Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home really changed the course of Marvel movies in a way never seen before. Not only did it pave the way for Dr. Strange 2 multiverse movie, but it also brought some old familiar faces who we'd missed for quite a while. © Marvel Studios Of course, we're talking about the two Spider-Mans of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Before Tom's introduction as the MCU Spider-Man, Maguire and Garfield were the Spider-Mans fielded by Sony on the big screens. Well, with the MCU kicking off the Avengers films and Tom's popularity as the Spider-Man in Marvel movies, we felt like we'd bid farewell to Garfield and Maguire. However, their return to NWH has since then sparked rumours that both Spider-Mans might be returning for more Marvel movies. It is already rumoured that Tobey might be back for Dr. Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness and Avengers: Secret Wars, with Andrew's Spider-Man coming up against Venom in the Sony movies. © Marvel Studios Well, if you'd have to top one on that, it looks like Dr. Strange 2 director, Sam Raimi, who himself directed the first three Tobey Maguire Spider-Man films, has now spoken on a potential Spider-Man 4 film featuring The Great Gatsby actor. © Twitter That's right. There might be a chance Marvel may be revamping the Original Spider-Man movies under Raimi, and here's what the director had to say about it. "I've come to realize after making 'Doctor Strange' that anything is possible, really anything in the Marvel universe, and team-ups. I love Tobey. I love Kirsten Dunst. I think all things are possible. I don't really have a story or a plan. I don't know if Marvel would be interested in that right now. I don't know what their thoughts are about that. I haven't really pursued that. But it sounds beautiful. Even if it wasn't a Spider-Man movie, I'd love to work with Tobey again, in a different role." Raimi said while speaking to an entertainment portal. Just a while back, according to reports, Grant Curtis, who is the director of Marvel's latest show Moon Knight also hinted Tobey's return as Spidey. “There were other stories within those movies that did not get told. I hope someday, as any Spider-Man fan would tell you, that all those stories come out and that narrative continues,” Curtis said. It just had to happen! With Warner Bros and DC doing their magic with Robert Pattinson's new Batman film, it was only some time left for Marvel to bring the rabbit out of the hat. And it sure looks like they've done it again, in some spectacular fashion! According to reports, MCU's Daredevil reboot is finally set to enter production, and will apparently be a Disney+ MCU series. © Netflix This means that the Devil of Hell's Kitchen will finally be returning back to the TV screens to terrorize his enemies. This is according to the latest issue of Production Weekly, which is usually the centre of providing pre-production or in-production projects for film professionals. View this post on Instagram The news was included in a section for a show which was referred to as the 'Daredevil Reboot'. According to reports, the show was listed as a Disney+ series which was currently in development. It also mentioned Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige, and Chris Gary as producers of the popular show. This points to the much-anticipated return of fan-favourite Charlie Cox as attorney Matt Murdoch/Crimefighter vigilante Daredevil. Charlie already made fans jump up from their seats in Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home back in December of last year. © Netflix And well, it looks like he'll have the same effect when the star returns in the show as the popular superhero. While he will return, it is still not known what kind of project the character would appear in, or whether there would be any more tweaks to the whole show, as per Disney. So far, no timelines have been given for the show or when it will begin production. With the new Fantastic Beasts: Secrets Of Dumbledore film nearing its much anticipated April release, Warner Bros has released what is the latest official trailer for the film. And boy! Led by Magical Beasts-lover Newt Scamander, the new trailer looks to unravel some elements of the relationship between original Harry Potter characters Albus Dumbledore and Gelert Grindelwald. Well, here's a few interesting things we found out from the trailer: 1. A Dumbledore Vs Grindelwald Fight © Warner Bros It was bound to happen! The iconic fight between friends, lovers and the greatest wizards Dumbledore and Grindelwald will happen in this movie, and we can see a few scenes probably warming up to that. It is known that the two wizards, played