Karan Johar's Ungli, featuring Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut, Randeep Hooda, Neil Bhoopalam, and Angad Bedi in pivotal roles, recently completed seven years of its release. On the special occasion, a poster of Ungli was shared on the official social media handles of Dharma Productions celebrating the film's seventh anniversary. As soon as the poster was shared online, netizens noticed that Kangana has been cropped out of it.

Yes, you read that right! The Tanu Weds Manu star has been digitally removed from the modified poster that reads, "7 Years Of Ungli". While other actors feature on it. "Unko pakadne ke liye pehle unke soch ko pakadna hoga #7YearsOfUngli @karanjohar @apoorva1972 @rensildsilva," Karan Johar-owned production house wrote a quote from the film in the caption and shared the poster on Dharma Productions' verified social media handles.

Kangana is yet to react to the same, however, social media users took a dig at the production house as well as Johar for this deletion. Replying to the post, a person wrote, "Y’all really just cropped out Kangana, have some shame KJo". Another user tweeted, "Kangana hate is so visible". While on Instagram, in the comments section, a few users sarcastically asked "where's Kangana?" 

For the unversed, Ungli marks the only collaboration of Kangana and Karan till now. Helmed by Rensil D’Silva, the film was released in 2014 and failed to make a mark at the box office.  

Later, during an appearance on Koffee With Karan with Saif Ali Khan in 2017, Kangana called KJo the "movie mafia" and the "flag-bearer of nepotism" which resulted in a long-running feud between them. Since then, the Queen actress has been accusing him of promoting star kids and sabotaging the careers of actors with no filmy connections. 

On the professional front, Johar is busy with his next directorial venture titled Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. Featuring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in lead roles, the much-awaited film is slated to release on February 10, 2023. On the other hand, Kangana has various interesting projects in her kitty including Tejas and Dhaakad.
