Charging multiple gadgets at once can be a pain if you don’t have a charger that has multiple ports. While some chargers might have multiple ports, not all of them offer a fast-charging feature.
Now, Stuffcool, an Indian brand will be launching a new 100W charger that can let you charge a laptop, smartphone, smartwatch and your favourite earbuds at the same time.
    © Stuffcool
What makes Stuffcool’s offering cool is that it supports the USB PD 3.0 protocol, which means you can charge devices such as a MacBook laptop, the Nintendo Switch and other devices that support PD charging.

The Stuffcool Centurion 100W comes with four ports in total. 2 USB-C ports for PD charging and two USB-A ports for charging accessories. The Centurion 100W charger also supports other fast-charging protocols such as VOOC, Warp Charge, AFC, PPS, and Moto TurboCharge. Basically, the StuffCool Centurion is the one-stop shop for fast-charging protocols.
    © Stuffcool
The two USB-C ports are capable of a peak power output of PD 18W while the USB-A ports can also offer up to 18W of power. For best optimum charging speeds, it is advised to use cables that support 30W or 60W which the company also sells separately.

The charger also has Auto Detect IC, which means the Centurion distributes power to each connected device at their optimum requirement. It divides the 100W total output power to ensure each connected device is charged optimally.
Unlike other multi-port chargers, the Stuffcool Centurion 100W has a flat design that fits perfectly well with most desks, nightstands and other flat surfaces.
The Stuffcool Centurion 100W will sell in India for Rs. 5,999 and is now available for purchase on Amazon, Stuffcool’s official website and other online retailers.

Stuffcool has been making some incredible fast-chargers for smartphones, laptops and other devices. I personally use the Stuffcool Napoleon GaN charger for my 16-inch MacBook Pro, Nintendo Switch and the OnePlus 9 Pro.

The Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, has been officially renamed as the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna award, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Friday.
Taking to his Twitter handle, PM Modi said that he was receiving a 'lot of requests from citizens' all over the country and took the decision respecting their sentiments.
“I have been getting many requests from citizens across India to name the Khel Ratna Award after Major Dhyan Chand. I thank them for their views.  Respecting their sentiment,  the Khel Ratna Award will hereby be called the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award! Jai Hind!” PM Modi wrote on Twitter.

Respecting their sentiment, the Khel Ratna Award will hereby be called the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award!

    Jai Hind! pic.twitter.com/zbStlMNHdq
    — Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) August 6, 2021
Also known as the ‘hockey wizard’, many considered Major Dhyan Chand to be the biggest sporting icon in the country and it was fitting that the highest sporting honour in the country was named after him.
Delighted with the decision, many welcomed the move with open arms and thanked the Prime Minister for honouring the popular sentiment and paying tribute to the hockey legend.
Excellent excellent decision sir. Most countries name their sporting awards after sports legends whereas in India it was named in the honour of Rajiv Gandhi! Why? Maj Dhyan Chand is arguably the greatest sportsman India has produced. Hope he gets Bharat Ratna next.
    — THE SKIN DOCTOR (@theskindoctor13) August 6, 2021So proud to hear this.
Khel Ratna must be named after a legend and not a politician.

    Bharat Ratna next
    — Shashank Shekhar Jha (@shashank_ssj) August 6, 2021Modi Govt renames Rajiv Khel Ratna award to Major Dhyanchand award. #Burnol moments for pidi gang.

Meanwhile congressis to Modi : pic.twitter.com/viB5BuuptR
    — Michael Fernandes (@MiFe007) August 6, 2021 However, a small group of people were still unhappy with the announcement and they expressed their disappointment on the micro-blogging site.
Great decision by Modi Govt to rename Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award to Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award.

