    Donald Trump on Wednesday nominated South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley as the US ambassador to the United Nations. Mrs. Haley also is the first woman and first non-white person nominated for a Cabinet post in the Trump administration. “Governor Haley has a proven track record of bringing people together regardless of background or party affiliation to move critical policies forward for the betterment of her state and our country,” Donald Trump said. “She is also a proven dealmaker, and we look to be making plenty of deals. She will be a great leader representing us on the world stage.”She is not a Trump supporter and has in fact had Twitter scuffles with him. Here are some interesting facts about her:
    1. She Is An American Born To Indian Immigrant Parents Nikki was born in Bamber, South Carolina to Indian immigrant parents Ajit Singh Randhawa and Raj Kaur Randhawa who hail from Amritsar, Punjab. Her parents immigrated to Canada after Mr. Randhawa received a scholarship  from the University of British Columbia. In 1969, Ajit moved his family to South Carolina, US, to accept a position as a professor at Voorhees College after earning a scholarship.

    2. She Used To Work In A Waste Management And Recycling Company Haley joined her mother’s business, Exotica International, an upscale clothing firm in 1994 but before that she worked for FCR Corporation which is a waste management and recycling company.
    3. She Started Working At The Age Of 12 Nikki started giving a helping hand with the bookkeeping at her mother’s clothing shop, Exotica International, when she was just 12 years old. The Economist stated that this early job of hers gave her "an extreme watchfulness about overheads and a sharp aversion to government intrusion."

    Boxing is not just a sport that is all about avoiding being hit, but it's also reflective of how a boxer strikes in return. And while the all-time legend Muhammad Ali certainly stands out in this regard, Ukraine's Vasyl Lomachenko has been busy redefining the art in the modern-era of boxing.
    For a man who's had an unbelievable amateur career, two world championships and two Olympic gold medals, Lomachenko can not only move fast, but he can hit just as fast - something that even an experienced campaigner like Floyd Mayweather seemingly forgot later in his career.

    The movement of the 28-year-old lightweight boxer is undoubtedly commendable, but it's his ability to defy the laws of time and space to return a barrage of punches with precision that makes him a cut above the rest. His 2015 bout against Romulo Koasicha, who had a stellar record of 25-4 with 15 KOs before the fight, is a classic example where he outclassed his Mexican opponent with sheer pace combined with right hooks and body shots.
    His inhuman skills have also got his fans and boxing enthusiasts convinced that he's probably in 'The Matrix'. His live bouts are likened to the one similar to a highlight reel with the Ukrainian consistently pulling off a stunt to wow his fans in almost every round.

    Given his credentials and exploits in the ring, the ever-increasing comparisons of Lomachenko with the great Ali only seem fair.

    We started with cocktails, went to appetizer, then the mains and finally, dessert. But, that’s obviously, a given. Here’s what’s worth trying from their delicious new menu of and food and cocktails.
    1. Sambuca Torched Feta and Prawn Saganaki Alcohol Used: Sambuca—an Italian anise-flavoured liqueur

    Before trying this one, I didn’t know feta and prawn could go so well together! It’s one of the must-try items on the menu. The prawns are torched with the alcohol type before being served.
    2. Rice Wine Sambal Chicken Skewers Alcohol Used: Rice wine that is made from fermented glutinous rice, with the yeast transforming the sugar into alcohol.

    The chicken is cooked in a sambal—a hot sauce to which the rice wine is added, before serving it up, skewered.

    The tenderloin is infused with whiskey before being grilled. Then maple is glazed over it to give it a slight sweetness. It’s literally the best burger I’ve had in ages. And it has whiskey!

    Demonetisation is casting its dark shadow and is definitely forcing us to think, how cheap is human life in our country? 
    While economists debate over the success of the recent demonetisation, there are human lives that are being lost. Recently, a teen from Mavai Buzurg, UP, committed suicide after he was unable to withdraw money to pay his college fees.  18-year-old, Suresh was a B.Sc second year student at Panchnehi Degree College in UP. He was queuing up for a number of days to withdraw money. After failing to do so, he hung himself. 
    It is nothing less than ironic that India is a nation where deep pocketed industrialists are spending crores on weddings are getting away scot-free whereas common people with limited means are committing suicide due to this uncalled for experiment. Seems this might last for a while! Sigh.

