The eye-catching promo of the new eight-part fantasy series Sweet Tooth has been released on Netflix and has been creating a buzz around the town. The series introduces its lead character Gus and a child who was born part-animal and part-human.
The show is based on a post-apocalyptic show which is co-produced by Robert Downey Jr and is an adaptation of Jeff Lemire’s comic book series that showcases the emergence of hybrid children after a virus took over the world.
The concept of the show is out of the ordinary and will keep you hooked to the screen throughout the show.
So, here are 5 reasons to watch the show Sweet Tooth on Netflix-
Unfamiliar ConceptThe protagonist is a boy named Gus who is one of the hybrids. He has antlers like a deer, however, the other characters have been born with wings, fur, and even snouts and beaks.
Christian Convery who plays the role of Gus, told BBC, "Gus is a very curious and innocent hybrid boy, who's part-deer and part-human. He's very isolated, because he's been with his father in the woods his whole life, and he's never seen another human. Gus is very hopeful, positive, and always looking for the best in any situation."
The hybrids emerged in the show after a virus created havoc around the world.
Adapted From A Comic Book The show is an adaptation of a comic book series by Canadian writer and artist Jeff Lemire.

Co-showrunner Beth Schwartz said, "Jeff has so much richness in the comic books in terms of, not just the characters, but visually, And so we tried to bring that to the screen, whether that was with his imaginative dream sequences that Gus has, or even just his iconic wardrobe."
Positive Reviews Great shot of Tiger and I! Animal Army. Sweet Tooth @SweetTooth #sweettooth #sweettoothnetflix pic.twitter.com/t0H2esbnzG

The show has been getting extremely positive reviews by the critics and is a must watch.
Filmed In New Zealand #SweetTooth, which is set after the events of a deadly pandemic, was filmed smack in the middle of Covid last year: https://t.co/YkmlhOK4uQ pic.twitter.com/Q6evo57zDr
— Decider (@decider) June 8, 2021
The first episode of the show was filmed a year before the rest of the series. Susan Downey said that they shot the first episode in New Zealand and thought that they’d shoot the rest of the series somewhere else. However, everyone fell in love with the location and they ended up shooting the whole series there only.
Show Has Been Changed To Make It Family Friendly When the trailers were released, fans of the novel noted that the TV series looked more family-friendly as compared to the very dark tone of the comic book.

— Sweet Tooth (@SweetTooth) June 6, 2021
It was then told by the producers that the tone was changed so that more and more people could watch the show.

Former India cricketer Farokh Engineer shared his own experience of facing racism in England because of his nationality during his stint with county club Lancashire. Sharing his own ordeal, Engineer revealed that he faced casual racism when he first moved to England. The former wicketkeeper-batsman said that he faced racism a couple of times and because he was from India there were questions raised over his ability. He also added that the IPL changed everything and Indian players started getting more respect than ever before because everyone was keen to play in the biggest T20 league in the world.
“When I first came into county cricket, there were question marks like ‘he is from India?’ I did face it (racist comments) once or twice when I joined Lancashire. Nothing very personal, but just because I was from India. It had to do with making fun of my accent. I think my English is better than most Englishmen really, so soon they realised that you don’t mess around with Farokh Engineer. They got the message. I gave it back to them straightaway. Not only that, I proved myself with my bat and gloves as well. I was simply proud I put India on the map as an ambassador for the country,” Engineer told The Indian Express.

Engineer said in the pre-IPL era, England players didn't hold Indians in high regard and were often heard referring to them as 'bloody Indians'. He stated that since the IPL began in 2008, the English players have started "licking our boots" just because of the amount of serious money they make by representing an IPL franchise for less than two months.
"We were all 'bloody Indians' to them till a few years ago. Now once the IPL started, they are all licking our backsides. It amazes me that just because of the money, they are licking our boots now. But people like me know what their true colours were initially. Now they suddenly changed their tunes. India is a good country to go for a few months and do some television work, if not play and make money," Engineer had said during a podcast with sports presenter Cyrus Broacha.

