    Polygamy, as a concept is rather... interesting. 
    Not just because it allows one to have multiple partners but because it is a concept that not many people are generally open to, especially after having been conditioned to the idea of ‘one perfect soulmate’.

    Most men are pretty low maintenance when it comes to skincare.

    The tiny holes on your face are what you call pores that let the skin release sweat and sebum which is important. Men have a larger pore size than their female counterparts. 

    The problem here is open and large pores equal more acne problems, accumulation of dirt, blackheads and an unappealing look. 
    Exfoliation can help clear pores.

    Because of the larger pores and more sebum glands present in men, sebum production is also more. 

    It means that men’s skin has higher oil levels and thus your face may appear shinier and oilier than women around you. 
    Although the natural oils keep your skin from drying out, they can lead to more acne.

    Needless to say, a man’s skin is about 20% thicker than a woman’s. 

    You might have noticed that the skin on your face is firmer and firmer and tighter than that of a woman. That is why a woman’s skincare products won’t have any effect on you.

    Thanks to the thickness of the skin, a man’s skin is seldom sensitive to environmental aggressors or a new product. 

    However, regular shaving can make it stressed and more to irritation since it exposes the uppermost layer of the skin. 
    This causes more razor burns and easy irritation and itching problems. Make sure you moisturise your face properly after a shave.

    Men have an advantage of ageing at a constant rate. Although they lose collagen while they are much younger, the ageing signs aren't as prominent as on women.

    The visuals of a cricket fan talking on a phone with his mouth full of ‘Gutka’ on the opening day of the first Test between India and New Zealand went viral on social media. 

    His viral image was turned into hilarious memes and was widely circulated on various social networking sites as people laughed at his expense and trolled him for the next two days.

    The name of the viral cricket fan is Shobit Pandey and he is not embarrassed that people are making fun of him online because for him he didn’t do anything wrong. 

    He returned to the stands the next day carrying a placard which had “Eating tobacco is a bad habit”, written in Hindi. 
    But don’t be misled by his placard, as he is not planning to distance himself from Gutka. He only wanted to clarify that he was eating betel nut, not tobacco as reported by multiple media platforms.

    “First of all, I would like to clarify that I wasn't eating tobacco. I was eating betel nut and was on call in with my friend, who was also watching the match in the same stadium but in a different stand,” Pandey told news agency ANI. 

    “It was just a call of almost ten seconds and it went viral. My friend whom I was talking to was the one who broke the news to me that the video has gone viral. It went like a fire,” he added. 
    But, the only thing that he has a problem with is some morons who are needlessly targeting his sister and “passing nasty comments” about her, who had accompanied him to the stadium on the opening day and was seen sitting next to him in the viral video.

    “I didn't do anything wrong, that is why I am not scared or embarrassed about this. I am just concerned that some people are passing nasty comments about my sister.     One can understand that people found the visuals funny and shared a laugh but it was disgusting to know that some people just don’t know where to draw the line. 

    It’s perhaps the biggest drawback of social media that people aren’t afraid and don’t think twice before saying nasty things about anyone because they think there will be no consequences whatsoever.

    Horror has been a genre that hasn’t been tackled well in Hindi cinema for decades. The bad storylines, abysmal CGI and stories with no backbone simply add to the misery of this particular genre. 
    However, Nushrratt Bharuccha’s Chhorii, just like Stree, is nothing like most horror movies we have seen in the past in Bollywood. 
    It’s a movie with a cause and a story that needed to be told with a horror element. 
    The film, which is a Hindi remake of the award-winning and critically acclaimed 2017 Marathi film Lapachhapi, has been helmed by Vishal Furia, who also directed the original
    Here’s the trailer: 

    In the film, Nushrratt Bharuccha plays a pregnant woman who is forced to go into hiding and lands up in a house of horrors with its hidden mystery. 
    If you think the trailer was worth the watch, we can guarantee you that the movie will leave an impact on you. 
    The underlying theme of the movie is to do with female liberation and how women who were tormented for ages finally find their calling. 
    Without giving away any spoilers, the powerful ending of the movie will leave a cathartic effect on you and will compel you to think about society’s evil practices.

    In the movie, the motifs and the metaphors have been used very intelligently as the director decided to show a field of sugarcane as the society that chokes you with its expectations leaving no way out. 

    The horror house is used as a mirror to make you realize that some evil practices are still needed to be dealt with and we all have to come together for the cause.

    There are jump scares in the movie but its delayed attempt at building up the climax is the only shortcoming that the movie fell prey to. However, it doesn’t take away any credit from the director and the actors as they give a stellar performance. 
    Goes without saying that Nushrratt Bharuccha gives a solid performance in Chhorii, which has given her a chance to show the versatile capabilities she has as an actor. She has evolved through the years and her emotions are the anchor to the developments in the story. 
    Mita Vashisht also puts up a strong act. Saurabh Goyal and Rajesh Jais also play their parts commendably.

    We totally recommend the movie and not just us, people on social media are also rooting for the movie. 
    People are appreciating Nushratt’s performance and they are impressed by the fresh take the film displays on the horror genre. Some are even calling it 2021’s best movie, so far.
