India U19 captain Yash Dhull shared Virat Kohli's advice for the squad ahead of the team's final against England at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium on Saturday. Having been a U-19 world cup winning skipper in his youth, his tips boosted the teamโ€™s squadโ€™s morale, according to Dhull.

Known for winning the most number of U19 World Cup titles in the history of international cricket, the Boys in Blue are on the lookout for their fifth championship, this time around against the Young Lions of England. Talking about the approach that Kohli asked Dhull and his teammates to take during the final, hereโ€™s what the young cricketer had to say:
"Virat Kohli gave us his best wishes for the final. We got confidence from that, the morale increases when a senior player like him talks to you. He told us how we can execute our plans and he told us about the basics of the game, it was a nice interaction with him," Kohli's shared with the players following India's semi-final victory against Australia, Dhull told ANI.

And even though Kohliโ€™s message to his successors was that of motivation, encouragement and sportsmanship, some of the people belonging to his blindly hating cult of โ€œcricket fansโ€ managed to point out the negatives and pressed upon it until getting some reaction from the rest of the world.
Best wishes from chokli gaya match

โ€” Bored Particle (@Boredparticle3) February 4, 2022On the other hand, the English skipper Tom Prest has also shown a lot of heart and courage and has expressed confidence in his team by saying that they have the potential to โ€œbeat anyoneโ€.
So far, the boys have looked absolutely dominating and have remained unbeaten throughout their journey to the final. They have won all their Group-B matches ahead of defeating Bangladesh in the quarterfinal and the boys from Down Under in their penultimate clash of the tournament. This marks Team Indiaโ€™s eighth U19 World Cup final appearance and fourth consecutive since 2016.

It was in 2020 when Team India had made it to the final of the U19 World Cup and despite a similar undefeated streak during the group stage, skipper Priyam Garg and his boys could not stop the Bangladeshi squadย from chasing down a low-scoring total had lost the final by three wickets and 23 deliveries.
The last time they won the championship was four years ago in 2018 when a young Prithvi Shawโ€™s side crushed the Australiansย in the final and won the championship by 67 balls behind an incredible 101-run inning by Manjot Kalra.

India and England are set to face off for the U19 World Cup championship on Saturday at 6 30 PM IST at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.

Only a few things in life are guaranteed - 1. The Sun always rises in the east. 2. There will always be a south Delhi f*ckboy who thinks he can handle his liquor (contrary to evidence). 3. Mukesh Ambani is probably out there buying needlessly expensive things just because he can.ย
RIL (Reliance Industries Limited), which is helmed by Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani has purchased the super luxurious Rolls Royce hatchback worth an astounding Rs 13.14 crore. Now obviously his billionaire status means that sum is relatively paltry for him, however, ordinary people like you and I would be lucky if we manage to amass that sum across our cumulative lifetimes.ย
    ยฉ ANI
According to RTO officials, the purchase of this particular hatchback has wound up being one of the most opulent purchases of a luxury car ever in our country. Furthermore, Mukesh Ambaniโ€™s swanky new Rolls Royce Cullinan petrol model was registered by RIL at the Tardeo Regional Transport Office in South Mumbai on January 31.ย

First launched in 2018, the Cullinan was supposed to be available at a base price of Rs. 6.95 crores, but according to experts from the auto industry, a slew of customized modifications are believed to have bumped up its price significantly. The hatchback is capable of traversing both paved and rough roads, and this particular acquisition would be the third Cullinan model in the Ambani/RIL garage.
Mukesh Ambaniโ€™s Rolls Royce Cullinan is โ€˜Tuscan Sunโ€™ in color (which looks a lot like the brass lota we are accustomed to seeing at our nani ghar),ย  and weighs over 2.5 tonnes, capable of producing an impressive 564 BHP power.
    ยฉ Mukesh Ambani
As if that didnโ€™t scream exclusive enough, Mukesh Bhai has gone ahead and acquired a special number plate, RTO officials said. And how much did RILโ€™s chairman and managing director spend on this exercise? Rs 12 lakhs. Money really does grow on trees for the Gujarati businessman.ย

