    With the stars doing everything to keep the wedding under wraps, it has created huge intrigue around the whole wedding.
    I mean, that's how we humans are programmed, right? If you bar us from doing something, weirdly enough, that's what we want to be doing.
    At least most of us.

    The grand wedding is being attended by around 120 people with many top Bollywood stars not even on the invite list.

    Now, just like most of us who missed it, looks like an international condom brand, Durex, too, was not extended an invite to the royal affair.
    However, unlike most of us, Durex clearly did not take things lying down.
    Instead, it lived to its reputation of cracking the most hilarious jokes at the expense of others.
    Putting up a post on Instagram regarding Vicky and Katrina's wedding, Durex India said, "You have to got to be kidding, if we are not invited."

    As we comprehend, this was clearly an indication of the wedding night or Suhaag Raat, an Indian ritual that refers to the first night of marriage.
    Well, whatever Durex did there, it sure was freaking hilarious, and we're sure both Vicky and Kaushal will take it in the same spirit as it was intended.
    The lavish wedding is clearly an event unlike any other and has been the subject of much talk because of the grandness of it as well as with relation to how the guests are requested to follow some strict rules.

Some of the rules include no disclosure of wedding attendance, no photography, no sharing pictures on social media, no sharing location on social media, no contact with the outside world till you leave the venue, all photos to be published only after approval from the wedding planners and no reels or videos can be made at the wedding venue.

    According to a report in Bollywood Life, ‘Vicky isn't too pleased with all the stringent rules being enforced in the wedding, especially with the no-show of the media, but it's the bride who's having the final say.’  
    A source told the portal, ‘the actor would have dearly wanted all the publicity that usually accompanies such a high-profile wedding and not just the hearsay that various publications and digital portals are having a field day publishing.     The report further states that Vicky wanted a different venue but it didn’t work out his way. Katrina wanted to hide from the media glare as she has always been a part of the gossip circles because of her earlier relationships. Vicky, on the other hand, has never drawn crazy media attention because of his past relationships.

    When Sourav Ganguly took charge of the world’s most powerful cricket board on October 23, 2019, it was celebrated in a huge manner.
    For the first time we were seeing a BCCI election drawing so much attention. And why wouldn’t it be, after decades of being ruled either by the politicians like Sharad Pawar or industrialists like N. Srinivasan, we were witnessing a change in trend.

    After the turn of the century, for the first time we were witnessing a former India cricketer taking charge as the BCCI president. During his playing days, Ganguly was credited with changing the face of Indian cricket with his aggressive captaincy.

    Who can forget his iconic celebration, where he took off his t-shirt and waved it from the Lord’s balcony, after India defeated England in the NatWest Trophy final in 2002. That image has been etched in the minds of Indian cricket fans forever.

    And when he took charge as the BCCI boss, the same was expected of him. People thought, just like he did while leading the Indian team, he would change the face of the BCCI which was garnering headlines for all the wrong reasons at the time. People knew that he wouldn’t shy away from taking tough decisions, if need be.

    And the recent sacking of Virat Kohli from the ODI captaincy establishes this fact. Had there been any other BCCI president, sacking the Indian skipper against his wish wouldn’t have been this easy.
    Not just Indian cricket, Kohli is the face of sports in general. He is the most followed cricketer in the world and there’s no debating that any other president wouldn’t have dared go against the personality like him.

    Perhaps Kohli was also under this very impression that nobody could touch him and that’s why he ignored the 48-hour ultimatum given by the BCCI to “voluntarily step down” from his leadership role in the 50-over format.

    He must have thought that the like yesteryears even the current regime would never take such an extreme step. Also, Kohli didn’t take BCCI’s ultimatum seriously because somewhere deep down his mind he knew that India have an impeccable 50-over record under his leadership and the board would be bombarded with questions left, right and centre if they sacked him.

    Ganguly was never in favour of Shastri becoming the head coach of the Indian cricket team. When he was a part of the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) alongside Sachin Tendulkar and VVS Laxmanm, he played a key role in his former teammate Anil Kumble getting the Team India head coach job over Ravi Shastri.

    After being denied the top job, Shastri publicly blamed Ganguly and described the whole selection process as ‘disrespectful’.

    It can’t be a mere coincidence that now when Shastri is gone, Ganguly is making a host of changes – bringing in his favoured persons at the key positions from Rahul Dravid to VVS Laxman and now Sharma.

    One possible reason could be Ganguly perhaps learned from the infamous Kumble saga and wants to make sure that the history doesn’t repeat itself.

    Seems like the question has been answered through the notes published by Warner Bros that confirm fans’ speculations of Priyanka Chopra essaying the role of 'adult Sati'. 
    The role that was previously played by Tanveer K. Atwal in The Matrix Revolutions will now be seen played by none other than the global sensation Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
    Warner Bros. went ahead and described her role as, “a young woman with a wisdom that belies her years and an ability to see the truth, no matter how murky the waters." And honestly, we can’t think it could be cast better than that.

He is seen as the protector of the Gond tribe after a young girl from the tribe is captured by the British. Ram Charan is introduced as a cop working for the British.
    Alia plays the role of Sita in the movie and we get to see a powerful glimpse of her in the trailer. The clip also features Ajay Devgn who is seen as the embodiment of strength. We are also impressed by Shriya Saran’s expressions in the trailer. 
    People have given the trailer a big thumbs up and are appreciating SS Rajamouli for creating such a great cinematic experience. People are thrilled to see the actors nail the parts and are appreciating the high-octane action sequences.

    Virat Kohli has been removed (read sacked) from the ODI captaincy by the BCCI and the national selectors, who have handed over the reins to Rohit Sharma.
    For those who follow Indian cricket closely, this news didn’t come as a huge surprise but for Kohli fans, their whole world came shattering.

    Although somewhere deep in their heart they knew that after the T20 World Cup heartbreak, the chances of Kohli keeping his 50-over job were very slim but still they hoped that the BCCI wouldn’t dare go against one of their main assets.

    While the ‘Hitman’ fans were over the moon after the BCCI announcement, the Kohli’s massive fanbase was engulfed in agony. They couldn’t believe that their favourite cricketer, who is regarded by many as the modern-day Bradman, could be treated like this by the Indian cricket board.

    While announcing his decision to step down from the T20I captaincy, the Indian talisman had clearly conveyed to the BCCI that he had no intention of relinquishing his 50-over role anytime soon and was looking forward to leading the side in the 2023 ODI World Cup at home.

    For a skipper who guided India to so many memorable victories across formats in the last couple of years since taking over the reins from two-time World Cup winning captain MS Dhoni, he certainly deserved a better treatment from the BCCI top brass.
