The intolerance level of Indians is getting crazier with every passing day. From taking down the Tanishq ad showing an inter-religion happy marriage to boycotting films for hurting religious sentiments, we now have enough proof of what kind of a society we are living in. 

Since the trailer of Laxmmi Bomb has been released, the Akshay Kumar film got entangled into various controversies. People on Twitter have been asking to boycott the movie as the film showcases interfaith wedding and also they find the title of the film problematic because a Hindu goddess' name has been used.

Now, Hindu Sena is demanding that the title of the film should be changed or they’ll start protesting. 

Hindu Sena has sent a letter to Information & Broadcast Minister Prakash Javadekar asking them to take appropriate action against the movie.

They allegedly have a problem with the title of the film and are saying that the movie’s title is making fun of Hindu Goddess Laxmi and is therefore hurting the sentiments of the community.

In the letter, the Sena wrote that if in case their demands are not met, the members will protest outside cinema halls and they have also requested people to boycott the film if the title remains the same.

"If our demand is not fulfilled, all my Hindu Sainiks shall protest against this movie outside every Cinema hall where this movie may be screened across the nation. I request everyone belonging to the Hindu community to boycott the movie if the movie title is not changed before the release."

Vishnu Gupta, National President of Hindu Sena, said, "The name of the movie is highly derogatory and offensive in nature, the name of Hindu Goddess Laxmi, the goddess of fortune and wealth has been used in the movie title along with the word Bomb which is unacceptable to the Hindu community. In the said name of the movie, Bomb word has been used to provoke the Hindu community.”

Why the name of film's title in name our goddess . Please change the title . Do you worship in diwali or not mr. Dengan and mr.Akshay . Is the film is about bhakti of goddess Laxmi ? It will be better if title is changed . For ex. Say mumy bomb .
