This week, the world woke up to witness some serious allegations against Indian Cricketer Mohammed Shami. For those who don't know, Shami's wife Hasin Jahan has accused him of not only cheating with several women, but also for domestic violence, match-fixing and attempt to murder. To 'prove' her claims, she went ahead and revealed the WhatsApp and Facebook chats of her husband with different women.

Just like the rest of the world, Shami was taken aback by this sudden outburst and has denied all these accusations. He is of the view that all this is just a conspiracy and is baseless

While the Kolkata police has started investigating the matter, after a complaint filed by his wife, it is too early to comment on whether all of this is true or not.

Following these allegations, BCCI has also put Shami's annual contract on hold. We hope that the matter is resolved by the authorities soon otherwise this can badly hurt Shami's career.
