  1. You might think that your hair only needs a good shampoo and conditioner to feel great. You are thrown with tons of options and it gets easier than ever to make it a part of your arsenal. But please, hold on. The downside to this is that you'll end up losing your hair drastically and if you don't want a receding hairline so soon, we are here to help you cut through the clutter. From the right sort of hair oil to which shampoo you should use, here are some best hair products for you that add volume and make your hair look good at all hours. 1. Hair Oil © MensXP MUD Hair oil is one of the most neglected hair care products but it needs to find a place in your kit. It includes an antioxidant-rich formula that's made with a blend of plant-based ingredients that will leave your hair feeling soft. This shampoo doesn't strip your hair of natural oils and that's what makes it a fantastic choice. 3. Hair Serum © Istock Leave it up to brands like The Body Shop or Forest Essentials that have some impeccable hair products like Grapeseed Hair Serum and Hair Thickening Serum Spray that are the most sought after products with natural ingredients. A hair serum provides nutrients for your hair and if you are experiencing frizziness, this product will add sheen to your hair and also protect it from harsh UV rays. 4. Make sure the cream is free from any chemicals so that it doesn't affect your hair or leads to hair fall issues. View the full article
  2. Before I even start talking about the impact of China's Coronavirus outbreak on the tech industry or other businesses, I'd like to point out that the current situation in China's Hubei province is getting worse by the day. The province has seen 97-percent of deaths from the virus and ongoing quarantine lockdown has delayed supplies from getting in. As much as we discuss the impact of Coronavirus on businesses that are relevant to us, it's equally important to understand that there are people who are suffering and going through a lot to prevent the virus from getting out of the province. Let's not get caught up in the moment and forget that all that. © Reuters If there's one sector that's experiencing a severe impact because of Coronavirus, then it's got to be technology. From closing down offices and manufacturing hubs to pulling out of tech events, we've been seeing a lot of repercussions. It's obviously not possible to put it in words about what people are going through in China right now and how it's affecting everything. But if there's one thing which is clear now, then it's the fact that we rely a lot on China and the products coming out of their country. Since the companies are shut for in the country, including some offices in Hong Kong, it also severely affecting the production in the facilities. As many of the products that we use on a daily basis are produced in China, experts are warning the consumers to expect shortages when it comes to smartphones, accessories, cars and other tech products. © Reuters Both Foxconn and Pegatron sites in China are closed so you can expect delays in the production of iPhones and AirPods. For those of you who don't know, these two manufacturing plants are the ones that are responsible for nearly all of the world's iPhones. Similarly, Facebook has also stopped taking orders for its new Quest VR headset and cited the outbreak for the delay. The ASUS ROG Phone 2 is also one of the products affected due to the outbreak. ASUS has warned that the device won't be available at all until further notice. Here, check it out - An open letter to our fans whoâve been waiting to buy the #ROGPhoneII. Thank you for your patience. #WorshippedByGamers #LovedByTechGurus pic.twitter.com/PgtjaojHOa â ASUS India (@ASUSIndia) February 1, 2020 And if the word from the folks over at the South China Morning Post is something to go by, then we can also expect to see production delays of devices from brands like Oppo, Xiaomi, Lenovo, and Huawei. The situation is not as severe for brands that don't rely on components from Hubei. Even a lot of new products that were expected to ship in early February have now been delayed, even indefinitely in some cases. It includes the Nintendo Switch console, games, accessories including the Animal Crossing edition. The MWC & Other Event EscapeIt's been very shocking to see one of the biggest conferences in the world has been seeing withdrawal from a lot of companies. Yes, the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona will be seeing a lot less attendance this year. Companies like LG Electronics, ZTE, and Ericsson have all pulled out this year citing the Coronavirus outbreak. There's no denying that places of interest like these events are the breeding ground for such viruses. There's definitely a potential risk