Shakun Batra's Gehraiyaan, featuring Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Dhairya Karwa, premiered on February 11 on Amazon Prime Video amid huge buzz and hype. Since then, the film has been getting a mixed response from viewers. While a section of moviegoers loved the movie and Deepika's performance in it, others just couldn't connect with the theme and storyline. 

Despite getting polarising reactions, the film has been trending across various countries including India, of course. Revealing the same, a post on the official Instagram handle of Dharma Productions reads, "The tide of love has been high for #Gehraiyaan across the seven seas - for a week!"

Well, Gehraiyaan has indeed caught everyone's attention for some or the other reason, and Deepika recently hosted a success bash for the team. On Sunday night, several pictures and videos from the success bash were doing the rounds on social media. Ananya, Siddhant, Shakun among others attended the Gehraiyaan party and all of them looked happy. 

For the occasion, Deepika opted for an all-white outfit and looked gorgeous in a white corset top. Here's a picture from last night in which she's posing with her Gehraiyaan team:

Viral Bhayani, a well-known paparazzi, too posted a video of Deepika from the bash in which she's seen posing for photographers. While she looks happy, netizens trolled her for hosting a success party despite strong mixed reactions to Gehraiyaan. 

Commenting on the clip, a user wrote, "Flop movie ka bhee success party ho rahe hai next level promotion". Another Instagram user commented, "That is called Jabardasti flop film ko hit banana". A third social media user wrote, "Success? Gajab zabardasti hai (laughing emoji). Take a look at the reactions here:

For the unversed, Gehraiyaan was on the second spot in the list of most-watched OTT/film in the first week of its release. Richa Chaddha's Disney+Hotstar series The Great Indian Murder had beaten Deepika's film to bag the top position in the list.

Gehraiyaan has been jointly produced by Jouska Film, Dharma Productions, and Viacom18 Studios. The film is a tale of complex relationships and revolves around love, betrayal, and infidelity.
