Wriddhiman Saha has been the talk of the town ever since he shared a screenshot of worrying texts from an unnamed 'respected journalist' who threatened him when the 37-year-old refused to give an interview.

Saha's tweet came after he was dropped from the Indian Test team for the upcoming two-match series against Sri Lanka.
Saha received outpouring support from fans and the cricket fraternity for standing up to the bullying by the journalist. However, things changed and the support turned into harsh criticism when the wicket-keeper batter said he will not reveal the name of the journalist who threatened him on 'grounds of humanity.'
2/3- My nature isnt such that I will harm anyone to the extent of ending someone’s career. So on grounds of humanity looking at his/her family, I am not exposing the name for the time being. But if any such repetition happens, I will not hold back.
    — Wriddhiman Saha (@Wriddhipops) February 22, 2022
While many have urged Saha to name the journalist, the wicket-keeper has decided to keep mum. Amid all the criticism, Saha has found some support from a former India legendary wicket-keeper batter.
Syed Kirmani, who was part of the Indian team that won the 1983 World Cup, has backed Saha as the country's best wicket-keeper at present.
Chetan Sharma and selectors have decided to move on from Wriddhiman Saha as backup keeper in Tests.#INDvSL #WriddhimanSaha #India #TeamIndia pic.twitter.com/hXEgBNOgCt
    — CricTracker (@Cricketracker) February 19, 2022
"I rate this boy very highly. In my opinion, he is currently India's most technically sound wicketkeeper. But the selection committee, the team management and others have something else on their minds. Unfortunately, he has very stiff competition," Kirmani was quoted as saying by SportsKeeda.
Kirmani added that age should not be a factor while selecting a player but it has been a criterion for a long time, adding that he was also a victim of the same policy and the selectors did not even spare legendary Sachin Tendulkar.
"This age factor has been there for a long time now. I was also a victim of this. They didn’t spare even Sachin Tendulkar, right? I believe that a player matures from the time he’s thirty-years-old; until then he’s in a learning process. Just like me, Saha has been dropped from the Indian team when he’s at the peak of his career. And why are we only talking about cricketers? What about the administrators?"
37-year-old wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha speaks about the discussions around his axing from India's Test squad
    — ESPNcricinfo (@ESPNcricinfo) February 20, 2022 In an interview with ESPNcricinfo, Saha had mentioned that when he was informed that he will not be considered for the upcoming Test series, his form and fitness had nothing to do with the decision.
Apart from the off-field and non-cricket related controversy that has overshadowed his exit from the team, one thing fans cannot deny is the unfairness with which senior players have been handled by the BCCI and the selectors over the years.

Spider-Man: No Way Home was a trip to nostalgia for many as it marked the return of the OG Spider-Man Tobey Maguire along with the Amazing Spider-Man Andrew Garfield.
The two joined the current Spider-Man Tom Holland and the three together set the screens around the world on fire.
While the film has turned out to be a massive global blockbuster, many fans thought it was a lost opportunity on the part of Marvel to not recreate the iconic Spider-Man finger-pointing meme.
Well, it seems like the studio had that covered as well already.
    © Sony Pictures
Ahead of the film’s digital release in March, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures released a picture that features the three live-action Spider-Men recreating the iconic meme.

However, unlike the original meme, the three Spideys in the live-action versions have their masks off.
Check out the recreated meme below along with the original animated one:
of course, we got THE meme. #SpiderManNoWayHome swings home on Digital March 22 and on 4K UHD & Blu-ray on April 12!

Soon after the meme was dropped online, many fans couldn’t believe their eyes while there were others who didn’t seem much impressed.

One fan criticised it sarcastically saying, “wow they're standing in the white void beyond tangible reality just like in the meme”.
Another wrote, “Oh look, they have their masks off so you can see they're actually different guys, just like the meme”.
One fan wrote, “So sick of seeing super heroes with their masks off.” One response read, “It was funnier when they did it in the credits of into the spiderverse”.

Rohit Sharma has had a brilliant start to his full-time captaincy tenure, winning three back-to-back series in the limited-overs format.
The 34-year-old opener has earned massive praise for the way he went about his business in the just-concluded whilte-ball series against the West Indies.
    © Twitter BCCI
The hosts had to dig in deep to eke out results against the Caribbeans and being the captain Rohit played a key role by setting the right kind of fields and making smart bowling changes.