of a further disease outbreak. © Reuters That being said, the WHO hasn't directed to cancel global conferences like MWC. And on top of that, the GSMA is also taking all the necessary measures that it can to keep the show floor safe and sanitized for the attendees. In addition to MWC, Huawei has also postponed its developersâ conference. It was scheduled to happen now, but it's now been postponed until the end of March. And when it comes to gaming, week 2 of the major League of Legends tournament has also been indefinitely delayed. The same is the case with Overwatch League matches. © Reuters Both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X might also get delayed due to Coronavirus. So, yes, it's safe to say that a lot of things are affected due to the outbreak. And it only goes to show how much we rely on China for our needs, at least when it comes to tech. So far, more than 800 people across multiple nations have lost their lives due to the virus outbreak. We really hope the situation goes back to being normal in China and the infected people safely recover. View the full article

  4. If you have planned on shelling out on some extra money on grooming products, you might as well get the right one that suits your skin type. When it comes to buying these products, men usually skip this bit and end up getting random drugstore products that can do long-term damage to the skin. The manufacturers of various brands promise some astounding results. Now, when the product doesn't work, it can be downright infuriating. If this is an issue that you have been facing for the longest time, here's you can invest in the right one and compare your options for better-looking skin. 1. Beware Of Artificial Scents © istock The very first thing that you might want to consider before buying a product is to take a good look at its ingredients. The main issue is that a lot of items have scents or fillers in them that can irritate your skin. Many of them can also end up causing allergic reactions. So opt for products that have organic ingredients like essential oils as they are best suited for any skin type, 2. Harsh Detergents © istock The best of face washes can also end up ruining your skin's texture and strip you away of all the natural oil. One of the top reasons for the same is harsh detergents that are infused in these products. Stick to mild cleansers instead that are made with olive oil, activated charcoal or have a coconut oil base. Also, opt for products that have zero sulfates and are paraben-free. 3. Say No To Products With Alcohol © istock Alcohol and menthol are two evil skin irritating ingredients that you do not want in your routine. The aftershave you use is a common example of the same. Instead of using that, you can use a moisturiser to soothe your skin. Better yet, use aloe vera gel. It is handy as well as anti-septic that works well on sensitive skin. 4. Be Consistent © istock A skincare routine is like a test and you need to follow it regularly to understand if it's working or not. Some products like a face wash or sunscreen have to be used every day while exfoliants can be used twice a week. Besides a regular routine, you also need to know the right order in which you have to use all your grooming products. Once you have mastered the art, these skin problems will hardly exist. 6. Sharon Stone shares her best kept beauty secrets and her most-adored productsAfter standing as an ultimate beauty icon in Hollywood for an extensive period, Sharon Stone has stepped forward sharing her best kept beauty secrets. While she carries plenty of lipsticks in her bag at all times, she further revealed in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle, about her old-school body cream which was her mother’s favourite. "My mom was an Avon lady, and she gave me a jar of Avon Rich Moisture cream, and she said, 'Put this on morning and night and you’ll thank me for the rest of your life,'” she said. Giving out some of the best beauty tips from work, Stone said: “Do eye makeup before base, because a smoky eye will fall all over your face. It’s the Bette Davis eyes secret." About her biggest beauty regret, Stone says: “When you’re young, people envy prettiness, [and] no one wants to tell you that you’re pretty. I wasn’t really secure in my beauty, because people weren’t secure enough to allow me to be beautiful. Now I look at films or clips and I think, Oh, I was such a pretty girl. I wish that I knew it." Moreover, she also spilled the beans on all the beauty products that go in her bag: “A little roll-on of Kai perfume and a thing of Weleda Skin Food. It’s a really great cream that you can buy at Whole Foods — terrific for the face and body. And then I have five lipsticks, but I don’t know [all of the brands]."
