As an actor, you have several jobs to perform. From your look to your acting to delivery of dialogues followed by your performance, things have to be in sync, if not perfect. So naturally, when you are making a debut, it is expected to be a good move in the direction and hope of garnering fans, not reducing them. However there are some actors whose debuts have been very questionable and here are some of the worst debuts we endured:

    1. Shraddha KapoorShe is one talent house excelling in all genres, from her performance in Aashiqui to turning dancer for a movie to doing Stree, Shraddha knows what works for her. However, no one can fathom why her debut film was Teen Patti followed by doing a full fledged teenage film Luv Ka The End. The star cast was good but everything else was questionable.

    2. Fardeen KhanFardeen was one of the most handsome young actors when he decided to come in movies and by the virtue of being Feroz Khan’s son, the expectations from his debut were also high. Although his debut film Prem Aggan set ‘agan’ in our hearts only!

    3. Tanisha MukerjiWhen you come from a family where the lineage is so strong, the pressure to perform is heavy, we all know that. However, what we cannot understand is why out of all options, Tanisha chose to pick Ssshhh…as her debut. Even though this movie was heavily inspired by Scream, this movie just made us scream louder.

    4. Sikander KherWe agree the guy has so much potential, we agree that we all loved him in Arya and look forward to watching him more. However, we cannot understand why he chose this as his debut film!

    5. Zayed KhanFollowing the footsteps of his cousin was another hunk from the same family who chose to make Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne as his debut film, opposite Esha Deol. The movie was a very confusing watch and while we loved Zayed, his choice of movies have been questionable.

    6. Esha DeolWhen Hema Malini’s daughter decided to join the industry, the buzz was crazy around her. However, all the hype turned into a big question mark when she chose Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche as her debut, a movie as forgetful as the performances.

The whole world was waiting for Virat Kohli’s show in his 100th Test but it was Rishabh Pant who came to the party on Day 1 of the first Test against Sri Lanka in Mohali.
Rishabh Pant walks back after a brilliant knock of 96 off 97 deliveries.

Playing to his reputation, the southpaw blasted a quick-fire 96 off just 97 balls and forced the Mohali crowd, who had gathered mainly to witness Kohli’s magic, to chant his name on top of their voice.
Pant alone fired up the entire stadium! pic.twitter.com/lkj4qMTUIV

While Kohli departed for a 45 in his landmark Test, the 24-year-old wicketkeeper-batter tormented the Lankan bowlers with his audacious power-hitting.
Pant took a special lying to the left-arm spinner Lasith Embuldeniya, who was responsible for breaking billions of hearts by cleaning up Kohli with a special delivery, and smacked him for two 4s and two 6s. Such was his onslaught that the visiting leader had no choice but to take his most successful bowler of the day off the attack.
Heartbreak for Rishabh Pant, he misses out on a century yet again. Gone for 96 in just 97 balls, he truly deserved this hundred. A superb innings ends from Pant, unlucky to miss out there. pic.twitter.com/uvJe21aLaR
    — Mufaddal Vohra (@mufaddal_vohra) March 4, 2022
The decision taken in desperation by the visiting skipper Dimuth Karunaratne turned out to be a masterstroke for the touring party as Suranga Lakmal managed to put an end to Pant’s blistering innings, four short of what could have been a well-deserved century.
He couldn’t get to the three-figure mark but he certainly gave the Mohali crowd and many others watching on the television sets a full value of their money and time.
If Kohli's entry was the switch from EDM to Punjabi, Pant's batting in the last two overs is reminiscent of the DJ playing 'Ishq Tera Tadpave' and 'Saddi Rail Gaddi Aayi'

The stadium is completely buzzing at the moment with chants of 'Rishabh... Rishabh.... ' https://t.co/Eysb1dEW0j

Till the time he was there in the middle, he forced everyone to the edge of their seats. He woke the spectators from their deep slumber. People who believed Test cricket was dull and boring were left hiding in the corners.
Playing at home, Pant has missed out on a century four times. Overall, it was the fifth time in his Test career that he failed in the 90s which means he has missed more centuries than he has scored.
FIFTY!@RishabhPant17 going strong with a well made half-century here in the 1st Test

This is his 8th in Test cricket.

The fans were disappointed as Pant missed his century but they were mighty pleased with the way he took the attack to the Sri Lankan bowlers and took the game away from the Lankan Lions, who looked completely clueless.
The supporters flooded the micro-blogging site with their comments as they lavished praise on the left-handed batter and thanked him for breathing a new life into Test cricket.
Fifth time Rishabh Pant has been dismissed in the 90s. Among designated WKs, only MS Dhoni has been dismissed as many times.

