Ankita Lokhande, best known as Archana from Ekta Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta, is all set to tie the knot with long-time boyfriend Vicky Jain today (14 December). While the pre-wedding festivities began a few days ago, their sangeet ceremony took place yesterday. Various known names including Ekta Kapoor, Mahhi Vij, and Amruta Khanvilkar attended the ceremony making it a starry affair. Ankita's, Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi co-star Kangana Ranaut too attended her sangeet ceremony and stole the limelight from other celebrities.

For Ankita's sangeet, Kangana opted for a warrior queen avatar and looked gorgeous in a navy blue coloured lehenga choli paired with a dupatta and heavy jewellary. Sharing a glimpse of her look on Instagram, the actress wrote, "Make love not war… Aaj mere yaar ki shaadi hai.. @lokhandeankita".

Various videos and pictures from the sangeet ceremony are now doing the rounds on the internet. Viral Bhayani, the well-known paparazzi, too posted a compilation of videos from the ceremony in which Kangana is seen having a great time with Ankita. However, social media users joked about the Queen actress' traditional attire. 

A user wrote, "Khud ke shaadi me ja rahi hain aise lag raha hai". Another wrote, "I think she got confused n mistook it as her own sangeet". A third user asked, “Who’s the bride?”

On the career front, Kangana was last seen playing the role of late actress-politician J Jayalalithaa in the biographical drama Thalaivi. Upon release, the film as well as the actress' performance received a positive response. Her lineup also includes Dhaakad, Tejas, and Alaukik Desai's much-awaited Sita: The Incarnation. 

Apart from her acting assignments, Kangana is also busy with her next production venture featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur, titled Tiku Weds Sheru.