  7. It's always a little disappointing to find out that the skincare that you've been investing in, so far, has little to no effect on your face. Especially, if you want to get rid of pimples, scarring, skin discolouration, among other problems, as soon as possible. But one should know that there is a way of applying these products on your skin that can, in fact, maximise the benefits on your face. These steps include: 1. Are You Consistent With Your Skincare? If you're not, it's hardly practical to expect visible results. To see results that are visible you need to be consistent with your skincare. So, if the product demands you to apply skincare every single day then you should do that. 2. Wash Your Face Before Applying Any Product The primary reason behind cleansing your skin is the fact that applying any decent skincare product on top of clogged pores causes breakouts. So, then without cleansing, applying these products is going to be counter-intuitive. © MensXP 3. Add A Mask To Your Skincare Routine Adding a mask to your routine is going to give your skin the additional benefits that will also make your skin porous so that it can absorb the goodness from the products. Essentially, the mask acts as a catalyst for the products just to enable maximum results in less time. © Getty Images 4. Balance The pH Of The Skin In order to balance the pH levels of the skin, you need a toner that'll balance the pH levels. You can either use witch hazel or a toner, either way, it helps against environmental stressors like pollution and bacteria. Try Thayer's Original Witch Hazel. © Getty Images 5. Apply Facial Oil In The Night Not everyone uses facial oil with their skincare routine but they should, as the essential oil acts as a barrier against outside elements that might harm your skin. © Getty Images View the full article
  8. If you have ever wanted to get a bargain from Delhi's infamous Gaffar market, you could have been buying counterfeit products. In fact, Xiaomi has disclosed due to its anti-counterfeit measures, a complaint was filed with the local police and raids were conducted in the Karol Bagh market. In the raid, the police and Xiaomi representative retrieved fake or counterfeit products with Xiaomi's branding at multiple stores in the market. © Xiaomi Over 2000 products were seized from shop owners and were arrested for allegedly selling counterfeit Xiaomi products. Amongst the counterfeit products, it was found that products like Mi Powerbanks, Mi Neckbands, Mi Travel Adaptor with Cable, Mi Earphone Basic with Mic, Mi Wireless Headsets, Redmi Air Dots, Mi 2-in-1 USB Cable and others were being sold at a number of stores. © Xiaomi According to Xiaomi, “The police found out upon interrogation that the four suppliers have been managing this business for years now. These counterfeit products were allegedly sold in retail and wholesale to the customers from their retail shops: Galaxy Mobile Accessories, BCM Plaza, Shop No. 14 - Sega Market, Shop No. 2 - Lotus Plaza.” © Xiaomi The counterfeit industry is estimated to be valued at $650 billion annually according to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and is not limited to technology products. In most cases, consumers can identify a fake product by looking at the packaging, quality of build materials, branding and logo details. Some products now come with a barcode or a serial number that can be double-checked from the company's official website. “Illicit suppliers and retailers attempt to seize the opportunity to cheat consumers and introduce fake products in the market. It is strictly advised to all customers to purchase authorized products from authorised stores of the brand and partner outlets and also to be cautious and aware of purchase decisions.” Xiaomi said. 9. Just do a quick google search and you will come across a number of wellness guides and grooming routines that will make you look incredibly younger than you actually are. Sure, most of them do work, and when we say work, we mean work really well. However, invariably, you will come across n number of guides that say you need some product or the other. © MensXP But what if you don't want to spend a ton of money on grooming or skincare products? Well, even though you should, we can understand why someone would be a little sceptical of purchasing grooming products. That, however, does not mean that you can't get great skin. In fact, if you are tenacious enough, and have the will power of a monk who