    When Winters finally arrive, people often associate it with the feeling of staying warm, Christmas, enjoying a beautiful snowfall, taking a vacation to the hills to voluntarily experience the aesthetics of the snow-clad mountains. You have seen heroines dance on a mountain top in a saree, you have seen Bunny and Naina enjoy the snow in the ‘pahadi’ locales in YJHD, but we often forget, that peak Winters also mean crazy sub-zero temperatures and for some people, it is not a source of joy, but it is a part of their job, their moral duty to stand and brace through the season. Our brave soldiers who hold the fort for us and guard the nation bravely have the resilience and strength which is unmatched. 
    The Ministry of Defence shared a small video to show how an Indian Army jawan stood in heavy snowfall when recently sub-zero temperatures were recorded in various parts of Kashmir. The video will make you feel that all our troubles are trivial in front of what they endure for us.

    The curious case of conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar and his relationship with actress Jacqueline Fernandez keeps taking a new turn every week. After the ED enquiry established that the actress had received gifts worth several crores from him, Sukesh in his letter which he sent his lawyer confirmed that he was in a relationship with Jacqueline, and that she should be kept out of the case.

    The whole incident and her involvement in his case came to light when last month selfies of the two kissing went viral on the internet. The actress was stopped from leaving the country for her Da-bangg tour with Salman Khan and co. , and was called to Delhi for further enquiry. Today another cozy picture of the alleged couple is doing the rounds where the actress can be seen sporting a hickey.

    Post the picture going viral, there has been a divided opinion on the matter. Some people are talking about them being in love and assuming that she didn’t know who he was and hence she should indeed be kept out of the matter. On the other hand, people are trolling both of them. The internet can be a dangerous ground which breeds unsolicited opinions at times.  The gifts which the actress received from Sukesh  include Persian cats, jewellery, brands like Gucci and Chanel as well. Sukesh’s name was also linked to Norah Fatehi when it was reported that he gifted her a luxurious car in the past.

    Kannada actor Naveen Kumar Gowda, known to the masses as ‘Yash’ is one of the most sought after and loved actors in the south film industry. The superstar who owes his stardom to the movie KGF part 1’ that won critical acclaim, turned a year older today on 8th January and fans are not missing out on congratulating him.
    From posting heart-felt wishes on social media to watching reruns of his best movies, Yash has received love and warmth from his fanbase in unexpected ways. While some are reminiscing just how this actor’s journey started with mere Rs. 300 in his pocket, an old interview has resurfaced where the south actor opens up about his journey.

    He had confessed, “I ran off from my home. When I came to Bengaluru, I was scared the minute I reached. Such a big, intimidating city. But I was always a confident guy. I wasn’t scared to struggle.”

    He went on to share how, “I had just 300 rupees in my pocket when I reached Bengaluru. I knew if I went back, my parents would never allow me to return here. My parents gave me an ultimatum. I was free to try my luck as an actor but after that, if it didn’t work out, I had to do what they asked me to.”

    Yash further shared, “They thought I’d come back. I began doing theatre. Someone luckily took me to do theatre. I knew nothing about it. I began making money backstage. Chai se lekar poora sab kuch (from bringing tea to everything)… Initially, I also assisted a director to enter the Kannada film industry. While I did theatre, I travelled a lot. My first appearance on stage was noticed.” 
    And from then to now, Yash is now a mega-star. So much so that fans are even demanding a leave from the college to be able to celebrate the Kannada star’s birthday.

    Whether or not his leave was approved, is yet to be found out, but nonetheless, the young fan is ecstatic on account of his favorite star’s birthday!
