    When it comes to ruling the social media world, nobody does it better than the red-ball captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli, who is officially the highest-earning celebrity in India based on income derived from sponsorship, specifically on Instagram.

    Forbes India recently revealed the list of highest-earning Instagram celebrities in the world and while names like the football legend Cristiano Ronaldo and former WWE Superstar and Hollywood actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson topped the list thanks to their popularity over a larger target audience, Kohli was the highest-ranking Indian celebrity, followed by actor Priyanka Chopra.
    But exactly how much did Kohli make through posting short videos and still images on the social media platform over the period of 2021? According to Forbes, Kohli earned a staggering $6,80,000 (approximately Rs. 5,06,50,000) and takes Rs. 5 lakh just to share one post from his official social media account.

    People called the song ‘offensive’, some eleven filed a case to ban the song from the film, while others claimed it was hurtling disrespect at men by calling them ‘lustful’. However, hours after the full video of the much talked about song - Oo Antava has released, fans are going crazy lauding both Samantha Ruth Prabhu as well as Allu Arjun for their firecracker energy and beats that have them playing the song on a loop.
    South actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu signed her first ever item song with the movie - Pushpa : The Rise and turns out, it has all been worth the effort and endless training at the gym, for the song has been well received by the Indian audience. 

    Calling it the ‘song of the year’, Oo Antava is already 12th on the trending list on YouTube and has garnered 10,430,271 views in less than one day! People aren’t just going gaga over the chemistry between actor Allu Arjun and Samantha, but also commending her for taking on a bold avatar and nailing each step with so much precision that she steals all focus. 
    It is also being said that her performance is indeed one of the many reasons why this movie has struck gold at the box office, for people are eager to see Samantha set the screen on fire and how.

    A lot of women are rather hard to read. You can never contemplate what they want, what pisses them off and why they behave the way they do sometimes and your only option is to ask point blank.

    Most times, men make this mistake without even realising the damage they’ve done. Let us spell it out for you.

    Here are five questions you should avoid asking your girlfriend at any cost: 

    1. How Many Partners Have You Been With? © iStock
    This may come off as offensive to her if you aren’t on those terms where you can talk about anything and everything under the sun. She may feel hesitant to answer on the risk of being judged or making you uncomfortable.  

    Anyway, it shouldn’t matter and the question can be avoided to avoid any further doubts and fights.   
    2. Am I Better In Bed/Hotter Than Your Previous Boyfriend? © iStock
    No good can ever come out of this question.  

    Also, this would probably project you as an insecure boyfriend who needs to know he is better than the guys she has been with.  
    There’s a reason she is with you and whether she answers or not, it’s not gonna end well, which makes this question as redundant as her past relationships in your love life.

    If you noticed that she mentioned a bad experience in the past and dodged any further conversation about it because it made her uncomfortable, do not bring it up and push her to tell you until she tells you herself.  

    Gives her time to open up about it herself. You can ask when she mentions it herself again, but you asking it may make her feel you don’t respect her privacy.

    Even if you find her laziness cute sometimes or praise her for being sensitive or genuinely want to know why she is the way she is, stop yourself from asking this at all cost.  
    It’s not like this is something she has an answer to anyway. It will only hurt her feelings.

    After delivering one of two of the biggest blockbusters of all time in Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, SS Rajamouli’s new film RRR is eagerly anticipated.  
    The film features NTR Jr and Ram Charan in the role of two freedom fighters named Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, respectively.  
    While the film is set in the 1920s when India was under British rule, SS Rajamouli has decided to weave a fictional plot around real-life freedom fighters. RRR basically depicts an alternate reality about India’s freedom struggle.  
    The film was supposed to release on January 7, 2022, but has been postponed due to the Omicron scare. While the new release date is yet to be announced, here’s a look at 5 films that depicted alternate realities before RRR.  
    1. Inglourious Basterds (2009)  © Universal Pictures
    Directed by Quentin Tarantino, the 2009 war drama is set against the backdrop of Nazi Germany and tells the tale of a few Jewish soldiers led by Brad Pitt’s Lt. Aldo Raine.  

    Tarantino presents an alternate reality of Hitler’s death and how the Nazi rule came to an end.  
    2. Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012)   © 20th century fox
    What if the US was under attack by vampires during the tenure of the 16th US President Abraham Lincoln?  

    What if the former US President moonlighted as a vampire hunter and saved the country?  
    The plot of the film is as bonkers as it gets. The film starred Benjamin Walker as Abraham Lincoln.

    Starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, Phantom, directed by Kabir Khan, is about the aftermath of the attacks of 26/11 in Mumbai, India. However, it takes a “what if?” scenario and weaves “a story you wish were true”.  

    In the film, Saif Ali Khan’s character goes to Pakistan to kill the mastermind behind the terrorist attacks.  
    4. Once Upon A Time… in Hollywood (2019)  © Columbia Pictures
    Based on the “Tate murders” where Hollywood actress Sharon Tate along with her friends, the movie made quite a splash for its plot.  

    The actress was the wife of filmmaker Roman Polanski. However, in Quentin Tarantino’s version of reality, he adds two fictional characters in the mix played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt and presents an alternate reality we truly wish was true.

    Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, AK vs AK stars Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap playing fictionalised versions of themselves.  

    In the early ‘00s, Anurag Kashyap had announced a film with Anil Kapoor titled Allwyn Kalicharan. However, the film was eventually shelved and a war of words between Anil and Anurag ensued.  
    The film takes that controversy as a backdrop and creates a fictional story where the two come face to face, only this time, Anurag Kashyap has kidnapped Anil Kapoor’s daughter Sonam Kapoor and wants to film the rescue mission.

    Everytime Manikarnika actress Kangana Ranaut opens her mouth, a controversy or two falls out, followed by a lot of backlash from people. However, this would be the first time that their concern is legit, considering what came out of her mouth this time around wasn’t a bitter dig at a fellow actor or a politician, but a piece of pastry that the actress almost ate and then kept back on the plate. In the times of Coronavirus.
    You see, as India struggles it’s way through the third wave that has already put a lot of cities on lockdown, actress Kangana Ranaut gets called out for being rather careless and tone-deaf to the entire situation by leaving her almost-eaten food on the plate, in a video that has now gone viral.

    In the video, Kangana Ranaut can be seen picking up a piece of pastry, pretending to take a big bite of it by placing it almost in her mouth, and as soon as the picture is done being taken the actress keeps the pastry back on the plate and moves on. And safe to say, fans are not happy.
    One user writes, “She contaminated it by touching it and breathing on it and now someone else will eat it. Gross,” while another wrote, “Corona fela rahi hai."

    Another user called her out for not having enough brains as she wrote, “Who takes a pastry close to their mouth and leaves it back, Covid is just everywhere... This woman proves she lacks brains every single time.” 

    While almost everyone slammed the actress for being unhygienic and not knowing better than to leave her food on the plate in times of Coronavirus, one user came to her defense as he wrote, “she posed for the photographers upon request, that's the business. How can u be so sure that she didn't eat it afterwards or the staff didn't throw it or someone else ate it without knowledge.”
