There are two kinds of people, first who enjoy their time in the washroom, love long baths and sing aloud in the shower. And second, who are more like quick splish-splash people, almost aversive to water.
If you are the former, this article is for you. Yay!
And if you fall in the latter type, this article is for you too; because trust us nothing works as a better pick-me-up than a long, relaxing bath.
It’s about time that you must test the waters, literally. After all, a long soak not only cleanses your skin but also alleviates stress to a great extent.
Are you with us till here? Now, toss in some natural ingredients and essential oils in your bucket to get the secret recipe for soft and supple skin.
Best Natural Ingredients For Baby Soft Skin Here are 7 simple ingredients that are easily found in every kitchen cabinet which will deeply nourish your skin when added in your bath.
    1. Olive OilPut two tablespoons of olive oil into your bucket and let it settle for 2 minutes. Put water slowly on your body so as to soak up well.
Olive oil is rich in natural fats that help deeply moisturise and hydrate your skin.
If you wish to mix this routine into a shower bath, gently massage some olive oil directly onto your body 15 minutes before taking the shower. This helps dry spots like elbows, ankles, and feet get moisturised as well.

    2. Tea Tree & Eucalyptus OilNext on our list is the wonder skincare ingredient tea tree oil.
Add a few drops of organic tea tree oil to your bucket to soothe acne and irritated skin. It also helps nourish the skin and treat dandruff.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__356__
Couple your tea tree oil therapy with a few drops of eucalyptus oil and practice conscious breathing while taking the bath to reap its maximum benefits. Eucalyptus is particularly good for your lungs and respiratory ailments.

    3. Coconut OilThe humble ingredient found in every Indian household is literally the best bath ingredient for soft and supple skin. Adding coconut oil to your bath water will help deeply moisturize your skin from head to toe.
Coconut oil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that helps clear breakouts, soothe irritated skin and reduce signs of ageing.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__556__
    4. OatsExfoliating your skin is an important step of the skincare regime and adding oats to your bath helps remove dead skin from the body.
Oat extract forms a protective seal over the surface of the skin which when rubbed sloughs away dead skin. The natural scrub also reduces pigmentation, heals dry skin and removes excessive oils.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1266__
    5. Epsom SaltEnhance your bathing experience by including epsom salt along with other natural ingredients. Known for easing muscle soreness and relieving aches, epsom salt can be added to almost any bath salts combinations.
It’s also a great source of magnesium which helps detoxify the skin and make it soft, smooth and youthful.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2126__
    6. Green TeaAdding a few green tea bags to your bath is an easy recipe for breathing life into your dull and dry skin.
Green tea has antioxidants which when mixed with your water help your skin fight the effects of environmental damage and minimise the process of ageing.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2127__
    7. MilkThere is a reason why kings and queens in the ancient times used to soak in water mixed with milk and rose petals.
The lactic acid in milk helps exfoliate and soften our skin and is a great remedy for eczema, a condition that makes skin red and itchy.
Toss in some rose petals or a few drops of rose water to your bath to indulge in a wholesome bathing experience. Rose water is also antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1461__
Final ThoughtsThere you have it guys, your secret recipe to get baby soft skin. Long baths are therapeutic and adding these ingredients will only enhance your bath experience. And you don’t need a fancy bathtub to reap its benefits, just a bucket is good enough.
    Enjoy a soothing bath!

Bollywood has a long history of portraying the hero as the ideal man who is macho, a fighter, a protector and a gentleman who isn’t gentle, but a man. Or as they say in the movies, asli mard!
However, the badass dialogues about being a ‘real man’ end up becoming nothing but an endorsement of toxic masculinity.
    © Zee Studios
These movie dialogues must have gotten a big cheer from the audience in the theatre but lately, we have been realising how problematic and false they are.

They are actually guilty of fueling the wrong idea of manliness and further promoting social and gender stereotypes that real men are expected to abide by.
    © Balaji Motion Pictures
Here are 7 such iconic dialogues from Bollywood movies that have gotten the idea of ‘being a man’, all wrong:

    1. "Ek mard ka sir sirf teen auraton ke saamne jhukta hai. Ek apni ma ke saamne, ek durga maa ke saamne aur..." (Kuch Kuch Hota Hai)
    © Dharma Productions
This dialogue reeks of a male’s ego. A real mard bows his head in front of a woman only if she is his mother, a goddess or the woman he loves.

