PESHAWAR: The hot weather accompanied by long hours of load-shedding added to the sufferings of the residents of Peshawar on Friday morning.

Various areas of Peshawar plunged into darkness as residents were forced to bear load-shedding during sehri time.

Residents complained about power outage since 10 AM last night, which continued on till the morning.

Dalazak Road, Maqsoodabad, Qazi Qila, Gharib Abad were among the various areas of the city that experienced load-shedding lasting several hours.

Citizens were severely inconvenienced due to the prolonged power outage.