    Whether it's football, cricket or any other sport, the level of competition has jumped at a rapid pace over the years. The increased level of competition has forced the budding players to start honing their skills from an early age, so as to keep themselves in contention of turning pro.
    The talent scouts, too, have realised that the identity of a star in the making is always visible in their early days. Batting great Sachin Tendulkar made his international debut at the age of 16. Four-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted by Sir Alex Ferguson at the age of 18. And the rest, as they say, is history.

    India's persistent search to find the next Tendulkar brings us to a two-year-old video showcasing a miniature figure of what could probably go on to become one of the most distinguished batsmen for the country.
    Rudra Pratap, who was just five years old in 2014 when this video was shot, can been smashing the opposition bowlers who look comparatively older than him.
    Apart from his batting prowess, the cricketing gear of the pint-sized batsman is what really catches your eye. The right-hander appears so small that he had to wear a cap under his helmet to make it fit. On the other hand, the chest guard that he is seen wearing are actually thigh pads of a regular-height batsman.
    For someone who looks barely taller than the stumps, Pratap surely misses a few deliveries but when he makes contact with the ball, you'd notice that the talent is visible. He plays the cut, drives and then goes on leave a few balls like a professional cricketer.
    "Catch them young," is what the coaches are believed to say. And, this five-year-old kid playing for Delhi in an under-14 match surely corresponds to that statement.

    Desperation leads to disaster. The saying doesn’t fit in any place better than in the world of bodybuilding. Young dudes, looking up to professional bodybuilders, want to get jacked as soon as possible and by any means possible. Things exactly go wrong here. Before I begin, let me make it very clear to you that the effects of steroids are very subjective. From genetic predisposition (the most important factor) to the type of steroid used, from its dosage and duration of use, to current Health Profile, it’s a complicated process needs expert guidance.  So, before you pop those pills or stick in that needle, here’s what you MUST know.
    1. Acne The androgenic effects of anabolic steroids cause the sebaceous glands in the skin to secrete more oil than normal. This is what occurs in the puberty stage as well. Remember, genetic predisposition? That’s the reason some of us get acne/pimples during our teenage. Steroid abuse catalyzes this and someone who is not genetically predisposed to resist the potential side effects would have a hard time with acne breakouts.
    2. Messed Up Testosterone Production Now, I am not saying people who use steroids will not be able to produce babies. Depending upon the use, misuse and duration of the cycle, steroid use can lead to infertility, reduced sperm count, and messed up natural testosterone production and levels. This eventually leads to erectile dysfunction. Anabolic steroids trick the body into thinking that the testicles DO NOT have to produce testosterone. When this happens, the amount of testosterone in the testicles is extremely low, despite normal or very high levels in the bloodstream. When this situation occurs, follicle stimulating hormone is also not released. This combination causes the testicles to shrink and to produce little if any sperm.

    3. Gyncomastia Steroids cause an increase in estrogen (the female hormone) and/or a decrease in testosterone (the male hormone), which is what causes the breast tissue to grow. In simple words – the nipples swell and resemble breasts. A lot of bodybuilders go under the knife for treating Gyno. D-Bol is infamous for having gyno side effects.
    4. Liver Damage Google “Dean Wharmby”, Zyzz  and Andreas Munzer , you’ll know that I am talking about. Although people who promote drugs say they ‘died’ not JUST because of steroids but because of pre-existing conditions but the reality is that abusing steroids screws up the liver, which can lead to death. On the other hand, there are legends like Arnold, Ric Drasin, Dorian Yates who wisely used juice to their benefit.

    5. Peliosis Hepatis An uncommon vascular condition characterized by multiple randomly distributed blood-filled cavities throughout the liver that can rupture causing internal Bleeding. It’s pretty harrowing.
    6. Kidney Failure Some studies have suggested tumors can form on the kidneys decreasing their ability to filter the blood. As a result, toxins build up inside the body leading to fluid retention and increased blood pressure and eventually kidney failure.

    7. Affecting Heart Health Previous studies have indicated that the use of AAS results in decreases in high density lipoprotein (HDL-Good Cholestrol) and increases in low density lipoprotein (LDL-Bad Cholestrol). Orally administered 17-α-alkyl Steroids (like “Dianabol”) are especially notorious for this. Note that in some cases, the total cholesterol count will not change significantly. The total cholesterol level can, therefore, give a false representation of uncompromised lipid health.
    8. Abscess Abscesses are caused by obstruction of oil (sebaceous) glands or sweat glands, inflammation of hair follicles, or punctures of the skin. Germs get under the skin or into these glands and cause an inflammatory response and swelling of that area. Steroid users typically get an Injection Abscess. Doctors cut open the abscess to help in drainage of pus and relief from symptoms.

