Battlegrounds Mobile India’s Company ‘Krafton’ Invests $9 Million In Indian Streaming Platform


Krafton, the South Korean company behind Battlegrounds Mobile India and PUBG has invested around Rs 66,81,15,000 or $9 million dollars into Indian game streaming platform Loco. Bloomberg reports that Loco will be using the funds to upgrade its networking technology and content to host more game streams on the platform and for a smoother experience. Loco was also funded by Lumikai Ltd., India’s first gaming media fund, London-based Hiro Capital and early-stage investors including 3one4 Capital and Axilor Ventures.