Someone needs to tell Rahul that a real man respects everyone equally and doesn’t think his masculinity is compromised if he bows to greet a woman that isn’t one of those three.
We don’t know if it was a tactic to propose, but Rani should’ve just run as far as she could have.
    2. Yeh kaisi shirt pehni hai, aur ladkiyon wali perfume laga rakhi hai. Tumhara naam Jay Mehra nahi, Gay Mehra hona chiye tha” (Prem Aggan)
    © FK International
Here comes the ultimate gender stereotype about how a man should dress to look like a well, man, and not gay.

This woman tells this guy his name should be 'Gay Mehra' because he dresses like a woman. It’s sad how men who wear androgynous clothes are still ridiculed in the same way.
    3. Mard ko dard nahi hota (Mard)
    © MKD Films
This popular dialogue has promoted the wrong idea of masculinity for years now and is still used by people to show off their mardangi or assert the same notion on other men.

However, it’s a social lie that cages men to feel anything, be it pain or emotions.
    4. “Tu ladki ke peeche bhagega, ladki paison ke peeche bhagegi. Tu paison ke peeche bhagega, ladki tere peeche bhagegi" (Wanted)
    © Zee Studios
According to Bhai's logic, the only thing any man ever needs to get the girl is dollar bills. If you have an impressive bank balance, women will run after you blindly, otherwise, you aren’t worthy of dating.

No wonder, a man’s value in an arranged marriage is reduced to how much he’s earning.
    5. “Ladki jab roti hai na bahut saare reasons hote hai ... par jab ladka rota hai ... reason ladki hi hoti hai” (Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara!)
    © Balaji Motion Pictures
This line literally translates to ‘men don’t cry’. Or rather, men aren’t allowed to cry. Unless, of course, a girl broke his heart. Then, it’s allowed.

It perpetuates the most harmful social stereotype that men don’t show their feelings and sobbing for little things is simply out of the question.
    6. Usne teri khuddari ko lalkara hai, Kya kar raha hai yaar… mard ban mard (Dil Chahta Hai)
    © Excel Entertainment
As much as we love this movie and find this scene funny, the dialogue is plain problematic.

Aamir urges Saif to man up and confront his girlfriend for disconnecting his call in rage. It shows a man isn’t ‘a man’ if he puts up with his girlfriend’s tantrums, not a khuddar one, for sure.
    7. Bande bike kyun chalate hai, macho dikhne ke liye … jean kyun pehente hai, macho dikhne ke liye. Bike ho ya ghar, handle hamesha apne haath mein. Warna bhabhi kabhi izzat nahi karegi (Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi)
    © Yash Raj Films
If society wasn’t enough to put pressure on men to shoulder all the responsibilities of a household, there are friends like Bobby who make sure the patriarchy is still alive and thriving.

And, the thing about looking macho is where we go wrong and encourage toxic masculinity.

Last year, after Sushant Singh's demise, the Bollywood industry and the stars were attacked heavily and also abused online for a bevvy of reasons.

The whole scenario also became a conversation starter around nepotism and the apparent drug usage prevalent in the industry.
Several prominent names from Bollywood were dragged into the massive controversy, and actor-filmmaker Arbaaz Khan's name was also added to the list.
He recently opened up about how he suffered professionally and the psychological damage that took place due to immense trolling and abuse. He also added that everything looked organic and organised, and it was made to bring celebrities down.
Arbaaz further opened up and said that it wasn't the truth, but the emphasis was majorly on abusing actors.
    © Instagram/Arbaaz Khan
"This has been done intentionally because it can't be that things have been happening for 100 years and in one year suddenly everything changed. It has been instigated, probably planned, and if you look at the people doing this, they have one or two followers, so they have actually opened the account to do this. It's not that a person has six million followers or is verified and then they are trolling. This comes from a very unfounded scenario where it doesn't matter if it's true or not. We will just say it," he said.

    © Instagram/Arbaaz Khan
Speaking to Indian Express, he also added, "Up till now there were only two professions that were held in the highest regard- cricket and acting. Cricketers and stars remained protected. Cricketers still enjoy that protection. But now what has happened is that stars have been demystified."

    © Instagram/Arbaaz Khan
He further said, "It's like, 'Oh you think you can speak against the government, we will show you that even your stars are no saints and we will run them down.' It's a campaign. So, it's said that there's rampant drug use and *** in the industry. So, 'let's expose them."

