In a recent interview, Saif Ali Khan said that too much religion worries him. The actor describes himself as agnostic.
Saif Ali Khan told PTI in a recent interview, “I am agnostic in real life. I am very secular in the sense that I think too much religion worries me because they put an emphasis on the afterlife. And not enough emphasis on this life.”
He added, “I find too much of religion to be an organisation and too many problems — associated with basically my god, or your god or whose god is better.”

The actor said that he is religious in a way that he believes in a higher power but what that power is he doesn’t have any idea.
He said, “I pray and I try to focus my own energy on things. I’m more spiritual. I am not about the afterlife… I have a very sad feeling that once you die, it’s just lights out. That’s the end, nothing more. I sometimes hope there is more. And I’m not hundred percent sure that there isn’t one.”
He added, “I fancy the older I get the less convinced I am, I think that’s a self-defense mechanism in the brain. I think the younger you are the more you can be like this. But certainly, I don’t get very carried away by the rules and regulations of religion.”

Saif Ali Khan’s beliefs in ghosts and god are what attracted him to his upcoming film Bhoot Police.
He said, “Something has to grab you that you would want to be part of the whole process. When you hear a story or when you read a script, you visualize the movie in a way and you think, ‘Is this what I wanted to do?’ This is one of the better scripts that I have read. There’s more depth to it than I think people would expect and it is a really interesting film.”

Nayak (2001) is a political action thriller starring Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, and Amrish Puri. The film is a remake of S Shankar's successful Tamil film Mudhalvan. It’s been two decades since the movie was released but it still remains relevant to the political scenario of India. With newspapers and digital news outlets churning out stories about religious riots and common men being the bait, nothing has changed.

Anil Kapoor played the role of Shivaji Rao and he did give justice to the role. In a heated argument with the CM of Maharashtra, Balraj Chauhan played by Amrish Puri, Anil Kapoor’s character blamed him for the corruption in the state and in order to prove him wrong, Balraj gives him the opportunity to become the CM for a day. This is when you get to see Shivaji starting his political journey and you also get to see the dirty politics.

Anil Kapoor and Amrish Puri gave one of the most memorable and powerful performances of their career. It’s hard to reimagine Nayak with any other actor than Anil as Shivaji.
But, he wasn’t the first choice. Yes, you heard it right. Filmmaker Shankar, who helmed the movie, had first approached Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan for the film. In an interview with HT, Anil Kapoor said, “I pursued Shankar (director) after Nayak was passed up by both Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh. To this date, I’m glad I did.”
View this post on InstagramNot just that, we also have dug out an old interview of Shankar with Filmfare where he revealed why SRK and Aamir rejected the movie and how Anil came on board. About Aamir not saying yes to the project, the director said, “But the two of us faced a huge communication gap. His views about Mudhalvan (1999) didn’t match mine, so I quickly moved on.”
He also revealed that SRK wasn’t interested either and said, “Shah Rukh was more receptive than Aamir but he begged off saying that since he had played a television reporter in his home production Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani (2000) which had just been released, he wasn’t keen on taking on a similar role at such a short interval.”
Finally shedding light on how Anil came on board, he shared, “I’d heard that Anil was one of the most disciplined actors in the Hindi industry and so I decided to sign him on. My gamble has paid off. Anil Kapoor has completed my film in record time, and he showed a level of discipline which I thought was there only down South.”

Well, we are glad that the director finally zeroed down to Anil Kapoor for the role as no other actor could have done justice to the character of Shivaji.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the Indian squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2021 with a surprise mention of Mahendra Singh Dhoni as the team mentor and it has left Virat Kohli fans with a bitter taste in their mouths.
The Reunion we all have been waiting for @msdhoni returns to mentor #TeamIndia for the #T20WorldCup

How excited are you to see him back? pic.twitter.com/znPWBLeYNo
    — BCCI (@BCCI) September 8, 2021
After retiring from all forms of international cricket back in August 2020, MS Dhoni has only been seen in action as the captain of the Indian Premier League franchise Chennai Super Kings and despite many of his fans wishing him to come out of his retirement for the T20 World Cup, ‘Captain Cool’ made it clear that he was not coming back.
Therefore when the Indian cricket board announced the news of Dhoni ‘mentoring’ the Men in Blue in the upcoming tournament, most of his followers were head over heels:
    Everyone right now:- pic.twitter.com/ypNJrzxase
    — ABDULLAH NEAZ (@AbdullahNeaz) September 8, 2021Can't wait to see MS Dhoni as mentor and the reunion of Kohli-Dhoni-Rohit and with team India in ICC tournament.

    — ABDULLAH NEAZ (@AbdullahNeaz) September 8, 2021Thank you @BCCI ... pic.twitter.com/DBN7ecdOgk
    — Chiranjeevi Balusupati (@Chiranjeevi6203) September 8, 2021The most exciting part about Dhoni’s return, albeit not as a player for his team, would be to see three of the biggest Indian names from recent history in Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma reuniting forces with the hopes of winning the World Cup.
However, there are some ultra-possessive fans of the current Indian skipper who feel that the sole reason for MS Dhoni’s return to the Indian side as a mentor is to take all the credit from Kohli provided his team ends up doing well in the tournament or even winning it at all.
Mc fir credit khane aa gaya.. isko farewell nahi mila.. isko kandhe pe baith k chakkar kaatna tha ground se vidayi leke
    — Ashish Vashistha (@blunders_pridee) September 8, 2021So if Kohli won this world cup then whole credit goes to Dhoni

And If India lose the world cup, whole blame goes to Kohli

This will be happening, save this tweet...
    — Mittul Bakshi (@NarmadaInfor) September 8, 2021If India wins, the credit will go to dhoni.. If they loose, thats virats fault..
    — ലൗഗുരുജിത്തു (@lovegurujithu) September 8, 2021He is again to steal credit if we Win the world cup... if his tips chips lays kurkure worked, he had won atleast one man of the match award in 98 t20s
    — P.K. (@kungfupandya33) September 8, 2021Great news but hope they won't come begging for credits!!!
    — .... (@Over_extracover) September 8, 2021Just like any other big news, there will always be opposition as the rest of the world celebrates the return of Mahi to Team India in whatever shape and form. But what exactly will be MS Dhoni’s role as a mentor?
A mentor in a cricket team is someone who has the experience, skills, and tools that can help the on-field players become the better version of themselves. If there’s something to learn from Indian cricket history, it is the fact that Dhoni has all three of these things to make him the perfect mentor.

The experience of winning the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007, the 2010 and 2016 Asia Cups, World Cup in 2011 , and the 2013 ICC Champions’ Trophy make him the only captain in the world to bag all of these titles.
Imparting his knowledge as arguably the best finisher this team has ever seen, to help evolve names like Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav to try and fill his shoes would be an asset of a lifetime.

And the brilliance of his captaincy, which has been well documented in the past, is testament to what he can do simply with his mind, even if he isn’t physically present on the field.
While taking all of these things into account, one should not forget the brilliance of Virat Kohli as the captain of the Indian cricket team, under whose leadership, the Men in Blue have become a true red-ball juggernaut and take their aggression to the next level. If India does end up winning the trophy, there should be no doubt about the fact that credit as the leader of the team will go to Kohli.