However, there was one aspect of the Indian skipper’s personality that took everyone by surprise. Otherwise known for his chilled out behaviour, there were instances during the series when the right-handed batter was caught on camera fuming at his teammates.
    View this post on Instagram
One particular incident that caught everybody's attention was when he scolded leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal while directing him to change his fielding position during the second ODI in Ahmedabad.
“Kya hua terko? Bhaag kyun nahi raha hai theek se? Chal udhar bhaag (What happened to you? Why are you not running properly? Go and field there),” an animated Rohit was caught saying on the stump mic.
    © Twitter Yuzvendra Chahal
For many people it was nothing more than friendly banter but for Virat Kohli’s childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma it was much more than that. He said that getting angry over his teammates in public was just not done. The 56-year-old coach also said the instead of getting angry over his players, the new Indian skipper must learn how to deal with them calmly, even if they make mistakes.

Reacting to Rohit’s animated behaviour on Khelneeti podcast on YouTube, he said: “Rohit Sharma is considered a cool captain, but we have seen him get angry on the field lately (during the West Indies series). He must learn not to express his anger at his teammates in public. If someone makes a mistake, then he needs to make them understand in a calmer way.”
Rohit and Chahal share a great camaraderie and that’s why the issue didn’t gain that much attention. In fact, after the game the leggie had posted a hilarious tweet in response to Rohit’s scolding but for some reason deleted it.

    — Sky Exchange (@exchange_sky) February 10, 2022
In a rather filmy manner, he had tweeted: “Captain ka hukum sarankhon par (captain’s wish is my command)”. The fans had taken screenshots of the same and it started doing rounds on the social networking sites.
    Talk about role reversal

This clearly tells that there was no animosity between Rohit and Chahal and they both are as good friends as they were before.

Virat Kohli and Mahendra Singh Dhoni are without doubt two of the most successful captains to have led the Indian cricket team. They are also elite batters and have managed to turn their names into globally recognisable brands.
Despite all the money they earn in the world, these cricketers tend to remain grounded and simply wish to spend their daily lives like casual human beings. However, when it comes to their fans, the case is not the same.

Recently, Virat Kohli fans decided to fake ‘Goat Hastags’ on Twitter to create the illusion that the micro-blogging website had decided to honout him with a hashtag of his own, as it does for special people, organisations and events.
For the uninitiated, ‘Goat’ is an abbreviation for ‘Greatest Of All Time’ and is often used by followers of different athletes from different sports as a means of support and placing them at the pinnacle of their respective games.
Wow , Virat Kohli got a GOAT Symbol hashtag on Twitter

    GREATEST OF ALL TIME ... #ViratKohli𓃵 pic.twitter.com/SEWcjgZdaH
    — Cric-Crazy Lad (@CricCrazyLad) February 23, 2022Born to Rule #ViratKohli𓃵https://t.co/GPuHUZJpw4 pic.twitter.com/wd6zjOIcWx
    — ANUSH CHIKU𓃵 (@VK_addictor) February 23, 2022While Twitter does create specific hashtags on special occasions, attacking Virat Kohli’s name with the Goat emoji was not the doing of the social media platform. Instead, some of his followers simply added the animal’s emoji next to Kohli’s name in a hashtag and spread the false news all over the internet that Twitter had come up with the form of salutation.
Surely enough, it did not take long for the rest of Kohli’s fans to believe the false narrative and within a couple of hours, the hashtag got trending all over the world.
He has been a GOAT and always going to be.
    — V.Bakshi (@VivaanBakshi) February 23, 2022— Sandeep (@atomicsandeep) February 23, 2022The Goat ..
    — Seemant Sahu (@seemant_sahu_) February 23, 2022When some of the MS Dhoni fans caught wind of the hashtag business, even they started doing the same with the Chennai Super Kings skipper’s name. Shortly after, Rohit Sharma fans joined the gang and then it was simply a fiasco around Twitter and how all three of the Indian icons got the same emoji attached to them.
It is incredible how all of these cricketers wish to be a part of each others’ success and have mentioned more than once of their camaraderie and chemistry on the field. Even then, practically every single day of the year, their fans managed to find one way or the other to draw comparisons between them and get into the fight about who is the better player.

Along with the reminder, he had shared a meme from an episode of Koffee With Karan where Karan had asked the duo their wedding date and Ajay had goofed it up.
Kajol had then reminded Ajay about the actual wedding date but not before giving him a death stare.
