Anil Kapoor Just Stepped Out In A Kurta Like 'Lakhan' Would, & All We Can Say Is 'Jhakaas!'

Anil Kapoor was just spotted wearing a white kurta, and we got a quick flashback from 'Ram Lakhan'. As strange as it sounds, it's true. He wore his kurta in a way that only a badass like Lakhan could have carried off. He tucked the front of the kurta into his jeans, and left the rest hanging. Swag level over 9000 would be an understatement, really.

What is this look, really? Party in the front and Sanskaar in the back? Something you wear when you have to go to the Mandir but also have to show up for a business meeting? Who can tell? But it doesn't matter, because it's all kinds of awesome.

On closer inspection, though, it's evident that what he is wearing isn't really a kurta after all. It's a front open kurta with buttons - or in other words, a longline shirt. Why aren't they taking over, yet? They need to because they are super cool and versatile. Imagine what all you can do with a longline shirt - keep it open as a jacket, wear it as a kurta, or just do a 'Lakhan', as Mr Kapoor has taught us.

Coming to the rest of his outfit, we are loving the whole retro vibe of the big belt buckle. Remember how they used to rule during the 90's? And the fact that he has chosen to wear it with a pair of blue jeans shows that he is all for revisiting that era.

Coming to the sneakers, let's just say now it makes sense that he has a sneakerhead for a son-in-law. Those Nikes are smooth! Just keep going, Mr Kapoor. We'll just pick up on all the style inspiration you casually leave behind.
