The movie unites real life father and daughter duo Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor for the first time and it's a pleasant surprise that you just can't miss.

A couple of hours ago, the first look of the movie was shared followed by the teaser. This is a love story but not a simple one. It has 'siyaapa' written all over it. From the first frame to the last, the teaser keeps you hooked.

Starting with a linear pattern, the story begins with around the time of 1942 when love stories were simple. Nostalgia settles in as iconic song Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga composed by the legendary RD Burman plays on screen, with Anil Kapoor from '1942 A Love Story' looking all love-struck. Fast-forward to 2018, we hear gorgeous Sonam Kapoor as Sweety Chaudhary saying, “Pyaar mein siyaapa nahi kiya, toh kya pyaar kiya?”

Set in Punjab, the film traces the complications and complexities of modern love stories, infused with a touch of classic one. The teaser very well establishes the bond between a father and daughter, making us curious about the trailer. After all, watching Anil and Sonam together will be an experience we will cherish.