Now I hope they can rename Narendra Modi Stadium and Jaitley Stadium also. Remove all politician names.
    — Dhruv Rathee (@dhruv_rathee) August 6, 2021It's unfortunate. Rajiv Gandhi was PM, he led the country into the 21st century. He encouraged sports, youth. This Govt wants to saffronise & that's why they gave another name: Congress MP K Suresh on Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award renamed as Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award pic.twitter.com/xDisFicFIf
    — ANI (@ANI) August 6, 2021Good move
It’s time we remove all politicians’ names from sports stadiums, awards etc

Just like Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna would motivate a player more than Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna

Players wud be motivated to be playing in a player named and not Narendra Modi stadium
    — Sakshi Joshi (@sakshijoshii) August 6, 2021A man who has a stadium named after himself has renamed Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award after Dhyan Chand.

It's great that India's top sports award is named after our first Olympic hero.

But the intent behind it is to take a dig at the Gandhi family.
    — Parth MN (@parthpunter) August 6, 2021#Burnol for the INC members and supporters as the RG Khel Ratna award got renamed after Major Dhyan Chand. Good initiative by Narendra Modi.

Hope he’ll remove his name too from stadiums, websites, and other sections. It’s irksome to spot NaMo’s advertisements, & pics everywhere. pic.twitter.com/8lLmsEYXZf
    — 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧 (@aka_dpu) August 6, 2021 Dhyan Chand, without any doubt, was the biggest sporting icon in pre-independent India and ruled the world of field hockey between 1926 to 1949 shooting over 400 international goals.
He won three consecutive Olympic gold medals in 1928, 1932 and 1936. He had famously rejected Adolf Hitler’s proposal in 1936 after he had offered him the rank of Field Marshal in his Army and asked him to play hockey for Germany.

While many would argue the decision should have been made a long time ago, for us it couldn’t have been done at a better time when the entire country is rejoicing with the way our men’s and women’s hockey teams have performed at the ongoing Tokyo Olympics and made the country proud with their historic campaigns.

While the men’s team won the bronze medal -- their first Olympic medal in 41 years, the women’s team scripted history by reaching the knock-out stage for the first time in Indian history.

The Khel Ratna award was instituted in 1991-92 and chess maestro Viswanathan Anand was the first-ever sportsperson to receive this honour.

Since then, many popular athletes, including cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, Leander Paes, Dhanraj Pillay, Pullela Gopichand, Abhinav Bindra, have been conferred with the award.
This announcement has also given all of us hope that PM Modi will listen to the other demand as well and confer Major Dhyan Chand with the Bharat Ratna -- the highest civilian honour in the country.

Manipur’s Chief Minister N Biren Singh recently revealed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi helped two Indian athletes and helped them in getting better medical care and training in the US before the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Games.

Talking to ANI, the Manipur CM said that he had met PM Modi this week and thanked him for helping Indian weightlifter Mirabai Chanu.
He then elaborated what Mirabai Chanu had told him at a public function meant to felicitate her, about the help she had received from the Prime Minister's Office.

Singh said, “I was surprised at her revelation about the help she had received from the Prime Minister. She disclosed that if she wasn't given an opportunity to go to the US for her muscle operation and practice, she wouldn't be able to achieve this goal. She narrated how PM Modi helped her directly. The Prime Minister helped the athlete and micromanaged the issue. People of Manipur were overjoyed to know how PM Modi helped her.”

The CM further elaborated, “PM Modi kept smiling when we thanked him for helping Chanu. He also helped one more athlete. This is the greatness of the leader.”

Stating that Chanu was not the only athlete PM Modu helped, Singh stated, "the Prime Minister never mentioned it even once anywhere. I won't name but there is another athlete who PM Modi had sent to the US for medical attention and training. Being an Indian and under PM Modi we feel so proud.”

"Yaar, tu therapy ke liye jaata hai? Sab theek hai na?”

