Melania Trump who is one of the most stylish FLOTUS, has always been making style statements during many of her public appearances.

Recently, Melania wore a $51,500 Dolce & Gabbana jacket to a meeting with the spouses of some of the most powerful world leaders at the annual G-7 summit in Catania, Italy.

While the extravagance of the clothing choice got on lots of American nerves, the internet has also gone wild over the news.

The much-talked-about silk jacket by the Italian fashion house, plastered with large 3D flowers, was featured on a Dolce & Gabbana runway just months ago.

Even when Dolce & Gabbana faced a backlash for continuing to dress the first lady, the Italian designers are unmoved by criticism.

On Friday, Stefano Gabbana posted a video and several pictures of Melania Trump in the jacket on Instagram, captioning the video with a "THANK YOU" and several heart emojis.
