One prequel and 14 books later, The Wheel of Time is finally coming to a big screen, all thanks to Amazon Prime Video.  This potential hit is an adaptation of Robert Jordan’s fantasy book series and the trailer seems dramatic yet action-oriented.
We watched the trailer and have already added this show to our watchlist.

Set in a world where magic exists only for women to use, this show showcases a group of people who embark on a journey to save the world.

Releasing on the 19th of November, this show is unmissable and here’s why:
    1. The Star Cast
With a massive and stellar star cast, this show has some of the most amazing actors on board. Rosamund Pike plays the indomitable Aes Sedai Moiraine Damodred, the lead of the show.
Along with her, the show also includes Madeleine Madden, Marcus Rutherford, Alva Morte, Barney Harris, and Zoë Robins. With a star cast as varied as this one, it’s hard not to get excited over this show.
    2. The Dialogues
“We protect the people we love, no matter the cost”...
Zack Stentz who co-wrote Thor and X Men has written the dialogues for this fantasy sci-fi film which is produced by Rafe Judkins; Rick Selvage; Larry Mondragon; Ted Field; Mike Weber; Darren Lemke along with Amazon and Sony Pictures Television.
The trailer is full of dialogues like this that will keep you hooked.

    3. The Special Effects
We may have been used to seeing special effects in sci-fi movies, but this one will be a game-changer. The trailer is proof enough!
The visual effects of this movie had been given a massive budget. It is done by Cinesite, the company that is responsible for the VFX in Avengers: End Game, Ant-Man, and the Wasp.
    4. The Sets
Shot mostly in Prague, this shooting was halted in 2020 because of the pandemic. The shooting resumed in the same area once things started opening up. From valleys to forts, there is nothing that is missing in The Wheel Of Time trailer - are you not excited to see what’s more?
    5. It’s A Fight Between Good Vs Evil… But With A Twist
Every show or series has a special message - this one is no exception. While we may get a gist of the special message, don’t you want to know what really happens?
The Wheel Of Time’s first season has eight episodes that will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video on the 19th of November.
The first three episodes will be released on the same day and the others will follow on a weekly basis. The season finale will air on Dec 24, 2021.