Mental health is our biggest concern in this new decade. We are living through a global pandemic; we live in a society that doesn’t believe in seeking help, and above all, mental health care isn’t available to all.
But despite the challenges, we are trying to break the barriers. We are trying to breach the high walls and start a conversation about therapy. In an attempt to do the same, MensXP Experiences has been conducting monthly webinars on mental health. It dedicated July to ‘Let’s Talk Therapy’ in partnership with the MINDS Foundation.
For everyone who has ever wondered if he/she needs therapy, ‘Let’s Talk Therapy’ busted all their doubts, answered some never-asked questions, and encouraged an honest dialogue.
MensXP Experiences touched a wide range of topics through their free webinars and here are the highlights from the July edition:
    Why Therapy? Unsplash
Addressing the most basic and rarely asked questions around mental health, our MINDS Foundation counselor, Pragya Lodha broke down what a therapy session looks like and how it helps you overcome hindrances that are affecting your mental health and happiness. She also explained the different kinds of therapies that are involved in the healing process and how to pick a mental health expert.

    Destigmatizing Therapy Pexels
We are most certainly a long way from making therapy (cool? nah!) acceptable in India. The word “Mental Health” still carries a lot of baggage and stigma around it. Psychiatrist and psychotherapist, Dr. Snehal Thamke conducted a free webinar to speak about the negative connotations around mental health care and how to overcome it.
Mental Health In The Digital Age Unsplash
As we scroll through our phone screens, we often spot anonymous trolls leaving their toxic negativity under public posts. Dealing with faceless trolls in a superficial digital world is taxing. Co-Founder and CEO of Yuva, Nikhil Taneja partnered with Maalavika Manoj, Musician and MINDS Ambassador to talk about ways to detoxify and take care of your mental health on a daily basis.
    Men & Mental Health Unsplash
    “Be a man, yaar!”
Anything associated with therapy and mental health seems to challenge a man’s masculinity. This toxic trait needs to go. How? Well, it’s about changing one mindset after another. Psychiatrist and Founder of The MINDS Foundation, Dr. Raghu Appasani brought in a special panelist to discuss why mental health is not just a hashtag.
That’s not all, MensXP Experience is geared up for a whole new set of free webinars all through the month of August on Men & Mental Health. Stay tuned for more updates!

How many times have you forgotten to pack your toothbrush while on vacation? Or your razor or spaced on packing a deodorant? I can’t even count the number of times this has happened to me or to someone I know.
So, how do you avoid this? Well, the best way is to have a toiletry bag that is always packed and ready to go with you on your next trip.
If your travel kit is loaded with excellent stuff then freshening up after a tough workout, a long flight or an overnight stay will all be that much easier. There are a tonne of important grooming tools you can get that will make you eager to open up your toiletry bag every time, whether it's a specific deodorant, a razor to take care of your beard, or a solid deodorant that's easy to take on vacation.
How Do You Make The Perfect Toiletry Kit?One that is ready for all your needs no matter where you are. Well, here are a few products that are a must-have in any man’s toiletry kit:
    1. A Do-Anything Moisturizer__ECOMPRODUCT__2300__
This is a multi-purpose product. Obviously, you can use it as a body lotion. However, you can smooth a little on your hair to keep it in place, dab some under your eyes to brighten up your face, or simply rub the crème on your hands to make yourself smell wonderful.
    2. Body Wash for an Understocked Shower__ECOMPRODUCT__2301__
Gone are the days when you had to worry about your body wash spilling or having to use hotel soap. Now, you can get body wash in tubes or even jars that are easy to carry. Plus, you can actually bring it on a plane.
    3. A Disposable Razor__ECOMPRODUCT__2302__
It is important to carry a razor, you never know when you need a quick shave. You can opt for cheap, disposable ones or grab a few of your favourite razors and store one in your toiletry kit.
    4. A No-Fuss Shaving Cream__ECOMPRODUCT__2135__
If you enjoy wet shaving with a safety razor, a shaving brush, and a variety of other fascinating accessories, you know how simple it is to become overwhelmed by the sheer amount of shaving cream options available. So, to make it easier, just carry a tube of your favourite shaving cream.
    5. Shampoo & Conditioner__ECOMPRODUCT__1605__
You dont have to worry about transferring your shampoo into small, travel size containers. All you need to do is get your hands on a shampoo bar that is easy to carry and will fit anywhere!
    6. A Travel Toothbrush__ECOMPRODUCT__2303__
When it comes to hygiene supplies, the travel toothbrush has a bad reputation, but I can't be the only one who wants his travel kit to be ready for anything. A toothbrush is a must-have.
    7. A No-Frills Deodorant__ECOMPRODUCT__1420__
When you are traveling, sometimes you don’t have time to grab a quick shower before you have to head out, so in that care, a good deodorant will be there to help.
    8. Nail Clippers__ECOMPRODUCT__271__
With such a small packing footprint, a small, high-quality pair of metal nail clippers with an attached file is worthwhile. They'll serve you well for a long time.
To Wrap UpWhen it comes to assembling the perfect toiletry kit, the first step is to find a bag that will suit your needs and once you have that everything else is a cakewalk. Just think of all the essential grooming products you use every day and find mini, more travel friendly versions of them.