While the number plate came at a steep cost, reportedly, aย  one-time tax of Rs 20 lakh had been levied upon RIL for the car whose registration is valid till January 30, 2037, and another Rs 40,000 for road safety tax. Keeping all these additional expenses in mind, Mukesh Ambaniโ€™s latest toy could potentially be the most expensive car purchased in India, as per an RTO official.ย
Officials said that RIL chairmanโ€™s shiny new toy has a license plate that ends with โ€œ0001โ€. Normally a VIP number would set one back by Rs 4 lakhs, but since Mukeshโ€™s chosen number in the current series was already spoken for, a new series had to be started. For the same, he reportedly had to shell out three times the regular fee, after written permission was granted from the Transport Commissioner.
As if Mukesh Ambani needed the extra validation to be reminded that he indeed is living life king size.
A sensible purchase or unnecessary? Let us know in the comments below.ย

While Hrithik was in a white tee and beige pants, paired with a check shirt and cap; Saba was in a loose peach top and baggy pants with her long hair left loose. This is the second time Hrithik and Saba were seen in the public domain.
    Hereโ€™s the video:ย

Is it fair to judge them on the basis of just stepping out for dinner as thereโ€™s no confirmation from both sides? Let us know in the comments section below.ย
Spilling the beans about Hrithik's equation with Saba, a source exclusively informed India Today, "Hrithik Roshan and Saba first met each other through a common friend, who is into Indie music. After their first meeting, Hrithik and Saba stayed in touch and met recently for dinner. The duo discussed their work over dinner."
For the uninitiated, Saba has acted in a couple of movies and she is a musician as well. The actress was last seen in the Netflix series Feels Like Ishq. She made her acting debut in 2008 with Dil Kabaddi. Saba will be seen next in Rocket Boys, which will premiere on February 4, on SonyLiv.
Hrithik Roshan has exciting projects lined up. He will be sharing screen space with Deepika Padukone in Fighter. They have collaborated for the first time and fans are excited to see the duo perform together in Siddharth Anand's movie.
The actor also has the Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha with Saif Ali Khan in the pipeline. Hrithik has already started shooting for the film, which featured R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the original version.

The president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Sourav Ganguly has found himself once again in troubled waters after he was blamed for โ€˜forcefullyโ€™ attending selection committee meetingsย when his role at the board has no say in who plays in the Indian squad and who doesnโ€™t.
Over the last few days, Ganguly has been trying to discredit all these allegations and wishing to portray himself as never being a part of the selection committee meetings. However, an old post from the official Twitter handle of the Indian cricket board has removed all doubts about whether or not Ganguly was present in such meetings.

    โ€” BCCI (@BCCI) October 24, 2019
In 2019, BCCI shared a picture from one such selection committee meeting with both Sourav Ganguly and BCCI secretary Jay Shah sitting in the centre of the room with the then-captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma sitting next to them.

And in order to remove any and every doubt about whether or not the picture was taken during a selection committee meeting, all one needs to do is read the caption of the post which clearly states that it was a โ€œSenior Selection Committee meetingโ€ for the T20I and Test series that took place in November 2019.
    View this post on Instagram
This isnโ€™t the first time in the last couple of months that Ganguly has been caught trying to hide the truth during his tenure as the BCCI president. In December before Team India left for the South Africa tour, Kohli made a controversial statement about how nobody in the BCCI was against his willingness to step down as the T20I captainย after the T20 World Cup 2021.
Kohliโ€™s statement came just days after Ganguly had addressed multiple media outlets and categorically said that he had asked Kohli to reconsider his decisionย and wanted him to continue as the leader of the squad in the shortest format of the game.ย
Ever since the picture has gone viral, the fans of the Indian cricket team have hopped onto the post time and again talking about how Ganguly has been caught lying red-handed and may be influencing the selection committee ever since getting appointed as the president of the biggest cricket board of the world.

