Owing to the increasing COVID-19 cases in and around the city of Mohali, the BCCI has decided to organise Virat Kohli’s landmark 100th Test match behind closed doors.
Speaking on the matter, Punjab Cricket Association treasurer RP Singla said that the decision was taken considering the fresh cases in Mohali and nearby areas and the Indian cricket board didn’t want to take any chance.

“Yes, apart from the people, who are on duty for the Test match, we are not allowing any general spectators as per the directive of BCCI,” senior PCA treasurer RP Singla told PTI.

“Still there are fresh COVID cases emerging in and around Mohali, so it’s better we take all safety protocols. Obviously, the fans miss out because an international match at Mohali is happening after almost three years,” he added.

The BCCI has taken the decision to ensure the safety of all the players but Kohli supporters aren’t buying this reasoning. Some of the fans also accused the Indian cricket board of playing dirty games against the former India skipper.

Another reason why fans are so pissed with the BCCI is because other venues in India witnessed crowd presence, be it Kolkata’s Eden Gardens or the picturesque Dharamsala stadium.

One more objection that Kohli supporters have with the board is that the BCCI permitted spectators in matches prior to and after the Mohali Test but not during his historic Test match.

Not to forget, the first Test was originally scheduled to be held in Bengaluru not Mohali and the changes in itinerary was made by the BCCI just a couple of weeks back.

Had the BCCI followed their original schedule, Kohli would have played his 100th Test match in front of his IPL home crowd. The Kohli supporters argued that given the magnitude of the match, the BCCI should have done their homework better and shouldn’t have changed the venue if they knew Mohali Test would be played in front of empty stands.

The 33-year-old enjoys unparalleled support in India and his fans overtook the social media using hashtags like #AllowCrowdInMohali and made it trending on the micro-blogging site the whole day.

While criticising the board, the fans also pleaded with the BCCI to allow at least a limited number of spectators, if not the capacity crowd, to make the Kohli’s historic game even more special.

What is the rationale then to have spectators before and after that match?

    — Abhinav (@TotalKohli) February 28, 2022Utterly shameful that crowds are allowed in the stadium on either side of Virat Kohli's 100th test match but not allowed only during that match

Also it's shady how BCCI changed the original test from Bengaluru, which is now hosting the next match with crowds#AllowCrowdinMohali
    — Ricky talks Cricket (@CricRicky) February 28, 2022No crowd for Virat Kohli's 100th test match is actually cricket fraternity's loss not his.

This is not how you treat your greatest player ever @BCCI#AllowCrowdinMohali pic.twitter.com/oA8ajxBkbS
    — Abhinav (@TotalKohli) February 28, 2022While every cricket fan in the country wanted to see Kohli walk into the middle amid loud cheers in his landmark match, not everyone was as critical of the Ganguly-led board. There were people who argued that the decision to bar the spectators from becoming a part of this momentous occasion was not the BCCI’s doing.
I understand that BCCI and Kohli are not best friends at this moment.

Even then, the conspiracy theory suggesting BCCI plotting the Test in Mohali to deprive Kohli of a crowd for his 100th match is too outlandish.

    Just stop, please.
    — Abhishek Mukherjee (@ovshake42) February 28, 2022Decision to allow or not allow spectators for a game doesn't just rest on BCCI alone.

State assns, local municipal authorities, Covid cases in the region, state govt protocols -- A lot has to be taken into consideration.

    So, it's not BCCI's unilateral call here.#100thTest
    — KSR (@KShriniwasRao) February 28, 2022The decision to allow and prohibit spectators from attending a match was the state government’s prerogative and the Indian board had no option but to abide by them.

With the changing times, the Indian film industry or Bollywood has seen a lot of changes as well.

Be it movies, web series on OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, and other platforms, there is a sense of more liberty being offered to directors when it comes to filming explicit *** scenes.
    © Netflix
You needn't show two flowers brushing against each other to represent a *** scene in a movie anymore, with movies having more graphic movie scenes than before.

It's still baby steps for the Indian film industry in comparison to the West but surely, it is still a mature step in moving towards a more free and relaxed environment of making films and tv shows.
After all, sometimes, these explicit scenes are very important with respect to the project's story or plot.
Well, one Indian actor who is all in for nude scenes is former Big Boss star, Urfi Javed.