    9. Blood Clotting Anabolic steroids can cause a number of changes in the hematological system that affect blood clotting. This effect can be very variable, however. There are also a growing number of case reports where (sometimes fatal) blood clots and strokes have occurred in steroid abusers. 
    Well, these are all the major side effects you may or may not get after using steroids. I’m not going to mention Hypertension and Roid Rage as one of the side effects because those are highly exaggerated and very, very subjective. I’m not telling you to use steroids or not but I would say no if you are in your early twenties or haven’t trained minimum for 3-4 years with correct nutrition and training. This is the bare minimum for those of you who are in a hurry. My purpose is just to educate you and make you aware what can come your way if you are planning to take that path. Now, put those needles aside!

    Hailing from Canowindra, Australia, Sophie, a.k.a Gordi has an indelible passion in her voice that goes well with the music. She even performed with acclaimed British band, Bon Iver recently, as a guest performer at their show at Hammerstein in New York. She has worked under producers, like Ben McCarthy (Megan Washington), Alex Somers (Sigur Ros) and Francois Tetaz (Gotye) which only seals her fate as the next big name in avant-garde music to watch out for.
    In fact, don’t be surprised if she’s the new ‘It’ song at the bar in the near future.

    The annual Arcaid Images Architectural Photography Awards were announced recently and the winner for 2016 is photographer extraordinaire, Matt Emmett. He was awarded the first prize for his image of the Covered Reservoir in Finsbury Park, which was constructed by the East London Waterworks Company in 1868.  It is the first time that an image of a historic location has bagged the prize. 
    Paul Finch of the World Architectural Festival announced the winners at a ceremony in Berlin, Germany. The winner will receive a sum of 3000 dollars and an opportunity to exhibit his work in London and Berlin.

    From the innumerable ceasefire violations along the LoC to the infamous surgical strikes, the political relationship between India and Pakistan has only worsened over the past one year. And, the effect is being borne by multiple facets in this cross-country exchange.
    Casualties have only piled up, trade has taken a hit, and even the Pakistani Bollywood imports have had to bear the brunt of the never-ending fallout between the neighbouring countries. Coming from a region where one particular sport prevails over numerous others, cricket, too, couldn't save itself from the ongoing tussle.
    It's no surprise that India and Pakistan share one of the biggest rivalries in cricket that has, over years, managed to catpture the hearts and minds of a global audience. However, the two countries have not played a bilateral series since Pakistan toured India at the end of 2012, given the current turmoil.
    The cricket boards of the two countries, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), have both had their share of differences on the political stand but ultimately its cricket that has turned out to be the ultimate loser.
    The Indian women's cricket team became the latest victim of the political stand-off between the two countries. The Indian team was docked six points by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for not playing the three sixth-round matches of the ICC Women's Championship 2014-16 which were to be hosted by Pakistan.

    The ICC Technical Committee has confirmed that India will forfeit the three matches and thereby, awarded six points to Pakistan. While the PCB welcomed the decision, the BCCI office bearers were left fuming with some slamming the ICC for an 'anti-India stance'.
    But, at the end of all the hullaballoo, it's the Indian women's cricket team whose automatic qualification for the 2017 World Cup in England is now at stake. The points earned in the championship league play a pivotal role in allowing teams to qualify for the coveted World Cup.
    Given the latest decision by the ICC, India will now have to sweat it out with the minnows in the qualification rounds before taking on the bigwigs in the all-important tournament.

    The ICC's decision to award six prestigious points to Pakistan has got the BCCI officials riled up. A furious BCCI has also lodged a protest with the global body against women cricketers being made "soft targets" in the name of rules and regulations.
    "ICC is well aware that in prevailing situation where Indian soldiers are being martyred, the sentiment is dead against playing Pakistan. The chairman is well aware that we need government permission," a furious senior BCCI official told PTI.
    "This is a move with ulterior motive trying to play into the hands of Pakistan. They would say if women can play so can men. But that won't happen. If ICC does not backtrack, the men's team in solidarity with our women's team won't play in Champions Trophy," he added.