The issue of racism in England has resurfaced once again after the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) suspended fast bowler Ollie Robinson for his old tweets from 2012 and 2013 where he had dished out racist and derogatory remarks about women.
View this post on Instagram
Speaking about ECB's decision to suspend the fast bowler, Engineer said that the English board has done "absolutely the right thing" and it will serve as a deterrent for other cricketers.
Since Robinson's case, old racist posts of several other high-profile English cricketers, including their leading Test wicket-taker James Anderson, limited-overs skipper Eoin Morgan, wicketkeeper Jos Buttler and all-rounder Dom Bess have started doing the rounds on the internet and it could put them in big trouble.

As a 90s kid, I have watched the classic Bollywood film, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaenge about a hundred times and know all the dialogues by heart. It’s not just me. The movie is still loved by desis for its songs, story and the evergreen jodi of SRK and Kajol.
© Yash Raj Films
The fact that it has been running in the Maratha Mandir for 25 years straight after its initial release is proof enough that people are still hooked to Raj, Simran and that mandoline tune. Yes, that one!
© Yash Raj Films
Yes, it might be G.O.A.T but there have been a lot of other movies that are unparalleled and maybe even better. Case in point, 3 idiots. Hey, I am not trying to wage a war between SRK and Aamir Khan fans here. I am just stating facts.
© Yash Raj Films
Compared to the witty and thought-provoking 3 Idiots, DDLJ seems like a sappy rom com that’s best left for when you are having major wanderlust and want to mentally travel to Europe.
© Vinod Chopra Films
Why am I comparing these two iconic films is because someone asked me to pick between the two. Okay, not just me but the entire Twitter clan. Indian filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri tweeted, “Choose one movie, and why? 3 idiots or DDLJ?”
Choose one movie, and why?
3 idiots or DDLJ?
— Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri (@vivekagnihotri) June 9, 2021
And, my vote goes to 3 Idiots and I have reasons to back my choice. Here are 5 reasons why I think 3 Idiots is a better movie than DDLJ. And, no, I am not going to talk about acting, music, direction and all those details, because let’s face it both are brilliant in that case according to their very different genres.
© Vinod Chopra Films
1. The plot twistsIn case you haven’t watched the film, here is a spoiler alert. Until the very end, you are anticipating where Ranchoddas Shamaldas Chanchad aka Rancho would be while listening to Chatur singing praises of Phunsukh Wangdu, only to find that Rancho is him. It was pretty predictable for Raj to cross oceans for Simran but we definitely didn’t see this ‘Gangadhar hi Shaktiman hai’ moment coming.
© Vinod Chopra Films
2. Real and relatableFrom the characters to their story, 3 Idiots is as real and relatable as it gets. Young students struggling to survive in an engineering college while shouldering the responsibilities of their families despite low finances is the story of so many students in India. Interestingly, ‘Abba nahi manenge’ still stands true for some of us even in adulthood.
© Vinod Chopra Films
3. The friendshipWhile Raj becomes friends with his girlfriend’s would-be husband only to thrash him in the end, which almost never happens, the bromance between the three main characters in 3 Idiots is nothing short of exemplary. They are with each other in sickness and in health and don’t lose touch even after they part ways. Also, if "Dost fail ho jaye toh dukh hota hai, lekin dost first aa jaye toh zyada dukh hota hai" isn’t the true essence of friendship, we don’t know what is.
© Vinod Chopra Films
4. The messageThe movie has inspired a lot of kids from middle-class families to muster up the courage to stand up to their parents and take up careers they would actually love, instead of being more like ‘Sharma ji ka ladka’. Although Raj from DDLJ didn’t really have that problem because he had a supportive dad, a lot of kids like Farhan do succumb to the pressure and enroll in courses and college they later hate.
© Vinod Chopra Films
5. Offbeat storylineWe cannot say this about a lot of Bollywood movies, but 3 Idiots taps into a topic that Indians steer clear of even speaking about. Suicides in colleges are often blamed on students but teachers and parents are rarely held accountable for it. This movie is an inspiration for students to follow their passion while also making for a lesson for adults to let the kids do what they want in their career. Basically, there are a dozen films like DDLJ in Hindi cinema but there has been only one 3 Idiots.
© Vinod Chopra Films
To sum it up, I don’t want to sound biased at all, but 3 Idiots is hands down the best movie in Bollywood. I rest my case.

