    While we pay close attention to all aspects of hygiene, we don't always give intimate hygiene the attention it deserves. Intimate hygiene is just as important as any other kind of personal hygiene, whether it's to avoid nasty odours or to maintain excellent health.
    Even while there is a need to maintain cleanliness and conduct a regular hygiene regimen to prevent infections and stink "down there," intimate hygiene for guys is not something that comes up in conversations very often.
    However, in recent years, the Indian market for men's personal care and grooming goods has seen tremendous expansion. More men are investing in their personal care and grooming as a result of the influence of social media, rising disposable incomes, and shifting attitudes about masculinity.
    Why Do Men Need Intimate Wash?Both men and women are susceptible to bacterial and fungal illnesses. The skin in the intimate area is fragile and dries fast, allowing infections to spread quickly.
    Most of us are aware of the discomfort caused by the iconic jock itch. But did you know that simply maintaining adequate intimate hygiene might help you avoid diseases like Balanitis and Tinea cruris? Now, I'm sure these long titles sound frightening and perplexing, but they're simply yeast or fungal infections that can lead to major complications.

    Body smell, sweat and filth accumulation, and even an increased risk of penile yeast infection result from not washing or maintaining adequate personal hygiene on a regular basis. It's important to strike a balance between thorough cleaning and delicate care. Because our intimate areas are continually covered for the majority of the day, they are more prone to bacterial and fungal diseases.

    Taking proper care, however, does not include using soap, body wash, or shampoo, as they can irritate your sensitive area. Chemically manufactured soaps, shampoos, and body washes contain a high level of sulphate, resulting in dry skin.
    The somewhat acidic skin of the male pubic area aids in the maintenance of natural body bacteria while keeping their numbers in check. Any change in acidity (pH) can cause the bacteria to multiply out of control, resulting in an illness.
    What Is An Intimate Wash?A proper intimate wash keeps your skin's pH balanced, making you feel nice. The intimate washes are delicate enough to leave only healthy skin without rashes, irritation, or inflammation.

    An intimate wash is specifically intended to clean the skin on and around the private areas while maintaining the skin's pH balance and creating no negative effects.

    After your shower, make sure to thoroughly dry the area. Instead of wiping with a rough towel, use a soft towel and pat dry. Allow the area to air out for a bit if feasible. Keeping your intimate area clean is important not just for feeling and smelling nice, but also for maintaining good overall health.

    Abhay Deol is one of the most talented actors out there in Bollywood as we speak. It really is the gospel truth!

    Unfortunately, however, he doesn't often feature in as many movies as we'd like to see him. Why?
    Well, there are a number of reasons for it actually.
    First, because as talented as he is, he really likes to be choosy about the projects that he does. That's the reason we don't see him star in a lot of commercial projects.

    Let's admit it! We loved Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

    Every time it comes on the TV and we try lazying about and watch it because it has such an insane comfort level.
    This is all thanks to the star cast trio of Abhay Deol, Hrithik Roshan, and Farhan Akhtar.
    However, as things go in the industry, unfortunately, the credit usually doesn't go exactly as it should. Well, that's what happened at an award show.
    During a function, in one of the categories for the movie, the show instead of admiring the work of the trio ended up presenting Hrithik and Katrina Kaif as lead actors of the film while relegating Abhay and Farhan in supporting actors categories.
    Shameful! Well, while Farhan swallowed a humble pie, our hero Abhay didn't take this absolute s***.
    Taking the Instagram, the actor said,
    “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, released in 2011. Need to chant this title to myself every day nowadays! Also, a great watch when anxious or stressed. I would like to mention that almost all the award functions demoted me and Farhan from main leads, and nominated us as ‘supporting actors’. Hrithik and Katrina were nominated as “actors in a leading role”. So by the industry’s own logic, this was a film about a man and a woman falling in love, with the man supported by his friends for whatever decisions he takes,” he wrote.
    This really was very unfair. I doubt the movie would have been the same without Abhay in it. I mean, it was his F****** bachelor's!
    Anyway, glad to see he took a stand! Never Change Abhay! Never Change!

    Working from home has made our lives more convenient and hassle-free because it saves us the time we used to spend on getting ready and travelling every morning. 
    That being said, the longer meetings (thanks to network issues) and indefinite EODs sort of compensate for the time saved in the morning and we find ourselves shutting shop late at night.

    Don’t let your skin and hair pay the price of your long working hours and zoom meetings. While you cannot cut down your screen time or invest more time in skincare or haircare, there are some quick grooming things you can pull off while you are working.

    No matter how smelly, gross or runny your natural hair mask is, you can put it in your hair and let it stay while you do your work. That is one of the perks of not working from the office. 

    You can take all the time to treat your tresses to a hair mask and wash off whenever you get the time.

    It may not have occurred to you but you can treat your acne while working from home. Why wait till the weekend or EOD to banish the pimple that’s been troubling you all day?

    The best thing about working from home is you can have oily, greasy hair without getting weird stares. This is the best time to pamper yourself with an oil champi. 

    In the morning before work, oil your hair with a nourishing hair oil and wash it off after that important morning conference call. 
    If you can get someone to do the champi for you while you make the excel sheet, even better.

    After E3 this year, the Xbox is about to get some incredible games starting from this month that will run with next-generation graphics on Microsoft’s latest hardware. 
    Some games are already out such as Microsoft Flight Simulator while others are expected to launch later this year. 
    All of these games will be available on Day 1 on the Xbox Game Pass, which you should consider subscribing to if you want to save money. You essentially get 100s of games for the price of Rs 489/month. 
    Here are some of the most anticipated games for the Xbox Series X/S that gamers should keep a close eye on:
    1. Forza Horizon 5  © Playground Games
    Easily the best arcade racing games ever made, the folds at Playground Games are gearing up to release Horizon 5 on November 9th 2021. 

    At Xbox’s E3 showcase, we saw some mind-blowing photorealistic graphics representing the beautiful landscapes of Mexico. We can’t wait to get our hands on this game and so should you. 
    2. Halo Infinite  © 343 Industries
    The single most important game launch for Microsoft is the latest entrant in the Halo franchise. You can play this game on Xbox One, Series X/S or PC at launch and even get a free upgrade as a part of the ‘Smart Delivery’ program. 

    We’ve been playing the technical preview build of the game and it’s already a lot of fun to play. We will get to see the return of Master Chief after a five-year hiatus and can’t wait to experience the story for ourselves. 
    3. Psychonauts 2 © Double Fine
    Releasing on 25th August, Psychonauts 2 will be the first platforming game to release on the Xbox Series X/S after Microsoft’s acquisition of 'Double Fine' game. 

    The game will have a cinematic style presentation that will involve a lot of humour and intrigue. 
    4. Starfield  © Bethesda
    Bethesda’s Starfield is expected to launch on 11 November 2022 and will be exclusive to the Xbox Series X/S and PC. It’s Bethesda’s first science-fiction RPG that is expected to be far larger than Fallout and Elder Scrolls. 

    The game will also be available Day 1 on Xbox Game Pass which makes it even more compelling to subscribe to the service. 
    5. Fable 
    The beloved franchise from the Xbox 360-era is making a return that will take players back to the world of Albion. While we don’t know much about the game, we can expect some incredible visuals and storytelling as it is being developed by ‘Playground Games’. 
    The developer is already known for making photorealistic environments for its Forza games and it will be exciting to see their take on Fable.
