This is a unique love story, not glorified by any college romance or meeting through common friends, but a romance that blossomed in a sarkari setup. Tina Dabbi was the UPSC topper for 2015, and Aamir-Ul-Shafi-Khan earned the second rank. This guy lost the first rank to this brilliant woman, and also lost his heart to her.

The love story Dabi, a Delhi girl born in a Dalit family and Khan, an intelligent man from Kashmir had to face its share of flak from people around them who questioned the fate of this cross-cultural match. The couple has overcome all obstacles and with their engagement in tow, they are planning to tie the knot very soon as well.

Dabi is currently undergoing her training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration in Mussoorie, and in an age where we have advanced relatively far, our society still has shades of hypocrisy rooted deep inside it, which pops up every time something like this happens. Two people, building their careers, belonging to different cultures can work together but cannot fall in love? That is both funny and ridiculous at the same time.
