Recruitment Administrator (Remote, EMEA) – RECSEEKERS – Salary / Contract is dependant on level.
If you’re someone who loves keeping things organised, takes pride in high standards, and wants to be trusted to actually run a process properly… this will suit you.
We’re building out the engine behind RecSeekers and need someone sharp to take ownership of the admin and CRM side of the business as we continue to grow across the UK and beyond.
This isn’t a passive admin role. You’ll sit right in the middle of everything. Managing data, keeping HubSpot clean and structured, making sure candidates and clients are tracked properly, and supporting the overall flow of the desk so nothing slips.
You’ll also be communicating with people regularly. Following up, keeping things warm, helping move conversations forward. So being organised alone isn’t enough, you need to be confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with people.
What you’ll be doing
Working inside HubSpot daily, keeping everything clean, structured and up to date
Managing candidate and client data so nothing gets lost
Supporting outreach, follow ups and general communication
Helping keep live processes moving smoothly behind the scenes
Spotting gaps, fixing problems early and improving how we operate
