Catching suspected criminals is one of the most obvious duties the police everywhere in the world is expected to perform. While many believe the chase to be exciting, cops will tell you otherwise.
Just like in a recent case of chasing after a suspect in Scotland, when the local police found themselves in a âsmellyâ situation.
The West Bassetlaw Police were trying to trace a suspect for two offences who had been giving them a run. However, it was his loud fart which finally helped the police track the suspect and put him behind bars.

After a long foot chase in the neighbourhood, the suspect ran into a forest and tried to hide behind the bushes. The suspect would have succeeded to give the cops a miss yet again, had it not been for this ill-timed fart that escaped him.
This is what one of the police officers involved with the arrest said, âI was almost out of wind running but luckily the suspect still had some. I heard him letting rip and followed the noises to a bush.â

This update had people cracking up and some even commended the police for their sense of humour and said, âWho says coppers dont have a sense of humour (sic)â.
And speaking of cops and humour, how can we forget about our very own desi, Dabangg cop Chulbul Pandey, who had given a very ominous threat to Chedi Singh and said, âHum tum mein itne ched karenge, ki confuse ho jaoge ke saans kahan se le aur paade kahan se.â

This situation definitely seems like Chulbulâs threat come to life for the unsuspecting criminal, who ended up getting caught because he couldnât control his ill-timed fart.