Arbaaz also said that it affected their reputation so much that the family members had started calling to verify whether the allegations were true.
He also filed a defamation case last year, as his name was dragged in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian's deaths.
    © Instagram/Arbaaz Khan
Bollywood's leading production houses, including Red Chillies Entertainment, Salman Khan Films, Arbaaz Khan Productions, later approached the court to restrain some channels from making defamatory remarks and requested the high court to conduct trials against the members.

Meanwhile, Arbaaz currently has his chat show, Pinch, whose second season is around the corner. His guest list includes Salman Khan, Kiara Advani, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday etc.

Apple Music users in India can finally access Lossless Audio and Dolby Atmos as the service has now rolled out in India. The service comes to India after weeks of its initial announcement at WWDC (Worldwide Developer Conference). It has now been enabled from the backend for Apple Music subscribers in India and works on the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV 4K.
How Does Lossless Audio WorkIn order to enable the feature, users will have to go to Settings > Music and enable the Dolby Atmos function. You can choose between Always On or Off and Automatic. Below the Dolby Atmos option, tap on the Audio Quality menu and tap on Lossless Audio. You can even set whether you want to stream Lossless audio over Wi-Fi and/or Cellular. It is worth pointing out that Lossless Audio on iPhones/iPads works natively via the in-built speakers or by connecting a DAC for wired earphones and headphones.
    © omid-armin-unsplash
For Mac users, you can listen to Lossless audio with a wired connection provided you’re updated to macOS 11.4. You can stream Lossless audio to wired earphones, receivers or powered speakers. You can also listen to lossless audio on the built-in speakers. To enable Lossless audio, you need to open the Music App > Click Menu bar > Select Preferences > Playback tab > Audio Quality > Lossless > Turn on or off. You can choose between Lossless for 24-bit/48 kHz or Hi-Res Lossless for a maximum resolution of 24-bit/192 kHz.

It is worth highlighting that Bluetooth earphones including Apple’s own do not support Lossless audio. This is because the Bluetooth standard does not support Lossless audio which is why it is limited to in-built speakers and wired audio devices. iPhone users can use the Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter as it has a DAC that supports up to 24-bit/48 kHz lossless audio.
How Does Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio Work  © giorgio-trovato-unsplash
The Dolby Atmos feature on Apple Music provides an immersive audio experience with true multidimensional sound and clarity that comes from all around and from above the listener. Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos works on Apple AirPods Pro and AirPods Max and provides an audio experience as if the speakers are moving with you. The headphones track your head movement in relation to the position of your device i.e. the iPhone or iPad.

Which Devices Support Dolby Atmos In order to run Dolby Atmos, your device needs to be updated to iOS 14.6. With the exception of iPhone SE, iPhone XR and above support Dolby Atmos in Apple Music. iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation or later), iPad Pro 11-inch, iPad (6th generation or later), iPad Air (3rd generation or later) and iPad mini (5th generation) are also compatible.
How To Know Which Track is Lossless Audio or Supports Dolby Atmos  © Apple
When browsing Apple Music, for every track or album that supports Lossless Audio or Dolby Atmos, you will see a badge on the album’s detail page. There are cases where some songs only support Dolby Atmos and not Lossless Audio. Both new features are available to Apple Music subscribers at no extra charge.

Most of us 90s kids grew up watching some of the best martial arts movies that have ever been made. We had gems like Jackie Chan, Jet Li, and Donnie Yen. And then, of course, there was the GOAT, Bruce Lee.

    © Warner Bros.
We sincerely believe that no matter what, some of these films can never be remade, not to the same effect at least. Partly because some of these legendary performers are no longer with us, and partly because films today just don’t have that awe-inducing effect on audiences.

    © Golden Harvest
We take a look at 6 such martial arts, kung fu movies, that can never be remade.

    1. Fist Of Fury © Golden Harvest
Fist Of Fury was monumental in making Bruce Lee a star outside of Hong Kong & China and made him an international superstar. Had this movie not been as great as it was, we probably wouldn’t have the star that Bruce Lee was.