After Poonam Pandey joined Kangana Ranaut’s reality show Lock Upp, she once again accused her husband Sam Bombay of domestic violence.
Earlier as well, she had filed an FIR against him
Finally reacting to the allegations, Sam Bombay told ETimes, “Let me ask you, what is domestic violence? Is it physical, verbal, emotional, psychological or mental? There are too many things here. Millions of men are suffering and they have no way to get out of this. A woman makes one call and the police will grab the man and put him in custody. But I have to go to the cops 20 times and yet they won't do anything. What else can I say?”
    © Instagram/Sam Bombay
He further added, “Let me tell you that she charged me with molestation and sexual assault on our honeymoon. And, this happened within a week of our marriage. An FIR was lodged. A few days later, she called me back and said that molestation is a big word and she had no idea what molestation is. It is beyond my comprehension how one can be charged with molestation on his honeymoon. Later, she took back the charge. As I said, nobody will believe the man; whatever he says doesn't matter.”

He also said that it was he who was in an abusive relationship and added, “I have been abused throughout my relationship. But 90 per cent of my relationship, she bombed me with love; I have never felt so loved in my life. So to say that I was in an abusive relationship, I disregard that.”
He also said that he is ready to reconcile with her, “Whenever she comes back to me, my heart will be open”. But they haven’t talked to each other about it because both of them have “too much ego”.
He went on to accuse Poonam of infidelity and said, “There is one problem. My wife has all the qualities except loyalty. So until and unless I get that...”
    © Instagram/Sam Bombay
When asked to elaborate on what he is accusing her of, Sam replied, “Has she ever complained about me cheating with anybody? I have had multiple relationships with celebrities bigger than Poonam. Has anybody accused me of assault? Never. Has Poonam been accused by other men of assault? Yes. So there's a pattern here. And this is what the police told me; I had no idea about this.”

He also stated that he’d be open to entering the show Lock Upp and said, “I prefer to be behind the camera. But in this case, I will. More people will watch if I go.”

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has attained such a status in his career, that his mere presence is enough for people to collectively lose their minds, regardless of them being a fan of the actor or not.

His status in the Indian film industry is unlike any other, with the actor being an elite star not only in India but outside of India as well.
    © Instagram
Well, this is all due to his own hard work and dedication with the actor really giving out blockbusters for years at a time.

Now, while we haven't seen much of him since Zero (2018), he's coming back with his next film Pathaan, something that the fans have been eagerly waiting for.
The actor even had an AMA session with fans to answer the questions, where fans asked why he had been absent for so long.
With Shah Rukh keeping a low profile for so long much due to what went down last year, everyone surely missed his iconic presence in films.
However, for even a star like Shah Rukh, things were never easy, and coming into the industry as an outsider, you can rest assured he'd need something extra than just motivation to become what he is today.
Well, reflecting on his time back, Shah Rukh once spoke about the difficulties he had to endure in his personal life that somehow even helped him to get where he is now.
The Badshaah spoke on how losing his parents so young had such a big impact on him and how he struck back.
    © Twitter
Speaking with Rani Mukherjee some years back while promoting Rani's Hichki film, the actor said, “My greatest ‘Hichki moment’ is the death of my parents. I was 15 when my father passed away and 26 when my mother passed away. It was very sad for us. The empty house without my parents used to come to bite us (Shah Rukh and his sister Shehnaz Lalarukh Khan). The loneliness, pain, and sadness of the loss of both my parents, could have been overwhelming enough to take over my life wholly.

“I decided to overcome this Hichki moment by letting acting fill up my entire life. My parents went away suddenly. We got to know they had cancer and within two and a half months, they were gone. I didn’t know what to do. I just felt one night, while at their mazaar that I should fill this void with something. I got a fortunate break in films. For me, acting is not work but a place to vent out my feelings,”
“I always say this that one morning, when I wake up, I will realize that I have spent all these emotions and now have nothing more to give (as an actor). Otherwise, death is a hiccup from which there is no coming back. I realized that and therefore, overcame it by giving my work, my all,” he said.
We can only admire Shah Rukh for his strength and determination during what would have been a terrible time.
We really hope he has an amazing year ahead and can do the things that he loves so dearly.

Virat Kohli fans who were waiting for his 71st international century were left disappointed as the former India captain was dismissed for 45 in the ongoing first Test between India and Sri Lanka in Mohali on Friday (March 4).
Kohli was looking solid in the middle but a magical delivery from Lasith Embuldeniya turned enough to beat the outside edge of Kohli's bat and hit the top of off stump.
While it was the bowler who should be applauded for bowling a peach of a delivery to dismiss Kohli, fans on social media found another possible reason that stopped him from scoring that elusive 71st century.
    Huge breakthrough for Sri Lanka!