    Ever since Shashank Manohar became an independent chairman of the global body, the relationship between the ICC and the BCCI has soured on a number of issues. From the proposed alterations in revenue sharing to not having India in the working group, Manohar's stance has been perceived by many as anti-India.
    Back in September, BCCI chief Anurag Thakur launched an acerbic attack on the ICC chairman and accused him of leaving the Indian cricket board when it needed him the most. "It is like the captain of a ship leaving a sinking ship before other members," he said.
    A top ranking BCCI office bearer recently commented, "It seems as if Manohar's anti-BCCI stand is becoming an anti-India stance. As a former BCCI president he is well aware why the men's team could not play a bilateral series with Pakistan last year. Despite that if Indian women's team is docked points for not playing Pakistan, it means he does not care about the public sentiment."

    In these tumultuous times when the world is sinking after Trump’s infamous victory and our country is going through severe currency demonetisation issues here is some good news. Captain Radhika Menon has become India’s first female merchant navy captain to be awarded for her exceptional bravery by the IMO (International Maritime Organisation).She rescued seven fishermen from a sinking fishing boat in the dangerous waters of Bay of Bengal last year.
    Captain Radhika received her award at a ceremony in London at the IMO headquarters last evening. She expressed her gratitude by saying “I am honoured and humbled by this great honour for me and my team. It is a seafarer's duty to help souls in distress and I did my duty. Seafaring is a noble profession which contributes massively to world trade and economy as well as cultural integration. It does not always get the recognition it deserves,”.

    It is to be noted that the Indian government nominated Radhika for this award. The IMO established this award to provide international recognition to everyone who performs acts of bravery at sea, risking their lives in order to save others.

    What do you do when you were born and brought up in a country, called it home for as long as you can remember and yet the country does not recognise you as a citizen? This is the sad pendulum state of Gursewak Singh, a teenager in Japan, who is desperately trying to seek asylum for his family.
    The Perennial Problem They Are Facing
    “My family loves Japan. We really don’t want to go back to India. Please give us visas”, Gursewak wrote this to the then-Justice Minister Keiko Chiba in March 2010. His parents came to Japan in the early 1990s and made it home, all the while being under the status of ‘provisional release’.

    This status puts them in a fix because they cannot work, they need permission to travel outside and are also not entitled to any health insurance. There are thousands of people who are in a similar soup and courtesy this, there are many kids like Gursewak who have inherited the sad fate from their parents. These kids can go to government-run school, which are mostly free, but going to a university is a distant dream for them.
    The Offer That They Cannot Take
    The Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau has made them an offer that doesn’t help their situation at all. Gursewaks’s parents were under an enquiry and they confessed since they couldn’t work, they survived courtesy the Sikh charity and Sikhs in Japan who offered to help them always.

    The immigration authorities asked them to go back to India and leave their children behind in order to get a permanent residency. The dilemma that his parents faced was leaving the children alone to fend for themselves. Gursewak is currently under a lot of stress as the family’s future is in jeopardy.
    Current Status Of The Family
    Gursewak currently runs a blog about Japan’s Sikh community and built a computer from scratch himself. The father is  Sikh religious head in a Gurudwara, the mother sings  prayers while Gursewak plays the tabla. Gursewak is determined to change his fate and is not giving up on raising concern about his situation.
    We live in a sad world where boundaries and borders affect the fate of individuals and so many lives are compromised to keep the ‘rules’ in check. For someone who has unrequited love for a land that they now call their own, is it actually a good idea to leave them lurking under constant humiliation and force them to fight for a place they can call ‘home’?

    For some people, travelling is a way of life. That can definitely be said for Joerik and Pauline, a couple from Netherlands, who recently travelled from Kerala all the way to Holland in a van. They had come to India last year and covered a distance of 13,560 km with this trip.

    They had been travelling for six months and decided to take a long and relaxing stopover in India, staying at an Ashram in Kerala. It was during this time only that they decided to return to their home country via a van.

    It’s been more than two weeks that the central government announced currency demonetization, yet the nation is struggling with sudden cash crunch and queuing up every day in front of banks and ATMs in hopes to get some cash or their currency exchanged. With this sudden withdrawal of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes, the situation appears to be worse for people living in rural areas where they have to travel miles to get to their nearest bank.
    However, while the people are struggling to get their hands on cash, this village named Akodara in Gujarat avoided the whole chaos and actually adopted a cashless lifestyle. Watch the video to know how these guys are giving lessons to the rest of the country.