Lee was just phenomenal in the movie, and we’re pretty sure it inspired a generation of kids to take up martial arts as a serious pursuit. Made with a budget of just $100,000 back in 1972, it grossed over $100 Million.
    2. Enter The Dragon © Warner Bros.
Enter The Dragon is one of the most profitable movies ever made. It was made with a budget of $850,000 and made over $350 Million, over 400 times its budget. Several filmmakers have tried to make a reboot of the film, after Lee’s death. All of them failed miserably. Enter The Dragon had a great story, and some of the most iconic, and beautifully choreographed fight scenes ever shot for a film.

    3. Drunken Master © Miramax
It will take over a day if we were to recall each and every kung fu movie that Jackie Chan did, which turned out to be great. However, the movie that placed in onto the scene and then cemented his place there, was the Drunken Master. The movie was fun to watch, and is conidered to be one of the best martial art films ever made. The fight sequences were nothing as brutal as that of Bruce Lee, but they were phenomenally choreographed.

    4. Ip Man © Mandarin Films
Donnie Yen was of course going to get featured here. We sincerely believe that after Bruce Lee, he is the best fight sequence choreographer. The 10 Men Vs Ip Man fight sequence, from the 2008 movie, is one of the most iconic sequences from movies made recently. There is a reason why the makers of John Wick have roped him in for the next chapter - so good is he.

    5. Shaolin Soccer © Universe Entertainment Ltd.
Oh man, where do we even begin. Shaolin Soccer was one of a kind, and if you have any sort of a liking for football or martial arts, you’ve got to see this one. Stephen Chow has this unique ability to make some really, really good martial arts films, where the choreography takes the centre, and yet, makes the film hilarious. Even Kung Fu Hustle is a great film in this regard.

    6. Romeo Must Die © Warner Bros.
Finally, there is Romeo Must Die, starring Jet Li, one of his finest films, and also, a cinematic treat to watch, if you’re a fan of martial arts movies. The choreography and the stunt work, again, is blissful to watch, and, the film had a good enough storyline. What makes this film classic, and irreplicable, are the stuntwork and the way those stunts were shot.

    The bottom line…
Martial arts films or kung fu movies are great fun to watch, even today, provided they are well made. Unfortunately, they don’t make movies like these anymore, probably because they can’t. We’re pretty sure that we have missed a few classics that everybody loves. Do let us know in the comments below, which other martial arts films should we have included.

While Bollywood has given us numerous artists par excellence, there are some names that are, and will remain forever, simply exceptional. Smita Patil's name, without a shred of doubt, will feature on top of that list. No other actress will ever touch the powerhouse performances that she has delivered, all before the age of 31, before her tragic demise.
    View this post on Instagram
While her brief filmography is one that is virtually 'untouchable' in terms of what she has achieved, she remains till date one of those icons who are special and therefore venerated, because of just being themselves. She was unique as an artist, and perhaps the biggest reason for that was her fearless individuality, that provided her the transparent yet fierce lens with which she viewed the society, and in extension, the industry and her roles.
View this post on InstagramThe fact that she was one of the rare mainstream artists who dared to speak up on 'taboo' topics like the 'formula portrayal of women' back at a time when no one else dared to, is a testament to her fearlessness as an artist. Check out this video that has resurfaced.
Early 80s. When almost no one from the film world was calling out (on the record) the stereotypical, uni-dimensional, sexist portrayal of women in popular Hindi cinema — Smita Patil did just that. pic.twitter.com/UeStM2R84J
    — Love of Cinema (@loveofcinemasf8) July 19, 2021
In this rare video from the Doordarshan Archives, she speaks on how problematic the portrayal of women has been in the industry - right from them being portrayed either as 'pativrata, sati, always suffering or bewkoof' or outright just a 'vamp' without any layers to those roles. She also highlights the shallow portrayal of prostitution in the industry as a mere excuse of skin show, rather than focusing on the heartbreak and pain associated with it.
The way she fearlessly brings it up, being absolutely eloquent while at it, has been garnering praise from her fans, even after all these years.

Adam Zampa is just a bundle of natural talent and hard work and his rise through the ranks in the Australia cricket side over the years has a lot to do with it. Having said that, the man has also been known for his luscious blonde hair.
So, a million hearts were broken when the Aussie decided to go completely bald - and we’re talking ‘light reflecting off his head’ bald - when pictures of his practice session ahead of the first ODI between Australia and the West Indies, made their way online.
    © Cricket Australia
As fans mourned Zampa’s decision, in a very peculiar manner, the name of Rishabh Pant began to trend while talking about the Aussie’s bald head, while the followers of the Indian wicket-keeper batsman talking about how Zampa was lucky that he wasn’t playing against him with no hair on his head.