Former England captain Michael Vaughan, who is popular among cricket fans for his ability to jinx cricket results, took to Twitter to hail Kohli for being a great ambassador for Test cricket and said the 33-year-old looking set for a century in his 100th Test match.
"Early signs of Virat getting a 100 in his 100th Test .. I really hope he can .. What a player he is & what a servant he is to the greatest format .. #INDvSL," Vaughan tweeted.

Though Kohli missed a century in his landmark 100th Test, he did treat fans who came in numbers at the IS Bindra Stadium to some spectacular batting.
Kohli was driving the ball fluently and bossed the game till the time he was out in the middle. After Kohli's dismissal, his teammate from Delhi took over the control of the match and entertained the Mohali crowd with a blistering knock of 96 off just 97 deliveries.

Pant missed his century by just four runs but not before he took Team India into a comfortable position on the opening day of the first Test of the two-match series.

Finally, the wait is over as the much-anticipated Batman movie starring Robert Pattinson just released.
Preparing for an iconic role that’s a legacy, to say the least, and stepping into the shoes of a superhero wasn’t exactly a cakewalk, and Pattinson recently shared how he did it in a matter of a few months.
    © Instagram/Robert Pattinson
The actor only had three months in hand before the filming started to get in shape and the body of a superhero. Apart from a rigorous workout, he watched his diet to make his physique fit for the role.

Talking to a correspondent at the premiere of the movie he said, “I had about three months before the movie started, and then you're working out before and after work all the time.”
    © Warner Bros. Pictures
Plus, there is a shirtless scene in the film for which he had to follow a strict diet which restricted his food but water intake as well. “You just cut down and cut down and cut down before the couple of scenes with your shirt off, and you're counting sips of water.” He further added.

    © Warner Bros. Pictures
Counting sips of water is apparently a weight management technique that amateur wrestlers use to watch their weight. Pattinson did it because he had less time

He said that taking his shirt off onscreen was the motivating factor to get in shape. He joked, “Oh yeah, shame is my biggest motivator, 100%," he joked.
    © Instagram/Warner Bros. Pictures
His diet included high-protein meals including boiled fish. He said he was so sick of the restricted diet that he “never want to see a piece of white, boiled fish with just lemon on it.”

In an interview with GQ, he shared that he felt "really, really, really dead" and “looked green" after the 18-month shoot for The Batman.
    © Instagram/Warner Bros. Pictures
The amount of training and techniques these actors like Robert Pattinson do for a role is insane.

We all knew about counting calories to stay fit, but counting sips of water is something new!

The thing about getting insulted is that the insult stays with you long after it has been hurled at you. It will prick at the back of your head, at your self-esteem, till you reach a point when you feel you have finally released it out of your system.
Something that we feel has happened with Shark Tank India contestant Rohit Warrier, who got famous for all the wrong reasons.
Rohit Warrier, who invented a glass shield called Sippline, was trolled rather brutally on the hit reality show, especially by Ashneer Grover. The BharatPe co-founder who heard his pitch, wasn’t just unimpressed but also gave rather brutal feedback to Rohit.
    View this post on Instagram
He had said, “Yeh joh product hai naa, isse wahiyat product maine zindagi mein naa dekha hai, naa main dekhna chahta hun. Mere ko Bhagwan utha le! Itna ganda product hai ye. Iske baad main kuch nahi dekhna chahta life mein." All the while, Aman Gupta was cracking up at the side, who had also said no to investing in the idea.

Safe to say, Rohit walked away from the show, feeling burnt.

However, weeks later, the Sippline founder has released a video of taking a ‘wahiyat’ dig at Panelists Ashneer Grover and Aman Gupta, in what we think was a way to give it back to them.
He began the video by asking a ‘wahiyat’ question to the viewers which was a backhanded slap at both the Sharks who mocked him during the show. He then goes and says, “Yeh made in China stamped in India nahi hai, yeh Bose ka QC 30 hai", which was a clear indication towards BoAT.
    © YouTube
    © Youtube
He then goes on to say, “Mai Bose ka bohot bada fan hun. Maine apna career Bose se shuru kiya tha. Innovation ka importance Maine Bose se seekha."

In the end, he acknowledges that his spectacles were from LensKart and in just less than a minute, he had managed to give it back to both Ashneer Grover & Aman Gupta.
As for the people, a lot of them supported him, while others suggested that he learns to take criticism constructively.