has vowed never to speak again, you can actually incorporate some habits that can make you look considerably younger than you actually are. We are talking about knocking 5-10 years off of your age. © Instagram/kartikaaryan 1. Get A Grip Over Your Smoking Habits © iStock This goes without saying, but if you smoke a pack every day for a year, you will start looking 50, at the age of 25. You need to cut back on your smoking if quitting altogether is not an option, although, there's really no excuse for not quitting. Try nicotine patches or nicotine gums, mild shock therapy or anything that works for you. Excessive or not, smoking ruins your skin, wreaks havoc on your hair, and even damages the white part of the eye, or sclera, giving it a yellowish hue. 2. Watch What You Eat © iStock This is something that seems very difficult to work on, but is actually, one of the easiest things that you can control. Have your meals at a specific set of time throughout a day, and seriously watch what you eat. We are not saying that you need to count your calories, but you need to watch what you eat. Having a balanced diet is key. Also, avoid fried and oily food as much as you can. You can also ditch those samosas and potato chips for healthier snacking options such as nuts, or a fruit. 3. Limit Your Alcohol Intake © iStock As much as we all love a nice and potent drink every now and then, going overboard and drinking your brains out is never a good idea. Alcohol takes a toll on your liver, which ultimately reflects on your skin and sclera. Furthermore, alcohol takes a long time to breakdown in your system so the ill effects stay for a long time. We're not asking you to give up drinking altogether, because first of all, it would be just daft, and secondly, life seems very dry and drab without alcohol, but don't turn into Captain Haddock, is all we're saying. 4. Drink Loads & Loads Of Water © iStock This is a drink that you can have loads of. Ideally, you should be drinking about two litres of water every day, so try to go through at least two bottles or 8-12 glasses daily. In case plain water is too boring for you, you can always have some fruit-infused, flavoured water, which you can even make at your home. Just chop up some fruits, and place it in a bottle, heat up some water and fill the bottles up, and let it cool down. You don't even need to heat the water really, that is just a way to speed up the process. Think of making some really kickass sangrias, but without the wine and spices. 5. Exercise Holds The Key © iStock This goes without saying, but exercising, especially ones that really work up your core muscles and strengthen your endurance, are great for your overall health. Just jog for a few minutes a day, and taking the stairs whenever you have the time and chance is actually a great way to start. Exercising is also a great way to rid your body of oxidants and impurities, which cleanses your skin and system from deep within. Furthermore, it improves the secretion of hormones and blood circulation by a mile, improving the overall functioning of your body. And did we say that it gets rid of that paunch you've been trying so hard to hide? 6. Dress Sharp © Instagram/arjunkapoor People often forget this, but dressing yourself in the right manner actually goes a long way in looking young. Your personal style is that one aspect that has the most drastic effect. You don't need to do a lot actually. Just ensure that you pick the right colours, silhouettes and that your clothes fit you well, and you're all set. Also, while you're at it, make friends with your tailor. Trust us, they will save some really screwed up days when the time comes. Just ask Barney Stinson. 7. Resting Is Equally Important © iStock Finally, and this is where almost everyone messes up big time, get proper rest. Although most medical associations say that we should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep, we know that in today's day and age, that's practically impossible, if we are to make something of ourselves. That being said, we do need to get 5-6 hours of sound sleep every single day. Not sleeping enough can cause your hair to fall out, bloodshot eyes, dark circles, puffed up under eyes, dry and lifeless looking skin. And these are just the external things that we are talking about. Imagine the havoc that it wreaks inside your body. One of the easiest ways to get the most out of your sleep is to ensure that you do not consume anything sweet or