Pooja Bedi who has been known to be an anti-vaxxer, has been rather outspoken about her opinion on vaccination on social media. She questioned why unvaccinated people are not allowed in public places as vaccination doesn’t come with any guarantee of protecting one from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier, Pooja had said that this discrimination was illogical and tweeted, “Why aren't unvaccinated [people] allowed in malls/local trains/offices? Especially if being fully vaccinated is NO guarantee 4 not getting/spreading covid? If "danger" is only the alleged severity of infection shouldn't that be an individual choice? Discrimination is illogical!”

She had also said, “Prior to vaccine 99% of those infected survived covid. Post vaccine the stats remain the same. Why the hysteria/ pressure about vaccination? The discrimination towards the unvaccinated?& What about #vaccineSideEffects No compensation after forcing them to #Vaccinate ??? #COVID.”

People started bashing her as they found her spreading misinformation via a baseless tweet. One of the Twitter users wrote, “Pooja if we had to hear half-baked, half-assessed arguments against #CovidVaccine, we will log in to our Whatsapp groups. Do us a favour, please shut up @poojabeditweets."

Pooja also got in trouble when she shared her images and videos from her trip. She had also asked people to not live in fear of COVID. “Joys of living in healthy, happy #goa. Free your mind  #NoFear Life is meant to be lived... not spent caged and masked for a year/ years in fear of a virus that's clearly not going away! If you died tomorrow after a year of masking/lockdown.. what would ur greatest regret be?" she wrote in an old tweet.