Tamil star Sai Pallavi charmed audiences and earned widespread acclaim as well as admiration for her role as Malar in 2015โ€™s Malayalam super hit Premam. The coming-of-age film featured Sai as a young teacher who falls in love with Nivin Paulyโ€™s George David.ย
The Athiran star is one of the most popular south Indian actresses, and itโ€™s not just due to her relevance as an actor. Unapologetic and straightforward, Sai Pallavi is an artist who dons several feathers in her cap.ย
So if youโ€™re a fan of Sai Pallaviโ€™s, then you should know these lesser-known facts about her:
    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    1. Self-Taught Dancer - If youโ€™ve seen Sai Pallavi dance then youโ€™d agree that her movement is energetic and infectious. And youโ€™d assume sheโ€™d have been trained from a young age. But did you know that she has never attended any sort of formal lessons for it? Sai grew up watching Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai swaying the audiences with their performances and taught herself in the process.

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    2. Mallu Connect - Even though she had been acting for a while, Premam allowed Sai Pallavi to further endear herself to Malayali audiences across the world. But her connection with Kerala existed prior to that as well. Sai has a soft spot for Onam, which is Keralaโ€™s annual harvest festival and she has been celebrating the festival since her school days despite not being a native of the state, having previously mentioned enjoying making a flower rangoli at home.ย

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    3. Multi-Talented -ย  Weโ€™re sure that in a different timeline Sai Pallavi would have been a doctor instead of an actor. How do we know that? Well, at least in this timeline, she graduated in medicine from Tbilisi, Georgia, and almost pursued a full-time career as a doctor. So if it wasnโ€™t for her becoming a southern star, then sheโ€™d have easily moved on to following her dreams of becoming a cardiologist.

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    4. First Of Her Name - Pallavi is from the Badaga community, which is an ethnolinguistic group from Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu. It is popularly claimed that sheโ€™s the first from her community to have achieved the level of stardom.

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    5. Made It Happen - Besides Premam, Sai Pallaviโ€™s stint as the finalist in the reality program Dhee Ultimate Dance Show helped make her a household name. However, she almost didnโ€™t participate in the show, as her mother felt that it would take her attention away from her studies. But better sense prevailed, and Saiโ€™s mother ended up supporting her decision to showcase her dancing talents to the world.ย

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    6. Shy Turned Confident - The Fida star may lead you to believe that she has always been the quietly confident person that she is today. However, prior to being a seasoned actor, Sai Pallavi used to be extremely shy and timid.ย  Her personality changed and she got accustomed to fame, popularity, and the camera as well.ย

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    7. Different Debut -ย  Contrary to popular belief, Premam was not Sai Pallaviโ€™s first film. She was just 16yrs old when she made her on-screen debut alongside Kangana Ranaut as her friend in Dhaam Dhoom.ย

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    8. Accidental Muse - Did you know that the hit song Malare was based on her? Itโ€™s alright if you didnโ€™t, neither did Sai Pallavi. Regardless, she has been honest about feeling overjoyed upon finding out. Sometimes it feels like Sai Pallavi is oblivious to her obvious stardom.

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    9. Self Conscious - In an interview, Sai Pallavi admitted that didnโ€™t feel confident about her appearance owing to her skin, which was textured with acne marks. Even though itโ€™s common for people to face this issue, cinemaโ€™s unrealistic standards can make even the best of us uncomfortable with our looks. And Sai Pallavi is no different.

    ยฉ Sai Pallavi
    10. Crossed Wires - As weโ€™ve already established, Premam was a pretty big deal for all parties involved in the making of the film, with Sai Pallavi getting rave reviews for it as well. However, she almost didnโ€™t feature in the movie as she mistook Premamโ€™s director, Alphonse Puthren, for a stalker when he approached her for the film.

So how many of them did you know already? Let us know in the comments!ย
