With just a few weeks to go before she starts classes at Harvard, Barack Obama?s eldest daughter Malia is making sure not to miss a single moment of fun.

The former first daughter was caught on video dancing wildly and pounding the ground in tune to the rock band ?The Killers? at the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago over the weekend.

Malia, 19, and her friends reportedly spent most of their time backstage during ?The Killers? set, before going to the grassy area to dance. In the video, which went viral on the internet, she can be seen writhing and rolling on the grass, before headbanging and pounding the ground during a guitar riff.

Her bizarre dance moves sent the internet into a frenzy, sparking yet another controversy as some social media users criticised her dancing while others defended her for ?letting loose? and having fun with her friends.

"Malia Obama is doing what you supposed to do at an concert: HAVE FUN," a Twitter user posted.

"Leave sasha and malia obama alone," another tweeted.
