Lend us your ears: Varun Dhawan just outdid himself with four simple—but terrific outfits. And by doing so, he won the IIFA weekend that featured a hundred other contemporaries making equally good moves. But we're here to talk about the lad and what sets his fashion him apart from the boring sheep. We'd say, it's his penchant for details that are hardly detailed. First off, we don't even know what to call this shirt. To us, it looks like a kurta, layered with left-overs of a similar-hued. But that's obviously not the case. It's such an extraordinary piece, without seeming like one. Now that's what's extraordinary. Notice how the denims define normalcy and the shoes are quite somber.

Our point here: his necktie's the stunner. But, it's neither groundbreaking nor a stand-out piece. It's different, but maybe not as much. The motif detailing is the real hero and that's what makes this outfit special.

If you know what's a ***** bow, you'll know what's going on here. For toddlers, the ***** bow's the black mess that's visible on VD's shirt collar. It's a piece that's high-fashion, and only meant for the daring. Enough said.

Let's be honest, this a staple Varun Dhawan outfit. There's a baseball moment, a hoodie over a T-shirt, ripped jeans, white sneakers and most importantly, his bonafide poseful glare. For once, he's thrown in a neck accessory too—so let's applaud him for that. Or to shoot a hundred arrows at once, let's pat his back for the sartorial excellence he showcased at IIFA 2017.