Olympics is a remarkable competition, that even people who are not fond of sports like to watch, whenever it happens every four years.
However, despite its greatest moments that go right into the history books, the fact remains that it still is a ruthless competition.

Athletes from across the world put in their entire lives' worth of blood, sweat and tears into having a shot at that prestigious gold medal to mark themselves and their nations' name to glory.

Unfortunately, however, at the end of the day, every competition has just one winner, and only he or she gets gold.
Indian wrestling champion Ravi Kumar Dahiya was that person who only had his sights on the iconic gold medal, and nothing less than that.
    © Twitter/Sachin Tendulkar
During his time at the Olympics and the preps before it, the star wrestler didn't even have a cellphone on him to talk to his parents, just so that he wouldn't get distracted from his path of getting to the gold, which his nation deeply craved.

However, it's very tight margins at the absolute top, and sadly, he lost out on the gold in the final of 57-kg class to two-time world champion Zavur Uguev in the 7-4 verdict.
    © Reuters
After the match, Ravi appeared to look very grim despite winning a spectacular silver medal for his country. A SILVER OLYMPIC MEDAL!

Ravi became only the sixth athlete in India's sporting history to get his hands on the silver medal at the Olympics, but that's really the life of a true champion.
They settle for nothing less than the first prize. And we sure know that the Haryana boy is no other.
However, what really broke our hearts was that the athlete who put everything out there for us and millions of others in the nation apologized to everyone for not getting the gold medal.
    This is what he said,
"I'd like to thank people of the country for praying for me & my coaches and federation for supporting me. I'm happy but not satisfied as I was aiming for gold. I'll try to perform better and make the country proud."

Couple of days into the first Test between India and England and we have already seen an exhilarating contest between bat and ball.
While Day 1 belonged to Indian bowlers, the Indian openers dominated the opening hour’s play on Day 2 but the hosts bounced back and picked up four quick wickets.
The biggest setback was the dismissal of Indian skipper Virat Kohli who departed for a ‘Golden Duck’ after edging a wide fourth-stump delivery straight into wicketkeeper Jos Buttler’s gloves.
England veteran fast bowler James Anderson proved to be his nemesis once again as he forced him to drive a full delivery outside off stump and induced an outside edge.
WOWWWW! @jimmy9 gets Kohli first ball and Trent Bridge is absolutely rocking!

    Scorecard/Clips: https://t.co/5eQO5BWXUp#ENGvIND pic.twitter.com/g06S0e4GN7
    — England Cricket (@englandcricket) August 5, 2021
The dismissal reminded many of Kohli’s struggle during the 2014 tour when he had no answer to Anderson’s quality bowling and failed miserably. Learning from his mistakes in 2014, the Indian captain tweaked his technique and reaped the rewards when he toured England in 2018 and amassed 593 runs to the series as the leading run-scorer.
More importantly, he didn’t allow Anderson to get him out throughout the series and the Indian supporters were hoping for something similar but were left disappointed in the very first innings of the ongoing tour.
    © Reuters
Since 2014, Kohli has had the upper hand over Anderson as he kept at bay for seven years. The last time Kohli got out to Anderson was way back during the 2014 Manchester Test but his long wait came to an end on Thursday.