    It's November—where are you right now, how are you feeling, what are you eating, drinking and listening to? 
    I’m in my favourite city—Mumbai—enjoying the dipping weather and working on my next story. Right now, I feel free but not at rest, there's so much more to do. 
    Tell us about your beard timeline. How long have you been growing it. Any special beard stories: 
    Being a blogger, I keep myself abreast with the latest trends. When the lumbersexual look started gaining momentum, I instantly got inclined to it and subconsciously started following it. Soon people started appreciating my bearded look—it felt good!

    Do you use products? If so, what are your favourite beard products.
    The lumbersexual look is all about letting your hair grow wild, in its natural state and texture. In terms of products, I use a shampoo and conditioner regularly, just like the way one would do it with their normal hair. Having said this, I make it a point to trim my beard hair with my Lifelong electric trimmer from time to time to get rid of split ends. 
    What are your beard do's and don'ts?
    It's no secret that hair needs protein. So consume a protein-rich diet daily, let your beard grow wild but make sure you trim the split ends from time to time. Not trimming split ends restricts your beard growth. Do wash your beard regularly for hygiene. In don’t’s, I would say avoid getting discouraged as beard growth differs from man to man. Be patient and let it grow!

    I believe if you have personal style, you can conquer the world. While I am clued in to latest trends, I find them limiting. Therefore, I choose to go with my personal style—beard or no beard. Besides, this look is so versatile that you can carry it off with comfort and in any attire.

    Frankly, keeping resolutions restricts your dreams. For me, the sky's the limit!

    Know Your Artist : MOSKO

    An avant-garde duo from Delhi, MOSKO comprises of Kavya Trehan on vocals and Moses Kaul on guitar. They perform live with Abhinav Chaudhary on bass and Suyash Gabriel on drums/percussion. The band is about two years old, coming together for the first time in 2014 for the Ragasthan Music Festival.

    The dance rock/experimental band travelled all across India, performing at different cities, in May of this year. They partnered with Ahmedabad’s BlueTree artist management and booking agency for the tour and covered Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and New Delhi over the course of eight days. 

    The music made by MOSKO is combination of garage, rap, hip-hop with a lot of influence from Japanese anime.

    The love story Dabi, a Delhi girl born in a Dalit family and Khan, an intelligent man from Kashmir had to face its share of flak from people around them who questioned the fate of this cross-cultural match. The couple has overcome all obstacles and with their engagement in tow, they are planning to tie the knot very soon as well.

    Dabi is currently undergoing her training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration in Mussoorie, and in an age where we have advanced relatively far, our society still has shades of hypocrisy rooted deep inside it, which pops up every time something like this happens. Two people, building their careers, belonging to different cultures can work together but cannot fall in love? That is both funny and ridiculous at the same time.

    Depression can hit anyone. It crawls into your life, uninvited, and stays. It is difficult to get over it and the struggle is real, regardless of you having one friend in your life, or you being a celebrity, receiving love from the world. Shaheen Bhatt, Alia Bhatt’s sister shared a long post on her Instagram account about her battle with depression.
    I've lived with depression on and off since I was about 13 years old. This is not a revelation or a confession. Those who know me know this about me. It's not something I take any pains to hide, I'm not ashamed of it or particularly troubled by it. It's just a part of who I am. I have days where I feel good and then I have days where I don't. One minute everything's fine and the next it's like someone turned the light off inside my head. I go quiet and it's difficult to get out of bed.  Like it always does the world around me loses focus and I struggle to make sense of it. Sometimes these bouts last an hour - sometimes they last days.  Today, I'm on day 4.  I say I live with depression rather than I struggle with it because for me (and I speak only for myself here) I don't see why it has to be a struggle. I once read an idea by an American essayist called Richard Mitchell which stayed with me; it's now become how I try to approach the dips in my week or month. The idea is this: To be sick, or to suffer, is inevitable. But to become bitter and vindictive in sickness and suffering and to surrender to irrationality, supposing yourself the innocent and virtuous victim of the evils intentions of the world, is not inevitable.  The appropriate answer to the question - Why me? is the other question - Why not me? *** Why am I writing about this? Well, I spend a fair amount of time on social media during the course of my day and today I found myself looking for something to post because it's been a few days since I've posted anything. I couldn't find anything so I figured I'd just talk about this - how I'm doing, instead of what I'm doing. It's as simple as that, and we could all stand to do a little more of it. P.S.     Before you judge her for leading a lavish life and assuming things about how ‘she’ cannot have depression, think again! She is human after all. In her post, Shaheen confessed how she had the issue since the age of 13 and the only thing that helped her is that she dealt with it and faces it head on.  It takes courage to talk about these things so let’s give her the credit she truly deserves.

