Generations of men have been quietly suffering from outdated norms and toxic notions of masculinity. Age-old adages like "Men Don't Cry", "Toughen Up", or "Be The Man Of The House", have harmed men more than they'd let know. MensXP has always been committed to providing safe spaces for men to open up about these experiences so that a more positive outlook on masculinity can be created.