sugary at least an hour prior to hitting the bed, and that you simply switch off all your screens at least 30 mins before. A 30-something man pampering himself with a pedicure, another one all tarted up in facial foam, and then one who just arrived for a hair spa – these are some of the most common sights every time I visit any salon. Clearly, “grooming is for girls” is a myth that has long been put to bed. View this post on Instagram Let your skin rest for a minute before splashing ice cold water on your face. The ice cold water will close your pores and tighten up the skin stopping dirt and pollution from entering your pores, causing acne. Remember that pimples are usually caused when we forget to close our pores. Also remember to pat dry with a clean and soft towel, do not wipe and scrape the towel against your face to dry, this could seriously irritate the skin and cause inflammation. . . . . #MensXPMUD #SkinCare #MaleBeauty #Products #Cleanse #Beauty #Men #GetFresh #Mud #SkinCareRoutine #GlowingSkin #ThatGlow #BeautifulSkin #BBCream #Products #FollowUs #StayFresh #Glow #MenForBeauty #MakeUpForMen #MaleMakeUp #Facewash A post shared by MensXP Mud (@mensxpmud) on Jul 1, 2019 at 6:29am PDT Gone are the days when men scrubbing their faces or using a concealer would result in a major meltdown. 13. Beating the heat can be really tough, especially when you know that the second you will step out of the house, you'll face the harsh heat. In this weather, breathing is a task. Surviving through the day is like surviving a long drawn out battle. But understand this, taking care of yourself, like wearing the right clothes and carrying water is crucial, however, taking care of your skin is equally important. The hot Summer winds can leave a deep tan on your face. They can even leave your hair brittle and dry and in the worst case scenario, an allergy that might need medical attention if your work involves long hours under the harsh rays of the sun. So, here are some products that you most definitely should apply before stepping out of the house: 1. Prep Your Skin With Sunscreen © nykaa Start by taking some sunscreen and dabbing it gently all over your face. A regular work week means long hours of exposure under the sun which means you need to prep your skin with sunscreen to save your face from the exposure of the harmful UV rays. A good SPF doesn't just prevent a burn or a tan but saves you from toxic UV that is known to cause skin cancer. Also, remember to use the sunscreen thirty minutes before you step out in the sun for maximum effect. 2. Carry A Balm Stick With You © nykaa The harsh rays of the sun don't just affect your skin. They also affect your lips. And if you don't take proper care of your lips, you might end up with chapped lips that look unattractive and unhealthy. To nix that, carry a lip balm that you can use whenever you feel dryness. 3. A Face Mist/ Face Wipes © nykaa © nykaa After long hours outside, if you find yourself, sweating profusely use a face mist or face wipes. It's not practical to constantly find a washroom to wash your face in situations like these. A face mist or wipes do the job and freshen up your face in seconds. 4. A Good Moisturizer © nykaa It's important to not just moisturize your face before stepping out in the sun but also your entire body or at least the parts that will be exposed in the sun. This will help fight the dryness. Keep your arms, elbows, knees, feet etcetra moisturized.
  14. We live in a world of mass-produced products that are loaded with chemicals. Right from the food we eat to the cosmetics we apply, every product seems like a chemical disaster, packaged in fancy bottles. So how do we stop this? How do we start a lifestyle that is sustainable and toxin-free? Well, it's pretty simple. Organic and natural choices should be a way of living for you, and not just an experiment you want to give a try. Toxin-free and eco-friendly lifestyle starts at home, with every single choice that you make. We, at MensXP, have been trying to make some conscious lifestyle changes too. We are not going to say that we have totally aced it, but we are definitely on the right path. And, the brand that has helped us immensely on our journey towards a toxin-free lifestyle is Qtrove.com, a marketplace for all things natural and organic. We have been using the product everyday, and the results have been impressive. 