Jacob Monday is your regular 16-year-old, with countless dreams and a bucket list to put them in. Sounds like the beginning of an adventure fuelled, happy teenage story, right? Except it's not. Jacob is suffering from bone cancer, and he knows that he doesn't have much time left. Did he allow it to turn it into a sad story though? No. He is currently making the most of whatever little time he has left here, and is checking things off his bucket list. One of his last wishes is to get a lot of followers on Instagram, and that wish just got fulfilled, thanks to Chris Pratt.

Chris Pratt met Jake and got to know about his bucket list. As soon as he got to know that one of his wishes was to get a ton of followers on Instagram, he posted it on his own Instagram profile and urged his followers to follow Jake and make his last wish come true. Another thing to tick off was getting his hair and makeup done - Chris took care of it without missing a beat.