With this, the pacer has now taken Kohli’s wicket six times in Test cricket, including twice for a duck.
    © Reuters
The manner in which Kohli got out brought back memories that no Indian fan wanted to experience that too so early in the series. Disappointed fans vented out their frustration on social media and started trolling the skipper.

    I mean seriously?
What is this sudden forward push, on THE FIRST BALLLLL!!!!
    Disappointing and Frustrating.

Thank you @imVkohli for strengthening my cricket vocab.
    Nevertheless, you are the king
    — Pooja Sharma (@iamproudPooja) August 5, 2021 The reason why Kohli succeeded on his last tour of England was because he left the ball outside off-stump diligently and played Anderson with extra caution but this time, he forgot to do the basic thing right and paid a heavy price.
Even the 39-year-old England pacer didn’t expect Kohli to take his bait and go for a drive but was over the moon after getting the prized scalp and the way he jumped in the air was enough to convey what it meant for him.
    © Reuters
“I feel like I’ve challenged Virat in that area before. He either played or missed or left it. He’s always been good enough to sort of get through and today it was just one of those days where he nicked it. Getting Kohli out that early was quite unusual,” Anderson said during the press conference after stumps on Day 2.

“He’s such a big wicket. To bowl the ball exactly where I wanted it to and for him to nick it as well. It was just an outpouring of emotions to get the team back into the game. Getting their best player out is something that doesn't happen all that often,” he said when asked about his exaggerated celebration.
    © Reuters
We only hope that Kohli reflects on his dismissal and learns from the mistake in the upcoming innings. He has certainly proven that he can dominate the English bowlers, it’s just the matter of spending some time in the middle.

In another episode of this ‘happens only in India’, a couple faced moral policing from the locals after they were seen indulging in a public display of affection on their moving Royal Enfield bike.
From the video, that has now gone viral, it seems the locals were more furious about the couple's unusual PDA, instead of being concerned for their safety.
The entire incident was recorded on camera and has been doing the rounds on social media.
The locals got extremely angry when they saw a man riding a motorcycle with his partner sitting on his lap with the couple facing each other.
    Check out the video here-

The couple was seen driving through the countryside in Bihar, where some commuters behind them noticed the couple kissing while riding the bike.
After some time, the girl realized that they were being filmed and raised concerns.
Soon, the villagers stopped the couple’s bike and started criticizing them for their 'behaviour' in public. Being surrounded by so many people, the couple got scared and apologized and said they will never return to this village again.
The video also showed an old man lecturing the couple over their outing.
Naturally, people had a lot to say about this and the reactions were rather mixed:
    © YouTube
    © YouTube
The location of the incident is still unknown and the man in the video is seen telling the locals that he is from Gaya district.

Some people on Twitter started calling the locals part of the 'anti-Romeo squad' while others questioned the couple’s behaviour. Some also pointed out that the couple were endangering their lives and that their stunt was also a violation of traffic laws.
In 2015, a couple was captured on their bike in the same way.
The couple, who was travelling from Madhya Pradesh to Goa and were riding the motorcycle on a busy stretch, was caught by the Goa police and were slapped with a Rs 1000 challan for dangerous driving.
At the end of the day, one can't help but wonder that why are people so interested when it comes to couples and what they do in public. Live and let live!

One aspect of filmmaking that is often overlooked by audiences is the cinematography and the visuals of a film.

    © Warner Bros. Pictures
Sure, we do take note of really shoddy or really stunning VFX work, especially when it comes to sci-fi or fantasy films (we’re looking at you DC). But when a skilful cinematographer creates a really stunning visual setting, we just get absorbed in it, without even realising it. That is the sign of great cinematography.

    © Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer
We take a look at a few films where the visuals were so stunning that audiences just couldn’t help but gawk at their screen while being mesmerised.

    Interstellar © Warner Bros. Pictures
We had to start the list with a film by Nolan. Not only is the man a genius when it comes to some seriously convoluted stories, he is also phenomenal with the camera as well. Hoyte van Hoytema was the cinematographer for Interstellar, and we have to say, that they were breathtaking. Remember the scene of that mega waves, when the astronauts were out to explore? Just how stunning was it?