16. Just like planning out your Holi party is on the top of your list of priorities right now, taking care of your skin is equally important. Holi colours can leave a deep hue on your face for days post-Holi. They can even leave your hair brittle and dry and in the worst case scenario, an allergy that might need medical attention. So, here are some products that you shouldn't leave your house without applying before having fun with colours: 1. Prepping Your Skin With Sunscreen Start by taking some sunscreen and dabbing it gently all over your face. Holi parties mean long hours of exposure under the sun which means you need to prep your skin with sunscreen to save your face from the exposure of the harmful UV rays. © Getty images 2. Lots Of Oil For a festival like Holi, It's best to lather your entire body and hair with a thick layer of oil. We recommend sesame oil and coconut oil but you can also apply any other effective oil that you're comfortable with. This additional layer acts as a barrier against all the strong colours and prevents them from seeping into your skin by preventing direct contact. © Getty images 3. Heavy Duty Balms Heavy duty balms like Vaseline add an extra layer of protection for your lips and for your face. If you have sensitive skin, you should definitely not step out of your house without wearing a heavy duty lip balm. © Getty images 4. Face Moisturizer Face moisturizers may seem inconsequential for this, but it's not. Your face always needs a good moisturizer to guard you against pimples, blisters, and other scars. However, use the moisturizer ten minutes after sunscreen so that everything blends in seamlessly. © Getty images
  17. Just like your girlfriend's night skincare routine or the makeup kit that she carries around, you too need a grooming kit in place. Why do you ask? If you do not take care of your skin and your hair or your beard, you'll definitely be adding years to your face. Also if you're out in the dating game, not taking care of yourself is not attractive at all. So, here are 4 super essential grooming products (apart from the basic face wash and moisturizer) that you should add to your grooming kit: 1. An Essential Oil © Getty Images An essential oil, be it tea tree or lavender, or even any other natural ingredient that you like, can help you in countless ways. Firstly, they help tackle dryness, they also help to get you to sleep at night in case you have trouble doing so. They also reduce puffiness and signs of ageing. 2. An Under Eye Cream © Amazon An under-eye cream is a boon for racoon eyes and post-hangover cleanup. If you are awake from partying all night, use this so that your boss does not find out. In fact, they are a more permanent solution to dark eye circles. 3. A Face Mist © Amazon Another hangover remedy, a face mist helps freshen up your face and tackles all the dryness and tiredness from the night before. Just steal one from your girlfriend's kit and you'll never want to return it. 4. A Roll-On Deo © Getty Images In case you have a long day ahead of you, you need a roll-on to quickly stroke your pits with for a refreshing fragrance that doesn't turn off women.
  18. All grooming products come with an expiry date which means you'll have to dump them at some point. With weather conditions like that of India's, it's likely that the expensive products you buy will get spoiled well before their expiry date. That's the worst scenario you could imagine, however, there is a preventive measure that you can take from stopping your grooming products from spoiling like storing them in the fridge. Besides lasting longer, they will even feel better on your skin. Here are four products that you should be storing in the fridge: 1. Fumes © idiva Without a doubt, you should be storing your fumes inside of the fridge. The heat and humidity degrade the quality of the fume. 2. Eye Cream © innisfree green tea seed eye cream Firstly, if you don't have an eye cream, get one. Especially if you don't want racoon eyes for the rest of your life. Secondly, put that in the fridge. Besides, a chilled out eye cream works better in soothing and de-bloating your blood vessels under the eye. 3. Beard Oil © prospector They tend to become a little runny in the Summer heat. Shove them in the fridge for uniform consistency. Also, the emollients degrade when they come in contact with the UV rays. 4. Toner/Moisturizer © Dove Again, just for the immediate benefit of how it would feel on your skin in its chilled glory. But in case you're using organic products, they anyway shouldn't be outside.