If you really enjoy catching up on a thriller movie or TV series every once in a while in the hope to feed your curiosity about the unknown, you will have watched or at least come across the first season of True Detective.
© Disney+ Hotstar
While the American anthology crime drama TV series has a total of three seasons, it is always, the pilot season, despite releasing in 2014, that is still remembered by fans as something which was at the absolute top.
© Disney+ Hotstar
Under the same genre, plenty of other critically-acclaimed tv series have been put forward for the fans to obsess about, with David Fincher's Mindhunter being one of them.
© Netflix
However, True Detective Season 1 still holds a special place in the heart of people who, having watched the show, still do reruns of the particular season.
So, what exactly makes the first season so good? Well, let's find out:
1. Stellar Cast © Disney+ Hotstar
At a time when television and cinema had a well-distinguished wall between them, True Detective left everyone's jaws on the floor by bringing well-established Hollywood stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson to the small screen.
The dynamics of working on television and movies are absolutely different, however, McConaughey and Harrelson went through the transition phase pretty smoothly, which worked perfectly for the series.
While it is always great to see newer faces embrace TV screens with their unique talent, the idea of McConaughey and Harrelson bringing their own huge fan following onto the television was a mouthwatering one for director Cary Joji Fukunaga. And it sure paid off!
© Disney+ Hotstar
© Reuters
The casting of the Hollywood pair alongside Michelle Monaghan, Michael Potts, Tory Kittles and the gorgeous Alexandra Daddario was a gamble that was extremely successful for the pilot season.
2. Strong Plot © Disney+ Hotstar
You may have all the star power to gather the attention of millions of viewers across the world, however, if you have no meat to back it all up, things can go south very swiftly.
Nic Pizzolatto, the creator and writer of the show was more than familiar with the situation and he made sure that the season never loses the plot, like literally.
The plot of the first season revolved around the lead pairs Rust Cohle (McConaughey) and Martin Hart (Harrelson), two Louisiana detectives, looking to solve a series of mysterious and downright sadistic killings from the period of 1995 to 2012.
© Disney+ Hotstar
Now when the series spans for 17 years, there remains a likely chance that things start getting extremely messy and complicated, however, the brains of the first season made sure that did not happen.
They did that by properly mapping out the entire season properly, leaving bookmarks in between, and doing the balancing act of extreme detailing as well as keeping things simple.
The end result was a show that kept the storyline straight while also managing to leave fans awestruck with its mysterious plot.
3. Chemistry Between McConaughey & Harrelson Is Incredible © Disney+ Hotstar
For many who don't know, despite there being tremendous tension between the show's lead protagonists Rust and Marty, McConaughey and Harrelson, the actors portraying them, are real-life best friends.
View this post on Instagram
In the show, the two characters are miles (no, scratch that), light years apart from each other in terms of their ideologies as well as the lives that they live despite being partners in (solving) crime.
However, the show truly must have tested both the actors' mettle when it came to keeping their friendships at bay, and truly detesting each other's character while also having the same goal of nabbing the gruesome killer.
McConaughey and Harrelson, who had both earlier starred in light-hearted comedy films EDtv (1999) and Surfer, Dude (2008), said they were able to make sure that their brotherly bond was not reflected in their characters on screen.
© Disney+ Hotstar
“We reciprocate, and that’s part of the beauty of our relationship. We add onto each other. We affirm each other... but (in this show), we’re not cosying up to each other,” revealed both actors during an interview.
© Disney+ Hotstar
And well, it totally worked! Audiences loved the fractious and deep relationship of the two characters under which they swore and punched their ways through the eight episodes of the brilliant season.
4. Imperfect Characters Ever felt you cannot relate to a character because he or she is too perfect?
© iStock
Well, you are certainly not alone.
There is a reason why people can truly connect to certain characters like Marvel's Loki and Game of Thrones' Cersei Lannister.
© Reuters
© Disney+ Hotstar
Well, the reason is that we are tired of seeing characters with no depth to them on the screens. Like the world which doesn't deal with black and white, but in shades of grey, television and cinema should too.
This is what True Detective got right as well. They showed their main cast, the heroes in the big, dark, scary world of crime, to be characters who had tremendous flaws.
Marty was shown to be a conservative red-blooded American, who repeatedly cheats on his wife while taking his family for granted. On the other hand, Rust is someone who is haunted by his demons and continues to question religion, morality, and the nature of his own existence.
© Disney+ Hotstar
This helps in intriguing viewers and encourages them to view the world from the eyes of both, making the show much deeper and much relatable.
5. The Epic, Epic One-Shot Scene © Disney+ Hotstar
If you've seen the show, Awesome! If you haven't, you really gotta, man!
The show represents an absolute masterclass in filmmaking and direction with the fourth episode of season one forever cementing its status as "the one with the six-minute tracking shot".
In the episode, McConaughey's character, Rust, in order to get information on a suspect, agrees to help Ginger, a member of a Texas biker gang, to raid a drug dealer's stash house.
However, everything turns to chaos when the robbery goes wrong and Rust is forced to escape while keeping Ginger hostage.
The high-intensity scene puts you on the edge of your seats as Rust, along with Ginger, rush to safety through homes and streets filled with drug dealers, who are literally spraying bullets in every direction.
© Disney+ Hotstar
What is incredibly insane is that the whole encounter from start to finish, is a single-shot six-minute shot, which was choreographed to the T.
Speaking to MTV, director Cary Joji Fukunaga said:
“We had ADs [assistant directors] all over the neighbourhood because we had to release extras, crowd running background, police cars, stunt drivers. There were actual gunshots and stones being thrown through windows. There were a lot of things to put together...
...Even the action, the stunt sequences were complicated. We’re working on a television schedule. It isn’t like a film where you can spend a lot of time working the stunts out with the actors. We only had a day and a half to get Matthew and everyone else on the same page.”
All things combined, there is no doubt that True Detective Season 1 is truly the shizz!!

