The Bollywood wedding season is upon us, with actor Rajkumar Rao finally getting married to his long-term girlfriend Patralekhaa. However, there is another superstar wedding that is around the corner, which happens to be Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's.

The two  Bollywood stars will get married between the 7th and 12th of December at the Six Senses Fort at Barwara luxury resort, where the tariff for a basic room starts at over Rs 75,000, per night.

However, despite the wedding being so grand with a long list of superstar names on it, there are a few prominent Bollywood superstars that are going to miss the wedding. 

1. Salman Khan

Salman Khan is probably one of the biggest actors in Bollywood, and as per reports, Vicky Kaushal actually proposed to Katrina in front of him only. It is also said that Salman was the first person to be invited to the star wedding.

However, it looks like Salman will not be attending the wedding with the reason being the relationship between Salman and Katrina in the past. Not very surprising, to be honest.

2. Akshay Kumar

Akshay and Katrina just starred in the Rohit Shetty blockbuster Sooryavanshi, and have always had wonderful chemistry having worked together in blockbuster films like Welcome, Singh is King, and others. However, it appears that Akki would be giving the wedding a miss as he's scheduled for shootings for other projects.

3. Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt

The two stars are already set to get married to each other next year. The two will, however, miss Vicky and Katrina's wedding. While there has been no clear reason for it, we feel that it could be down to Ranbir dating Katrina just before Alia, and it doesn't seem like a no-brainer for both parties.

4. Ajay Devgn

Ajay Devgn is a star who usually stays away from almost all Bollywood social events unless it's for a reason or for the promotion of his own movies.

And this looks like one of the things that he is going to miss. While Ajay shares a good relationship with Katrina having worked with her in Rajneeti and this year's Sooryavanshi, it is reported that it's close to impossible for him to take time off his busy schedule to attend the wedding.

5. Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan has worked with Katrina in several movies, and the two share a very cordial relationship, with the actress even staying at SRK's Alibaug farmhouse. However, with King Khan going through so many personal problems with son Aryan, the actor will certainly miss Katrina's royal wedding.

6. Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan and Katrina worked with each other in Dhoom 3 and had amazing chemistry on-screen. However, with the actor now busy shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha, it looks likely that he may also miss out on attending Katrina and Vicky's wedding.
