Pakistan skipper Sarfraz Ahmed has sent his best wishes to the national women?s cricket team ahead of the ICC Women?s World Cup 2017, scheduled to begin from Saturday, June 24.

In a video message shared by the ICC, the Champions Trophy-winning captain wished best of luck to the Girls in Green and gave some valuable advice.

?Keep things simple, be positive and give a good fight out on the field. If you play with a positive mind and good intentions, your destination will be clear,? he said.

Pakistan women?s team, led by Sana Mir, plays its first game of the 2017 World Cup against South Africa on Sunday, June 25.

Pakistan Women defeated West Indies Women by 5 wickets in their first warm-up match, but lost to Australia Women by 8 wickets in their second warm-up game on Thursday.