Proper and hardcore fans of the horror genre will agree when someone says that nowadays, filmmakers just aren’t able to make a good horror movie that scares the wit out of you. Most of the newer horror movies rely heavily on jumpscares and the background score to bring in an element of horror.
© Sony Pictures Releasing International
Take the latest offering we have from The Conjuring Series, The Devil Made Me Do It. While the film is a good, one-time watch and it manages to glue you to your seat, it isn’t scary. Barring one or two scenes at the most, you don’t get scared.
© Warner Bros. Pictures
On the other hand, there are a few, really good, properly made horror films that scare the wits out of you, especially if you watch them alone.
© Lionsgate
Here are 7 movies that we think every fan of the horror genre will enjoy thoroughly.
1. The Babadook
The Babadook is an Australian horror film, that revolves around a recently widowed single mother, who has to deal with some nightmares that her son seems to be having. The manner in which those nightmares start manifesting in real life is horrific, and that’s what keeps you glued to your seats. Definitely worth a watch.
2. Hereditary
Hereditary is about a family that deals with the loss of the family matriarch. The family is then haunted by a demon who takes the form of the matriarch. The family then comes face to face with a few of the horrific things that have been going on in their lineage and how their ancestors indulged in demon worship and Satanism.
3. It
If something has Stephen King’s name even remotely associated with it, it is worth your time. The second instalment may have been a decent watch at best, but the first part is a really great film. You’ll particularly enjoy this, if you enjoyed watching Stranger Things.
4. The Lighthouse
Now, The Lighthouse doesn’t deal with ghouls and demons per se and rather deals with the psyche of two lighthouse keepers. With that being said, the manner in which the film is shot is really scary. Plus, Willem Dafoe & Robert Pattinson have given a fantastic performance because of which this is worth a watch.
5. Insidious
You had to see this one coming. Although this isn’t in the same cinematic universe as The Conjuring, it comes from the same filmmakers. Although there have been numerous iterations of Insidious, nothing beats the original. This one is definitely worth your time.
6. Anything from the Paranormal Activity Series
There’s simply no denying the fact that the Paranormal Activity series, perhaps, has some of the best horror films ever made, under its belt. While the more recent ones have a certain flair and panache, the earlier ones were much simpler, and scarier. The fact that all of the footages used in the film look like amateur shots, makes the films feel real, and even scarier.
7. The Possession
The Possession is a gem of a film for fans of the genre. The horror scenes are paced out and long which makes the film way scarier. The performances may seem a little over the top, especially towards the end, but that is what makes the film worth watching. Plus, it is actually refreshing to see a horror film that stems from a different cultural background.
The bottom line…
There are plenty of movies that are actually much, much scarier than what the Conjuring universe has to offer. Sure, there are some pretty great films in that series as well, but most of them don't come close to the ones we have mentioned here.