  20. Amazon has started removing a wide array of products from its website in India after the country's new e-commerce policy kicks in from today. A lot of exclusive products and brands have disappeared from the marketplace since the company has no option, but to comply with the new norms. In December, the Indian Government modified foreign direct investment (FDI) rules for the e-commerce sector, and this has highly disrupted the sales model of Amazon and Flipkart. To start with, marketplaces can no longer sell products exclusively on their platform. So, every brand that was earlier closely associated with the company, has been removed from the platform. © Reuters The new investment rules bar online retailers from selling products via vendors in which they have an equity interest. Numerous products from sellers like Cloudtail are no longer available on the website since Amazon has an equity stake in the seller. Even products from Shopper's Stop have been removed because Amazon owns five per cent stake in the retail label. Amazon and Walmart-owned Flipkart have tried to lobby against the new rules, but to no avail. In fact, Amazon's own line of Echo speakers has been taken off the shelf. Amazon had written to the Indian Government asking for a four-month extension to comply with the new rules, a company spokesperson said. But, there has no update on the proposal's consideration from the authorities. © Reuters Amazon has warned of widespread disruption due to the new policy and according to Reuters, the policy could "have undesirable impacts on the continued growth of e-commerce in India." Flipkart said that it was "disappointed that the government has decided to implement the regulation changes at such haste," but said it was committed to complying with the new rules. © Nikkei Asian Review The new policy comes amid intense lobbying by India's small and medium scale enterprises who have been most hit due to the marketplaces. They accuse the platforms of stockpiling goods at wholesale rates and then offering deep discounts to grow sales. The Confederation of All India Traders, which says it represents more than 70 million local retailers, warned the government against granting an extension on the enforcement of the new policy. Direct changes on Flipkart's website remain unclear right now, but we're sure a lot of exclusive apparel labels are going to disappear soon. The policy has received a mixed response since smaller traders are happy with the speed bump. Nationalists believe foreign marketplaces were playing around FDI rules to get a foothold, and in return damaging the country's existing merchants. Update: Amazon has reached out to confirm that Echo speakers and a few other products are now back on the website, and available for purchase.

  23. Unless you're Ranveer Singh or Hrithik Roshan, it's safe to say you'd need a million products to keep your long 'tresses' in place. To be honest, even these guys would, but let's give them a benefit of the doubt and assume they are blessed with amazing hair. Now, if you're trying to tame your hair and look as good as the aforementioned, you would need an army of chemicals put in your hair. And sorry to burst your bubble, but that's going to do more harm than good. Unless, of course, you switch to natural alternatives from Qtrove.com which make your hair smooth and tamed, without harming a strand of hair on your head, literally. 1. 24. Wonder why her hands are supple to touch or why her skin has a flawless finish at all times? It's time for you to broaden the definition of grooming by taking inspiration from your girl's beauty stash. Reason: You'll be stunned by the sheer effectiveness of these products and once you cross over to the other side of products that make self-care seem irresistible for you, there's no coming back. This is not only a form of self-care but will also definitely upgrade your grooming game by a notch. 1. Lip Balm The lip balm has no gender. Also, it is a universally acknowledged fact that no one wants to kiss a pair of chapped lips. I'm sure you secretly agree with this too. Which leaves us to this conclusion: your lips need a balm. With Winter months right here, the weather can be terribly harsh for your skin and especially your lips. Your skin, just like your girlfriend's, is not impermeable to the dryness of Winter. Like her, you too need a moisturizing agent to save the lips from breaking into cracks. Try: Nivea Men Active Care Created especially for men, the lip balm moisturizes your lips without making it rather shiny, just in case you want to keep this your little secret. © Amazon Price: INR 120 Buy it here 2. Sunscreen I can't stress enough on the importance of sunscreen. Not only does it help prevent your skin from getting a rough tan but also saves you from the UV rays that are responsible for causing cancer. Now, that's a good enough reason to not say no to it. Ideally, for your face sunscreens, don't choose a cream below SPF 40, because most people don't apply enough and a lower SPF just won't do the job. Try: Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock (SPF 50+) Its ultralight formula blends flawlessly