As shown in the promo, at first, Kapil is seen greeting the producer and actors. Later, the comedian asks Sajid what Jackie Shroff told him before he launched Tiger in Bollywood. Sajid, the head honcho of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, replied, "Dada ne ek din bola, ‘Bhidu, mera kaam hai sirf bachcha paida karna, star tu bana de' (Buddy, my job is only to give birth to my son, it’s your job to make him a star)".

The hilarious statement left everyone in splits.

Sharing the promo on the Instagram official handle, Sony TV wrote, "@apnabhidu Da ka kehna Sajid Nadiadwala ji ne maan liya aur @tigerjackieshroff ko ek behtareen film se launch kiya! Dekhiye #TheKapilSharmaShow, iss Shani-Ravi raat 9:30 baje, sirf Sony par". Take a look at the promo below:

For the unversed, Tiger made his acting debut with Heropanti in 2014 alongside Kriti. Produced by Sajid and directed by Sabbir Khan, the film turned out to be a hit and established both Tiger and Kriti among the most promising young stars of the Hindi film industry. Since then, the actor has delivered several hits and is counted among the most successful action stars.

After Heropanti, Tiger and Sajid teamed up for the Baaghi franchise and are currently working together on Heropanti 2. Featuring Tara Sutaria as the leading lady, the upcoming sequel is slated to hit the theatres on April 29. Besides Heropanti 2, the actor also has projects like Ganapath and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in his kitty.

It is written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
