that whoever he’s met they have stated that both the actors are quite alike in nature, discipline and the way they lead their life. At this point, Emraan also joked that they also have another thing in common, the character of Shoaib.

Emraan further revealed that a year after their first meeting, when his son Ayaan was recovering post this first surgery, Akshay was of great help. He revealed how he received a text message from Akshay that read, “Hi, this is Akshay Kumar. Please call when you're free.”
Emraan immediately called him and Akshay asked softly, "Hi Emraan, is it true what I read about your son?, “Yes. We have gotten the tumour removed successfully. Couldn't save the kidney so that was extracted as well,” replied Emraan.
“How long are you going to be there at the hospital? I'll come there,” Akshay then asked. To which, a touched Emraan replied, “No sir, it's okay. Things are under control. Besides, you must be tied up with work.”
Akshay then obliged and added, “If you need anything, I am a phone call away, okay? I know some good doctors and facilities. Kuch bhi chahiye bata de.”

Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is currently basking in the record-breaking success of his latest release, The Kashmir Files.
The film was released on March 11 on limited screens and opened to huge critical acclaim. With each passing day, the movie witnessed a jump at the box office and has now entered the Rs 200 crore club in the domestic market, beating Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi.
View this post on InstagramFor the unversed, The Kashmir Files is based on the true incident of the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990 during the Kashmir insurgency and features Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, Darshan Kumar among others in pivotal roles.

On being asked about the future of the  'Files' franchise, he shared, "Coming up next is The Delhi Files and then I am done with the Files trilogy. No power on earth and no amount of money can persuade me to turn the Files into a franchise. It was always meant to be a trilogy. Nothing can change that. Those who know me from before would know that I’ve been making the films that I want to make for the last ten years. I am the last person who is going to think, ‘The audience is addicted to the franchise, so let’s make one more.’ I will never do that".
Revealing that the 'Files' will be closed after The Delhi Files, Agnihotri added, "The Trilogy was planned as a trilogy. One day I was looking the three pillars of democracy: truth, justice and life. The Files trilogy was born from this tenet. The Tashkent Files was about the right to truth. The Kashmir Files is about the right to justice. The Delhi Files will be on the right to life. The fourth pillar of democracy is the audience. Let them decide what they want to see".

MS Dhoni, the most capped skipper in IPL history, has decided to give up Chennai Super Kings (CSK), with immediate effect. The CSK talisman, who guided the Chennai-based outfit to four IPL titles, has picked all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja as his successor.
The reigning IPL champions will begin their title defence against last year’s runners-up Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Saturday (March 26) at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.

Dhoni was in the twilight phase of his career and the discussions as to who should take the leadership mantle from him were already doing rounds but this decision has taken the whole cricketing world by surprise.

Ever since he called time on his international cricket on August 15, 2019, everybody was aware that this decision was in the pipeline. But nobody knew it would come like this, with only a couple of days left in the opening encounter of IPL 2022.
    Official Statement #WhistlePodu #Yellove @msdhoni @imjadeja
    — Chennai Super Kings (@ChennaiIPL) March 24, 2022
“MS Dhoni has decided to hand over the leadership of Chennai Super Kings and picked Ravindra Jadeja to lead the team,” read a statement on CSK’s official website.
“Jadeja, who has been an integral part of Chennai Super Kings since 2012, will only be the third player to lead CSK. Dhoni will continue to represent Chennai Super Kings this season and beyond,” it stated.

But then, one shouldn’t be surprised by Dhoni’s move. After all, this was not the first time he had dropped a bombshell like this. Those who have followed his professional career know that he loves making surprise decisions.

Whether it was his decision to retire from Test cricket in the middle of the series in Australia or the sudden announcement of international retirement on India’s Independence Day, the former India skipper has traversed this path many times before.

Obviously, fans were shocked and they described it as the end of an era. But they understood the rationale behind his decision.

Soon the micro-blogging site was flooded with hundreds of posts as fans thanked their ‘Thala’ for his remarkable leadership that made CSK the second most successful franchise in the league.