The Grand Budapest Hotel © Fox Searchlight Pictures
Wes Anderson is another director who really knows how to use the camera to a great effect and use space, colour, and depth of field to create a stunning visual experience. Many people will agree with us when we say that The Grand Budapest Hotel, is one of the best-looking films we have had in the last two decades. Robert Yeoman, the cinematographer also did a fantastic job.

The Matrix © Warner Bros. Pictures
Of course, The Matrix just had to be there on the list. The cinematographer for the film, Bill Pope, and the directors, The Wachowski Sisters, literally invented shots and sequence tropes that would go on to be used for decades to come. There are literally a ton of scenes across all the Matrix movies where Neo does something crazy, very nonchalantly. Our favourite, however, has to be the iconic scene where dodges a hail of bullets.

    Arrival © Paramount Pictures
For some surprising reason, Arrival is often overlooked by many people. However, people who have actually watched the film will swear that it is one of the best sci-fi films of the decade. Visually too, the film is stunning. Director Denis Villeneuve and cinematographer Bradford Young are cinematic geniuses. If you haven’t watched the film, please do. You won’t regret it one bit.

If someone ever asks us just how great Stanley Kubrick was as a filmmaker, this is the film we will show them. Geoffrey Unsworth as a cinematographer was stunning. One has to remember, that this film came out in 1968, more than 50 years ago. And yet, some of the scenes, especially the ones set in space, look far better than many mainstream films today.

    Avatar © 20th Century Fox
James Cameroon and his ‘epic’ projects always look stunning. However, none of his other films come close to Avatar when we speak of the visual appeal. It is not easy to imagine a whole new world, with its own set of animals, topography and natural elements. Seriously, if you just mute the film and watch it in its entirety, just focusing on the visuals, you’ll still have a great time.

    1917 © Universal Pictures
1917 is one of the best war movies to have ever been made, partly because it has a fantastic story, and partly, because of how the film was shot and edited. The editing made the film look like it was shot in one single take. Sam Mendes, the director, and Roger Deakins, the cinematographer did a phenomenal job with some of the sequences. The cinematography works very subtly to create a sense of despair for most of the film. That’s when you realise just how big an effect good cinematography has.

The LOTR Trilogy © New Line Cinema
The Lord Of The Rings trilogy is truly an experience like no other. Even if you’re watching it on a smaller screen, you can’t help but gawk at the visuals. So just imagine just how stunning the war scenes looked to people who actually watched the films in the theatres.

    Inception © Warner Bros. Pictures
Finally, we have another film by Nolan. The story and the film’s concept were so epic that people often forget to talk about the cinematography and just how stunning some of the visuals were. The city of ruins, especially, was stunning. Wally Pfister, the cinematographer, may not be credited enough for this, but it was his work that made Inception one of the finest films ever.

It's no surprise that Hardik Pandya is a style maven. The cricketer is not just known for his stellar on-field skills, but he also has a weird but outstanding sense of style. Apart from that, he is known for hoarding expensive sneakers, watches and clothes. On the other hand, his brother Krunal Pandya is often seen giving his younger brother a run for his money with his style choices. Like Hardik, even Krunal had made a statement with his Gucci sliders worth Rs 29,000 and then again when he was seen at Mumbai airport wearing a super edgy outfit.

The spin all-rounder recently tested Covid positive. Along with him, eight others also contracted the virus. Krunal was in isolation, and after completing the mandatory seven-day quarantine, he came back to Mumbai on August 5th with negative RTPCR reports. Yet again, Krunal was seen wearing a super snazzy outfit. However, take note of the cool pair of shoes that he has worn here. We are confident that this is the sort of pair that most of us want to try. Check it out.

Krunal can be seen wearing Gucci's famous Rhyton Sneakers. This pair has been worn by several celebrities, including Ayushmann & Aparshakti Khurana too.