and helps prevent sunburns. © Amazon Price: INR 514 Buy it here 3. Leave-In Conditioner Winter months can leave your mane dry and brittle. A good solution would be to shampoo it less and condition it more. Trust me, when I say this- it's the most basic routine that every girl follows. A viable option is adding a leave-in conditioner to your routine. This not only gives the hair much-needed moisture that it lacks but also adds a healthy shine to your hair. Try: Pantene Oil Replacement The non-sticky formula takes barely a minute to apply and gives your hair all the goodness of a hair oil without leaving it oily and sticky. © Amazon Price: 150 Buy it here 4. Dry Shampoo A dry shampoo, contrary to a leave-in conditioner, is for those days when you absolutely don't have the time to shampoo or the bad hair days when your hair seems oily and limp and can be difficult to style. Dry shampoo absorbs the excess oil and leaves hair with much-needed volume. Try: Colab Sheer + Invisible Tropical Fragrance Dry Shampoo is great for cleansing out the excess of natural oil that leaves hair sticky and greasy. © Amazon Price: INR 699 Buy it here 5. Concealer A concealer is instrumental in saving your girl in times of crises. Whether it's a hickey on her neck that she needs to hide before an official meeting or a pimple on the face right before date night or even dark circles for that matter! This product upon generous use, conceals it all. Now, these aren't gendered problems. I'm sure you relate too. Use a concealer stick so that you could avoid the awkward moments when your hickey gets spotted. Try: Colorbar Full Cover Make Up Stick, this product is lightweight and creamy and will seamlessly blend in your skin. © Amazon Price: INR 675 Buy it here 6. Hand Cream No-one wants to hold hands that are scaly and unpleasant to touch, right? Ever wonder why your girl's hands are so soft to touch? Hand lotion is crucial in keeping the softness intact since the skin on your hands is devoid from the production of sebum oil (a natural skin moisturizer). This is where a hand lotion comes into the picture. Try: Dot & Key Hand Cream This one is ingrained with moisturizing and sanitizing properties that help keep the hands soft. © Amazon Price: 395 Buy it here 7. Hair Dryer I know, I know, a lot of you guys might already be using this. But for a few out there who aren't, the hair dryer might come off as useless at first glance but once you notice the difference between naturally dried hair and hair dried with a hairdryer you wouldn't want to go back. This gives an added definition to your hair and at a quicker pace, so it doesn't seem like much of a hassle and you don't get late for work. Try: Philips HP8100/46 Hair Dryer A reliable hair dryer that is easy to carry and styles hair while giving it volume quickly. © Amazon Price: INR 779 Buy it here
  25. Apple is on a roll when it comes to earnings and revenue figures as the company recorded a 29 percent increase in its fourth fiscal quarter. The company earned its overall target of $62.9 billion and exceeded expectations for the quarter. © Apple Even though there has been no change when it comes to unit sales year on year, the company managed to increase its revenue thanks to higher prices for its products. The company introduced its first $1,000 iPhone last year and the price hike seems to be working when it comes to earnings. The company doubled down on its highly priced product strategy this year with the launch of iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR. Apple also expanded its portfolio earlier this week with a brand new iPad Pro and MacBook devices. Apple has increased the price of the MacBook Air to $1,199 ($999 previously) and the same can be said about accessories like the 'Apple Pencil 2' and the Smart Keyboard. © Akshay Bhalla_MensXP The record revenue from higher priced products proves that Apple's customers don't care about the price hike and are still shopping Apple's offerings. According to Apple chief financial officer Luca Maestri, the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus had a combined 98 percent satisfaction rate among customers. This resulted in the iPhone raking in 59 percent of Apple's total revenue last quarter. Apple saw revenue increase not only in the products segment but also services. Services such as Apple Care, Apple Music, cloud services and the App Store also raked in $10 million in revenue last quarter. "Services are important not only because they are growing faster than some of Apple's traditional device categories, but also because services revenues grow based on usage, not new product sales," said Avi Greengart, research director at GlobalData. "As smartphones mature and consumers hold onto them longer, Apple can still improve the user experience — and make money — by making what you already have more useful.” According to a report by our sister website Economic Times, Apple's net profit in India jumped to Rs 896.3 crore for the fiscal ended March 2018. “The company saw its total income (including other income) rising about 12 per cent to Rs 13,097.6 crore in FY2018 from Rs 11,704.3 crore” the report said.
