Much like everyone else, I am going to be making the most out of my long weekend, since Holi is just around the corner. There have been many new TV shows and movies that have been released on the streaming service that will keep me busy and I’m sure you must be wondering what to watch as well. So here is my list of TV shows and Movies I am watching on Netflix right now.

American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson (2016)

It is easily one of best new additions on Netflix and it is one of the best miniseries from last year. This TV show never made it to Indian television but you need to watch this miniseries based on the trial of the century. O.J. Simpson was accused of murdering his wife and her friend and it depicts how the trial went down as it captivated the entire nation back in 1994. Sarah Paulson plays as Marcia Clark and Vance as Johnnie Cochran. The entire cast, in fact, is flawless and even though you might know how it ends, you still need to watch it anyway.

Superbad (2007)

Probably one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen set in a high school. The movie is almost a decade old; however, at this point it’s all about watching Michael Cera, Emma Stone and Jonah Hill when they were very young and still full of life.

Sausage Party (2016)

If you are planning to get stoned this weekend or have some bhang on Holi, you should drop everything and watch this hilarious movie about snacks. It has all the humour you want and this is an adult animated movie, which has been in the works since 2007. The movie is set in a grocery store where everything is about the lives of goods, jars, bags, containers and anything else you would find at a supermarket. This movie was conceptualised by Seth Rogan and Jonah Hill, which signifies that you need to get high right now.

Greenleaf (2016)

Watch this enticing show to know more about how the members of the Greenleaf family run a Memphis mega-church and at the same time, their lives are tainted with adultery, greed and other unmentionable sins.

Shooter (2016)

Based on the 2007 feature film and starring Mark Wahlberg, a retired military marksman is coaxed back into action after learning of a plot to kill the President. Watch it for a deep layered plot where the lead is framed for an attempted assassination and has to prove his innocence.