The Family Man 2 makers have introduced new characters in the second season of the show who have managed to steal hearts with their power-packed performances.
If you have seen the show, you might have particularly liked Abhay Verma who played the role of Kalyan, aka Salman, who kidnapped Srikant’s (Manoj Bajpayee) daughter.
© Prime Video
His character was constantly torn apart between the love that he feels and the mission that he has been handed responsibilities for. From his boyish charms to his expressions, Abhay has clearly bowled everyone over with his acting.
In his latest Instagram post, Abhay expressed gratitude for the fact that the makers of the show gave him a significant amount of screen space to showcase his talent.
In his message, he said, “Thank you Raj and DK sir, and my director Suparn for allowing me with this opportunity to be a part of this wonderful family of The Family Man. I also want to thank every member of this show who made it look like what it looks like. The love, respect, and affection you have shown towards Salman/Kalyan is amazing. My shoulders feel heavy but I take this responsibility with my head up. I shall try my level best to entertain you guys in whatever way I can.”

When we went through his Instagram profile, his pictures somehow reminded us of Aditya Roy Kapur in his early days.
View this post on Instagram
Abhay is originally from Panipat, Haryana, and was born on 27 July 1998. He started off as a model and, eventually, made his way to the entertainment industry.
View this post on Instagram
Abhay is not new to the world of OTT as he has already been a part of some projects.
He first got attention when Akshay Kumar launched the first look of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film on PM Narendra Modi. The film is titled Mann Bairagi and it features Abhay in the role of PM Modi.
View this post on Instagram
“I had imagined myself in a poster like this but I never thought it would happen this soon and that too under the influence of such masters of the craft. So excited to finally share the poster of my film Mann Bairagi, got to work with such an amazing cast and crew who’ve worked so hard to make every shot of the film worth seeing. This journey has just begun. Can’t wait for y’all to watch the film,” said Abhay.
Abhay has been a part of many advertisements as well before his appearance in The Family Man 2.
View this post on Instagram
Apart from this, he has also appeared on other web shows like Little Things and Marzi, which were released on OTT platforms.
At a very young age, he has also forayed into the production space. Abhay is the co-producer of Sandeep Singh and Mahesh Manjrekar’s Swatantra Veer Savarkar.

He does look promising and we look forward to watching him more on the screen.

Sofia Hayat participated in Bigg Boss 7 in 2013, and she rose to fame after the show.
Sofia also embraced spirituality post her stint on the show and is often seen talking about it on her social media platforms.
With former Bigg Boss contestants coming out and talking about their experience on the show, Sofia recently slammed Salman Khan, the show's host, saying her 'morality and truth are stronger than her ego', which is why she chose to not share the stage with Salman on the show's finale.

Hayat posted several pictures and spoke about how Salman has been 'using the same tricks' in his movies to lure the audience. She also had a take on how he releases movies during 'religious festivities as a promotional day, profiting from a spiritual day.
View this post on Instagram
Her comments section is now filled with mixed reactions from the audience. While some people supported her, others slammed her instead and posted some harsh comments.
Taking a rather strong stand on his movies and mentioning that Salman does the same cliched storylines for every movie with the same cheesy lines, Sofia further wrote, "Always using a younger model each time, isn't it about time you cast a girl your own age to star opposite you?"
She also added that he hasn't grown, but his audience has and that they are fed up with the same regurgitated storylines.
She called it 'brain numbing' and questioned his new movie, Radhe, saying, "Haven't I seen all of this before?"
© Instagram/Sofia Hayat
Sofia went onto to speak about Randeep Hooda's role in Radhe:
"Watching Randeep Hooda was painful. He is a good actor, and his acting has gone to waste on such an over the top and badly written role. Did he take the role because he got to work with Salman because it gives him credibility? That's the issue with the industry. Roles are taken for prestige. Imagine if Randeep said, 'the character is badly written, and very cliched'. He probably would have been outed from Bollywood."