by Jude Law and Mads Mikkelson have not been able to engage in a direct conflict due to a magical blood pact, however, this will change in the new film. 2. If there's one thing that I think all of us can agree on, it's that today's cartoons cannot be compared to the 90s and the early 2000s. We had The Flintstones, Scooby-Doo, The Powerpuff Girls, and so many other awesome shows to watch on the Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon. © Cartoon Network Well, there was another show unlike any other which almost everyone religiously followed in the day. It was the SWAT Kats, popularly known as Bahadur Bille in the Hindi-dubbed version of the show. © Cartoon Network The show followed the story of Chance "T-Bone" Furlong and Jake "Razor" Clawson, who pilots who fight crime in Megakat city with the help of their super-powered modern fighter jet Turbokat. Well, while the show aired for two seasons from 1993 to 1994, it will now get a reboot. The new show, called SWAT Kats Revolution, will be kickstarted by the show's creators, Christian and Yvon Tremblay, who will collaborate with India's Toonz Media Group, which is being led by its president Mukund Cairae. © Toonz Media Groiup "We're bringing our shows wherever there's a content gulf, and with animation, which travels easily internationally and crosses cultural barriers, there's a lot of potential for us to grow," Cairae said. SWAT Kats was known to be one of the most popular shows on Cartoon Network and its cancelation was met with a lot of displeasure from fans. In 2015, a revival of the show was in the works through a Kickstarter campaign, with Christian Tremblay stating that Warner Bros. had an interest in seeing SWAT Kats return on the Boomerang network. However, that did not go ahead and Tremblay provided an update on the reboot later. "It has been a long time coming to provide an update on Swat-Kats Revolution, we sincerely apologize. I hope this update will bring you comfort that the efforts to bring back SK is very much alive and we are actively pushing to make it happen...For us the challenge is not IF a new series will be produced, but WHEN will it be done...," said Tremblay back in 2020. If you remember watching Spider-Man: No Way Home, you'd obviously know that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man appearances weren't the only fan-favourite superheroes to reprise their roles from previous projects. There was another superhero who was known very well amongst fans in the last few years and became quite a sensation before being unfairly taken away from everyone. Yes. We are indeed talking about Matt Murdock AKA Daredevil, which was wonderfully played by actor Charlie Cox. © Netflix Cox obviously reprised his role in No Way Home in an epic scene where he was the lawyer of Tom Holland's Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man. Fans were obviously left in disbelief when Charlie returned as the advocate in the film, with him catching the brick scene also creating a buzz around fans, to what could be next for Daredevil. Now, while Netflix obviously cancelled the show and there would no fourth scene on that streaming device, it looks like Marvel isn't done with Daredevil just yet. According to reports, while Charlie Cox's Daredevil or Matt Murdock may get more action in the movies and even a tv series of his own, Marvel has now officially announced that it still will come with a new series on Daredevil. As per reports, the new Daredevil story will have Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto reuniting to tell the next part of Marvel Comics’ Daredevil story. © Marvel Comics Now, unlike the television show on Netflix, this one will be a comic book series with two spinoffs, “DEVIL’S REIGN” and “DAREDEVIL: WOMAN WITHOUT FEAR”. According to reports, the series will see multiple Daredevils take to Hell’s Kitchen, making sure that there is a return of both Matt Murdock, Elektra Natchios, alongside Marvel villain, Kingpin. Marvel made an announcement via a statement: "Known for their transformative work on the saga of Matt Murdock, Elektra, Kingpin, and more, the superstar creative team will turn their gaze to a future full of peril and pain, in this explosive beginning of an all-new era for Hell’s Kitchen’s guardian devil. After the shocking events of DEVIL’S REIGN, what is left of Daredevil? Who lived, who died, and who is left to pick up the pieces? Fans can expect the series to tackle both Matt AND Elektra’s journeys as they deal with the brutal cost of taking on the Daredevil mantle." Gosh! Looks like comic books are also going to get better and better, and till the time we get to see Charlie back in action, one can really start checking these comics out.
