Fighting for the UFC is a big, big thing. This isn’t like you’ve just walked into some random fight club and had a sloppy wrestling match! When you step into the octagon, it’s time to shut up and knuckle up. There are no easy fights (unless you’re Mickey Gall smashing CM Chump) here. You’re going to be facing the most dangerous unarmed combatants on planet Earth. It’s even scarier when it’s at heavyweight! Imagine a 120-kilo giant who knows how to turn your body into an accordion running at you with all the skill in the world. Look, you’re fucked. It’s that simple. Which is why it’s such a momentous occasion that Indian Canadian powerhouse wrestler, Arjan Bhullar has finally made it into the big leagues of MMA.

With a 6-0 record, the Canadian-born Bhullar is also a world class wrestler who won gold at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and also captured a bronze medal at the Pan American games in 2007.

From what we’ve seen, Arjan Bhullar has a complete, all-round MMA games that he uses to pressure his opponents to the ground where he uses his wrestling experience to smash them from the top. We’re sure he’ll do an amazing job in the UFC and we should be proud of him. Yeah, we know he wasn’t born here and all that but he is one of us, at the end of the day. His DNA is still Indian!
