Bollywood Actress Disha Patani is all set to turn 2022 into the most productive year for her. She was last seen in 2021’s ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ opposite Salman Khan, which was based on a Korean film called The Outlaws. The film was directed by Prabhudeva, and was declared an epic disaster commercially as well.

So needless to say, Disha might be looking for fresh winds to sail her in a new direction in 2022, and as it turns out, it’s gearing up to be one of the busiest years of her career so far. 

There’s no denying Patani’s appeal, as she’s one of the new breeds of Bollywood actresses who are more than willing to go toe-to-toe with some of the biggest action stars in the industry. One only needs to follow her Instagram account to see how comfortable she is in donning a bikini as well as her martial-arts training gear. 

The hectic nature of the Baaghi actress’ shooting schedule has forced her to be living out of her suitcase for the last couple of months. And it might all be worth it if her films lined up for 2022 perform well at the box office. 

Disha Patani recently finished shooting for Karan Johar’s action drama ‘Yodha’ starring Sidharth Malhotra, and has ‘Ek Villain 2’ on her roster of releases scheduled for 2022 too, among other professional commitments. 

This year promises to be an exciting one for Disha as the actress is completely packed with numerous projects across genres. Opening up about her hopes for 2022, in an interview with a leading daily, Disha said, “I am very excited for 2022. I have ‘Ek Villain 2’ releasing and have also finished shooting for Yodha, so it’s going to be a busy year for me.”

Naturally, Disha has high expectations of her upcoming highly-anticipated big-ticket releases, as she explains, “Both ‘Ek Villain 2’ and ‘Yodha’ have been very different from each other with regards to genre, storyline and also gave me the opportunity to work with some talented filmmakers. Apart from these projects, there are some fascinating scripts which I am reading and if everything goes well then you would hear about it soon”.

Well, for the sake of her career, here’s hoping that her upcoming films fare better than the ones she’s been in so far.