She concluded the note by saying, "We have entered the Golden age, and humanity has evolved in every way. The people of India are not stupid, they are intelligent and evolving every day. Maybe Salman should try this too. Namaste Shalom Salaam Satnam Mother Sofia Maria Hayat Cosmic Mother #radhe."

If you have landed on this article, chances are the holding image of the endearing father-son duo that Eugene and Dan Levy make has charmed your attention.
While the Netflix show Schitt’s Creek had obvious glimpses of how well-groomed and stylish David Rose (played by Dan Levy) is, we think he probably got it from his dad — John Rose (played by his real life father Eugene Levy).
Always clad in well-breasted suits and sporting a clean-shaven sharp look Mr. Rose made for the perfect gentleman.
Well, most fathers have a different approach than mothers, much like Mr Rose, to raise their children, more like being a role model instead of hammering things in childrens’ heads.
And when it comes to grooming and style, the case is no different. Whether it is tying the perfect full windsor tie knot or learning tricks to avoid razor bumps while shaving, fathers influence our grooming habits in more ways than they actually get credit for.
Here are some old school grooming and style lessons that we must pick from our dads and thank them for getting us on the sharp path.
The No-Bumps Shave EtiquetteLove how cute it is that dads who swear by only soap bars to take a shower, have an elaborate routine when it comes to shaving.
Be it staying moist as you shave, or using the shaving cream twice (to go back over a section of your face), or always finishing with an aftershave, and then patting (not rub) your face dry, there is so much to pick from our dads’ shaving etiquette.
This Father’s day, why not, show him some love and gift him something that would enhance his shaving experience even more.
__ECOMPRODUCT__1659__
Grooming Fingernails RegularlyWhile our moms — who mostly had long nails — would often emphasize that fingernails are a breeding ground for bacteria, it would be our dads who would actually lead by example and every Sunday sit to clip and clean their nails.
A grooming habit I, for one, can’t thank my dad enough for.
__ECOMPRODUCT__271__
Importance Of A Signature Cologne Our fathers taught us the importance of having a signature fragrance and how people tend to remember us by the way we smell.
Thank your dad this Father’s Day for passing down this useful grooming tip to you by gifting him a perfume that suits his strong personality.
__ECOMPRODUCT__475__
Tying That Perfect Tie KnotWe owe it to our fathers to establish that a necktie is the hallmark of an elegant man.
And our lesson on getting that knot right begins young, thanks to our superhero dads.
His collection may not have been as varied but chances of him going wrong with getting that perfect windsor knot were as bleak as him missing to shave daily.
Add a pop of colour to his necktie collection this Father’s Day.
__ECOMPRODUCT__1744__
Polished Shoes = Discipline As a kid there was nothing more tedious than polishing your school shoes the night before school. We would cry, ignore, rub the shoes off our pants, but eventually watch our dads do it for us and learn.
In retrospect, we feel, keeping the shoes shined has taught us to be more disciplined in life, a discipline that has an immediate end result and a feeling of accomplishment.
Revel in that feeling of accomplishment with your father and sit cleaning all your leather and suede babies this Fathers Day.

Always Focus On The FitOur fathers taught us that style is about timeless pieces and a good look is about a great fit.
We would rarely see our dads leave the house for work without ironing his clothes and getting those slick creases right in his trousers.
Be it their only few suits that they would often style with different ties and pocket squares, or their flannel shirt teamed with a pair of trousers, the fit has been a key element of their style.
But now that he’s ageing, allow your dad to laze around in something comfortable and basic.

Never Forget To Wear a BeltTalking about focussing on the fit, nothing quite makes the fit look sharp like a belt.
Our fathers taught us the importance of wearing one to keep our pants on the waist to make sure we look fine and keep the unbecoming sight of a butt crack at bay.
Our fathers deserve to be thanked for this handy lesson. How? Gift him a belt.