    Arguably one of the most popular and highly sought-after sportspersons in the country, Virat Kohli has taken huge strides both personally and professionally during his eight-year-old stint with Indian cricket.
    Kohli is ranked no. 1 in T20Is, no. 2 in ODIs and no. 4 in Test cricket. To top it all off, he looks like he’s in the best shape of his life and if that's not perfection personified, then probably nothing is.
    Just like a zillion women stalking Kohli on Instagram or Twitter, anyone who has been following the Indian Test captain on social media would have surely noticed the amount of gym and training sessions the Delhi lad undertakes to do what he does best - both on and off the field.
    However, before you start wondering if ours is yet another article drooling over the number of deadlifts he did in his last session, let us tell you that it's not. We all know how disciplined and focused Kohli is on his fitness and there's probably enough documented proof on that.
    But, if you go down the memory lane and recall Kohli's early days in Indian cricket, you'd notice that the 28-year-old was not always a fitness freak, let alone a consistent batsman. So what really changed and, more importantly, how it all began?
    The Fletcher effect Former Team India coach Duncan Fletcher might have fallen short on the expectations of the cricket-frenzy nation, but if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have seen the 2.0 version of Kohli.
    The Indian batting sensation recently opened the lid on as to how an impromptu conversation with Fletcher changed his thinking. "Duncan told me once that he feels cricket is the most unprofessional of professional sports," he told The Telegraph after India's win in the 2nd Test against England.
    "You can have the skill but do not think you need to train as much as a tennis player. But I realised if you want to stay on top playing three formats in this day and age you need a routine. You need a set pattern of your training, the way you eat, how healthy and fit you need to be. Being fitter made me mentally stronger. It was like a direct connection," Kohli recalled.

But, there needs to be a self-realisation propelled by the conscience growing on your back to take the initial steps towards achieving the goal. And Kohli's case was no different. 
    Ahead of the 2012 edition of the IPL, Kohli was confident that he'd come out on top against the opposition bowlers. But, what really unfolded in that season was quite shocking. The Delhi cricketer failed miserably, scoring 364 runs in 16 games with just two fifties to his name.
    "My training was horrible, I ate so bad, I was up late, I was having a drink or two regularly. It was a horrible mindset. The season ended and I was so thankful it was over. I went home, came out of the shower one day and looked at myself in the mirror and said you can't look like this if you want to be a professional cricketer," Kohli told The Telegraph.

    After realising what he wanted to achieve, Kohli changed everything including his diet and training. He began spending more time in the gym, went off glutten, off wheat, avoided cold drinks and even desserts. But, the next big challenge Kohli faced was to adhere to the strict regime that eventually made all the difference.
    "For the first two months I felt I wanted to eat the bed sheet when I went to sleep because I was so hungry. I was craving taste. I was craving delicious food. But then I saw the results. I felt quick around the field. I would wake up in morning and feel like I had energy," Kohli said.
    "From 2015, I changed my training again. I started lifting, snatching, cleaning and dead lifting. It was unbelievable. I saw the result. I remember running after a ball in a Test series in Sri Lanka and I felt more power in my legs. It was, like, 'wow'. This training is addictive. The last year-and-a-half it has taken my game to another level," he explained.
    From a man who considered himself chubby and overweight not really long ago, Kohli has surely come a long way to set new standards in Indian cricket.

    How many times have you fallen in love? Once? 3 times? Every month? It’s not love if you fall for it every month. Research says people, on an average, fall in love only twice in their lifetime. Siemens Festival Lights conducted a survey involving 2000 people on their romantic histories. Most of them, on an average, had found love twice.

    One out of the 7 people surveyed said they didn’t consider the person they were dating as the love of their life. A whopping 73 percent said they settled for the second best choice after their true love left them. 
    What’s more, 17 percent of the people said they found the love of their life AFTER they settled down with a partner. What do we say, destiny works in strange ways.

    An earlier research, conducted by North Opera, had suggested that people fall in love 4 times in their lives. That’s some respite, because modern relationships have a short shelf life.
