When it comes to music, Mukesh Bhatt knows what he is doing. Keeping the music magic alive, the background score casts its spell since the beginning and gets you hooked to it.

The trailer doesn't bring out an extraordinary story that we haven't seen before, but it does make you nostalgic.

Featuring Rhea Chakraborty, debutante Varun Mitra & Digangana Suryavanshi in lead roles, 'Jalebi' is all about first love, making certain choices in life and letting go of something important due to different priorities. Doesn't that sound familiar?

The trailer shows the bittersweet story of Dev (Varun) and Aisha (Rhea) who fall for each other, get married and enjoy marital bliss for a while.

But their world comes crashing down when Aisha, who loves her work, gets a great career opportunity and decides to move to the city for a better future, while Varun refuses to leave his family.

While the crux of the story is what Bollywood has remade, again and again, it's the ending of the clip that wants to make you look forward to the whole story.

'Jabeli' might not be the best romance movie of the season but it will surely evoke certain emotions in those who have travelled down this road. 

Directed by Pushdeep Bhardwaj, the movie will hit the screens on 12th October 2018.