This one comes with an incredible dad sneaker silhouette and has a bulky construction. It has a retro influence all over and is further emblazoned with a Gucci logo from the 1980s. The aesthetics of the pair is outstanding. Hence there's no doubt that these sell like hotcakes, even now.

As for the cost of these sneakers, the price is between Rs 70,000 to Rs 90,000. But since we talk about affordability, let's just agree that these aren't as expensive as other Gucci pairs we have seen.

Coming to Krunal's outfit, we like the all-black ensemble with striking, edgy details. Firstly, the T-shirt's loud print speaks volumes about Krunal's signature style, which is OTT. He has layered it with a bomber jacket. Pandya certainly knows how to jazz up his airport outfits. What's also worth noticing is the way he has paired it with black joggers. The whole ensemble is super cool, but the sneakers dominated and overpowered every other detail.

In all, this one is a masterstroke. But, Hardik, watch out for your elder brother!

The audience knows Akshay Kumar and Chunky Panday as two very different actors. While Akshay is an action hero, Chunky has mostly done character roles in Hindi films lately. His most famous being ‘Aakhri Pasta’ in Housefull series where Kumar was one of the main leads.
However, there was a time when Chunky was a big Bollywood star who gave lessons on acting to Akshay Kumar.

Many don’t know this but the duo goes way back. Apart from doing several films together, they also learned acting from the same school. In fact, Chunky was Akshay’s senior. It was around 1987 that Chunky’s film Aag Hi Aag was released which was a huge success.

His juniors in the acting school, including Akshay, looked up to him and yearned for a few pointers about acting from the star.

In an interview with Cyrus Broacha, Akshay Kumar said, “The place where Chunky Panday sahab used to learn acting, he used to be my senior there. When I used to go there as a junior, we used to look up to him and we used to wait for the moment when he would come. His film Aag Hi Aag (1987) had released, which was a super duper hit. I used to be a huge fan of Chunky Panday.”

Panday said he taught him some dance moves and dialogue delivery like a good senior. “I graduated from a school called Madhumati's Dancing School. So when I was graduating... Akshay's much younger than me, four-five years younger than me. Akshay was just joining the school. You know how it is, when you just join, the teachers don't teach you, the senior students teach you. So I used to teach him some dance moves, and some dialogue delivery,” he said.

He also added that Akshay teases him saying that was the reason he never got films.  “He still laughs and jokes about it. That's why he says in the initial part of his career he didn't get too much work or awards, because of the acting I taught him. He had to undo what I taught him and become a better actor, and that's why he's become Akshay Kumar,” he said.

Chunky Panday was a huge star and most of his films during 1987-1994 blew the box office. It was only natural for his juniors to want some expert advice and notes from him, whether it worked for them or not.

Before the MagSafe wireless charger was a thing, Apple was working on a proper wireless charger called the AirPower that was never really released to the public.
The wireless charger was said to be able to charge every Apple device no matter where you placed it. However, it was cancelled by the company we didn’t really get to see it in real life, until now.
A prototype of the device was obtained by a collector and shows off how the wireless charger would work. Collector Giulio Zompetti told The Verge that he purchased the unit from Chinese e-waste sources. “The unit lacks all of its exterior housing, and shows this beautiful and heavy stainless steel chassis,” he said.

    — Giulio Zompetti (@1nsane_dev) August 5, 2021
He also shared images with the publication and we can see that it has around 22 coils in total and 22 controller circuses on the rear. The charger only works when paired with a prototype iPhone that activates the coils for charging.

    © The Verge/Giulio Zompetti
“It doesn’t work with production devices, because the coils are woken up by the device,” Zompetti told The Verge. He has been able to charge two prototype iPhones together, so far. “It’s an engineering prototype, it’s not meant for plug and play,” says Zompetti. “When I connected my serial lightning cable to it, I could see some chars on the log, so once I fixed the BAUD rate, I was able to read a comprehensible log.”

The AirPower was supposed to solve the problem of flat wireless chargers by letting users place Apple devices anywhere on the pad. With most wireless chargers, you need to align the coils on your device and the charging pad to get the best charging experience. However, since the AirPower was supposed to have 22 coils, it effectively meant users didn’t have to worry about where to play their iPhone or AirPods.