Final ThoughtsIt is a rite of passage for a young man to learn useful life, style, and grooming lessons from his father.
However, as we grow up we explore new lessons along the way but we must never forget the priceless ones that our dads have taught us.
And as you revisit and archive these lessons in your memory, don’t forget to thank your dad for always being your life coach, a grooming guru and a santa that always comes bearing gifts.

Ever tried convincing your dad to buy a new phone, a better model? Toughest job ever.
Parents are used to putting everybody else’s needs before theirs. We can walk around thinking we are teaching them next-gen stuff as much as we like but it’s the other ways around, always.
With dads, we get into a one way friendship. You can share the details of your day with him but he won’t tell you that his boss isn’t as cool as yours. He won’t reveal his tough days to you.
He’ll walk in with a big smile because being a dad is an art. The art for making you believe you’re safe. He’s mastered it.
So adult children, please take note. Father’s Day lands on Sunday 20 June. Your old man deserves more than just a wish and you know it.
1. A Box Of Fancy SocksA lot of fathers are walking around in threadbare socks. And every time you ask them to buy a new pair they say, they don’t need it. They might feel socks are not important for them but when it’s you, they’ll buy a whole box of fancy ones. How about you gift him one this time?

2. Comfy PJs Or Boxers Most dads are so used to nailing their family man look that even at home they don’t ditch their pants. Our free-spirited, chill, PJ and boxer loving minds can’t bear the sight of formals at home. Introduce your father to the comfort of joggers. He won’t say no if you’ve already spent money on it. Dad logic.

3. Super 8 Value Pack For Your Super DadHe taught you how to shave, take care of those nicks and cuts and get rid of that infuriating itching process after a day or two of shaving. What are your thoughts on sending him a thank you box?

4. Bluetooth Speakers: One Of The BestMy father loves retro hits. He doesn’t sleep without listening to a tune or two, usually on his phone (which he refuses to change, at least for now). Assuming that the situation is similar for most of us, I’m suggesting gifting your dad a vintage style Bluetooth speaker.

5. Bluetooth Speakers: The One He Can CarryIf a Marshall doesn’t fit your budget or your dad is mostly on the move, gift him a portable speaker. Stone Grenade 5W is water-resistant, has a playback time of up to 7 hours and comes with one year warranty.

6. Fitness TrackerNothing says “I care for you” like a fitness accessory. If he hasn’t already, help your father commit to fitness with this smartwatch. Most dads avoid spending on tech and gadgets but if you gift it to him, speaking from personal experience he’ll be obsessed with it.

7. Short Kurta Gift BoxDads don’t easily give up on their formal look. On this Father’s Day, consider gifting him a short kurta gift box. The pair looks formal and is equally comfy.

Surprise Him!Most of the times, a WhatsApp wish is enough to put a smile on our parent’s face but this year, we need to do a little extra and remind them that we’re here for them.

iOS 15 will let iPhone users find or trace their iPhone via the Find My Network even when the device has been switched off.
Apple already has a comprehensive way to let iPhone users find their lost devices via the Find My App; and now, the company is making it even easier for users to find their lost iPhones with the iOS 15 update.

If the iPhone has iOS 15 installed, the phone will not truly be turned off and instead, stay in a low-power state and acts like an AirTag. This mode will allow other nearby iOS devices to pick up its Bluetooth signal and send back its location to the owner.
Find My helps you locate the iPhone when it is lost or stolen, even if it is in power reserve mode or when powered off. The functionality can be changed in "Find My network" in Find My within Settings.

Apple says that the new tracking method will also let users locate iPhones if their device has been reset to factory settings. The iPhone will have the Activation Lock enabled and Apple will inform the user about the phone being reset with an alert dialogue. The text in the alert refers to a feature that will help in recovering stolen items.
"To help ensure that nobody is tricked into purchasing your device, the Hello screen will clearly show that your device is locked, locatable, and still yours," Apple explains.
Apple will also be introducing a new alert that is delivered to an owner’s iPhone when an AirTag or any other Apple product has been left behind. The app will also provide directions to the item. Other new additions to the Find My network include giving users the ability to track an approximate location of missing AirPods Pro and AirPods Max.
The app will aim to get users within the Bluetooth range of either of the accessories so that they can play a sound to find them even when they are in the charging case.