Urfi, who has worked in Indian shows like Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania, Meri Durga, Bepannaah, and even in the first season of Big Boss, says she is ready to do nude scenes for films.

However, she has one important condition!
The 25-year-old actress, who is often in news for sporting bold outfits in public appearances, says she will only do nude scenes if it is for a good movie and if it really is a requirement in terms of the plot.
“Why would I just want to go nude? Not for the sake of it, I wouldn’t do it just because you want to see me naked. Not for that. But if it’s required, (really) required, a good movie where people will actually see my acting – I’m way more than just my clothes and I feel I am talented, I am a good actor – if given a chance I would definitely think about it a lot. Might even say no, initially.” said Urfi while speaking with Koimoi.
The actress even mentioned how she'd be comfortable doing such scenes with a director like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who recently saw the release of his film Gangubai Kathiawadi.
“But if it is a good, good, good project, like that level project of a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film – I would completely trust him (the director) for that. You have to have that kind of trust in the director as well that he wouldn’t make you do it just so people can see me naked and he would sell that film on that scene. He wouldn’t do that. From a good filmmaker, I wouldn’t accept them to sell a film on my nude scene, but if it’s there, required, I would trust them for that.” said Urfi.
We don't know whether Sanjay will respond to this and cast her for a movie in the future.

At the moment, the director is clearly busy with Alia Bhatt's Gangubai portrayal in the film getting rave reviews.

Everyone’s favourite shark for various reasons, Ashneer Grover surprised us all after he resigned as founder and MD of BharatPe today. "I write this with a heavy heart as today I am being forced to bid adieu to a company of which I am a founder. I say with my head held high that today this company stands as a leader in the fintech world. Since the beginning of 2022, unfortunately, I’ve been embroiled in baseless and targeted attacks on me and my family by a few individuals who are ready not only to harm me and my reputation but also harm the reputation of the company, which ostensibly they are trying to protect,” his resignation letter reads.

BharatPe has been a strong competition in the UPI space for portals like  PayTM, PhonePe and GooglePay. The resignation comes in days after his wife Madhuri Jain Grover accused senior management of unprofessional behaviour and was let gone as head of controls herself.

The internet is trying to cope with this information  and social media is filled with memes and advices for the guy.

Hollywood actress Scarlett Johnasson is one of the true original members of the OG Avengers team-up!

Yep! Back when Marvel Studios had introduced the cinematic version of the Avengers team to superhero fans, no one would have thought that it was all going to be so big.
As you know, Scarlett played the role of Natasha Romanoff AKA Black Widow in the Marvel superhero movies alongside Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, Chris Evans' Captain America, Chris Hemsworth's Thor, Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye, and Mark Ruffalo's Hulk.

All of these superheroes formed the original Avengers team with Tom Holland and his Spider-Man and others joining the elite team later in other films.

As you know, Scarlett bid her farewell in Avengers: Endgame despite starring in the highly controversial Black Widow standalone movie after it.

While the goodbyes have been truly a bit awkward for Scarlett and Marvel, with the actress suing Disney for a breach of contract with relation to the release of the film in theatres as well as on the Disney+ OTT platform.

Now, while it was truly embarrassing on the part of Disney, this is not the only highly awkward incident that Scarlett had to face.
As things turn out, Scarlett was asked a very creepy question by an interviewer during the Marvel days.
    © Reuters
In the video, the actress can be seen sitting next to Jeremy Renner, with both actors appearing for an interview with Entertainment Daily, when the interviewer, Jerry Penacoli, asks her a very strange question about her Black Widow costume.

He asks whether Scarlett wore any 'undies' underneath her Black Widow costume.
The question obviously didn't go down well with the Avengers star at all, with Scarlett instantly replying, “You’re like the fifth person that’s asked me that today. What is going on? Since when do people start asking each other in interviews about their underwear?”
The interviewer then began explaining as to how he asked it because of the “skin-tight” Black Widow costume in the film, however, Scarlett was not having any of it.
She said, “I’ll leave it up to your imagination. Whatever you feel like I should be wearing or not wearing under that costume.”
Here! You can check out the video of the whole incident!

Wow! Interviewers can really cross all lines at times.