However, with these many coils comes the problem of heating which was the primary reason why Apple didn’t follow through with the product. The AirPower was cancelled because Apple was unable to resolve the overheating issues during development.

Now, Apple has come with MagSage wireless chargers that solve the problem of aligning issues but it is only capable of charging one iPhone and an Apple Watch.

Our undying love for India’s culturally rich handicraft has made some flattering prints, fabrics and weaves survive through centuries.
In fact, if there is anything that has changed in the recent past, it is that our love for our traditional weave and craft has only increased, courtesy our local artisans and domestic brands working harder than ever before to put our rich culture on the world map through clothes and even footwears.
Yes, footwear! And if there is a footwear style that quintessentially represents India's ethnic footwear culture, it is the good ol’ Kolhapuri.
The existence of Kolhapuri chappals dates back to the 13th century and its aesthetic has only evolved since then, thanks to brands like SKO playing around with the slim T-strap and pointed front silhouette and making the style more modern and millennial-friendly.
Resurgence Of The Classic Kolhapuris   Kolhapuris are best known for their pleasing looks and a flattering fit, a woven pattern fixed over the upper bands of these chappals on a leather footbed. However, SKO is coming up with interesting variants of this design.
The traditional T-strap has evolved to more strappy styles, the broad upper band has been toned down to more one-toe patterns, just how millennials like it — minimal, modern and sustainable.
Why sustainable, you may ask? Because SKO has switched or rather graduated to vegan leather — material made from fruit and vegetable waste recycled to give a leather-like finish. How mindful and so-millennial, right?
Kolhapuris: The OG Ethnic Footwear   But that’s not it, here are other modern twists that’s making the OG ethnic footwear appeal to the modern men’s fashion sensibility.

Invest in this piece that will help you score big on style throughout the year. A pair that works just as well with casuals as with anything ethnic.

A Mindful Mix Of Vegan LeatherSKO has given a vegan twist to animal leather, making the timeless footwear style sustainable.
However, while these flats have been made of vegan leather, it doesn’t compromise on fashion and functionality. Get these black beauties to elevate your ethnic style, a staple addition to your shoedrobe.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2295__
An Introduction Of Fresh ColoursMoving away from the traditional shade of brown ranging from tan to beige, SKO has introduced a whole new range of Kolhapuris in the most soothing pastel and bright colours. A breath of fresh air, so welcomed by the modern men.
These powder blue Kolhapuris are perfect to colour block your outfit and add eclecticism to your ethnic footwear game this wedding season.

Rapper and singer Honey Singh is making headlines again and this time, for not a very good reason.
His wife Shalini Talwar has accused Honey Singh of domestic violence and at the same time, she has also cleared the air about some particular rumours related to her husband.
One such rumour that has been going around is that Honey Singh was once slapped by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan!
    View this post on Instagram
When asked about the same, Sakshi said, “No incident as such had ever happened. Shah Rukh Khan has never slapped Honey Singh. In fact, Shah Rukh Khan on several occasions has helped and supported us.”
She further elaborated saying, “Shah Rukh Khan treats Honey Singh as his younger brother. A few years back Honey Singh was not doing good with his health and doctors had strictly advised him not to travel but he did as he had made commitments. Shah Rukh Khan on seeing Honey Singh’s condition during the tour asked him to rest and not to perform if he wasn’t able to.”

She added, “Honey Singh was on medication for high blood pressure. During rehearsals, he slipped and suffered a back and head injury. Shah Rukh Khan was the one who forced him to take a rest and return home. So, Shah Rukh Khan hitting or slapping Honey Singh is a big rumour.”
Earlier, Honey Singh had said in an interview that he has a great bond with SRK and after the song Lungi Dance’s success, SRK had invited him for a Diwali party.

Recently, Honey Singh’s wife accused him of emotionally, mentally, and physically abusing her. The case has now been filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, and the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi has already issued a notice to the singer.