Rishabh Pant got new lamb to slaughter. https://t.co/RFHkAOl6K8

    — 𝑨𝑳𝑶𝑲 (@CricCrazyAlok) July 20, 2021But why was Rishabh Pant’s name being involved in something Zampa did to his hair thousands of miles away, in a different continent altogether? Believe it or not, various statistics exist to support the argument that Pant has a certain knack to play on a completely different level against bowlers who are bald.
Regardless of which country the bowler belongs to, if their head is hairless, they are about to get slammed by the young southpaw. Don’t believe us? Check this out:
    © Reddit/EtIRun
Not only has Pant faced almost one-fourth of the deliveries against bald spinners, but he has also managed to make an exciting career out of it as well. From punishing Zampa’s compatriot Nathan Lyon for 233 runs off 348 balls to dominating Englishman Jack Leach for 88 runs on as many deliveries, Pant’s record against bald bowlers has been great.

He has also managed to score at least five boundaries against every bald cricketer he has batted to. With Zampa joining the league of the baldies, would Pant be adding him to the unusual list of doom?
While Zampa laces up his boots to lead the bowling attack against the Windies at the Kensington Oval in Barbados, Rishabh Pant is set to undergo a COVID-19 and a cardiac test today after being tested positive and quarantining for the last 10 days.

Despite his flops and the controversies around him, Salman Khan is still one of the top actors in Bollywood. Speaking of trolls, social media is sometimes teeming with a lot of hate, even for celebrities. It's almost every day that we see backlash, mean messages or hatred for actors. The public eye closely notices everything that they do, and they turn it into mean comments. People have not spared Salman Khan as well. He has been trolled several times mercilessly.

He has been called out for most of his actions, from the time he posed shirtless for an ad to his post on farmers. Recently Salman came on Arbaaz Khan's chat show, Pinch.

In the teaser, we could see Salman talking about trolls. Arbaaz calls Salman "the ever Chulbul and my bade bhaiya, Salman Khan”. As two brothers start talking on the show, Arbaaz reads out hate comments for Salman. Surprisingly, he reacted in a very calm and composed manner.
Shooting or having fun, it's the same with 'Bade Bhaiya' on the sets!

Salman mentioned that he does not check likes or comments when he posts something. One comment read, Salman got 'well-settled' by taking the audience's money. So he replied on the show, saying, "Paisa nahi churaya, shayad dil churaye honge."
While another user commented, 'dikhawa wala acting'. To that, Salman responded, "Theek hai, aap bhi kar lo. Dikhawe wale acting mein bhi na ek bohot bada seena aur bohot bada gurda chahiye hota hai."

Salman mentioned that these comments have nothing on him. He also spoke about how cybercrime can track the wrongdoers within no time. Salman also said how mentioning 'no comments' offends people and leads to trolls.
He added, "People, make so much ado of that 'no comment' and say that he does not want to speak even though others are willing to talk about it."

Most often than not, even Salman's family is dragged and sucked into controversies.

Arbaaz shared the teaser with a long guest list of actors on his show, including Kiara Advani, Ayushmann Khurrana, Anil Kapoor, etc. All these actors are seen opening up about trolls online. Pinch season 2 will stream on July 21.

Former Indian middle order batsman Yuvraj SIngh has commended Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his presence in international cricket by suggesting that he has already achieved a high and respectful status in the game at such a young age.
“Virat showed some great promise when he came on board. The moment he got the opportunities, he grabbed them. That’s how he took a spot in the World Cup (Indian squad) because he was very young at that time. And it was between him and Rohit. At that time, Virat was scoring runs. That’s the reason, Virat got the spot. And compared to now, there is a complete change in him,” Yuvraj told The Times of India.
"Virat Kohli already become a "Legend"
    - Yuvraj Singh pic.twitter.com/lvbEjLvdOu
    — harika (@haarika888) July 20, 2021
“I have seen him grow and train in front of me. He was probably the hardest worker, very disciplined with his training. When he was scoring runs, you could see that he is somebody who wants to be the best player in the world. He had that kind of an attitude. He has got that swag."
“He was scoring a lot of runs and then became the captain. Sometimes you get bogged down, but when he became captain, his consistency became even better. At almost 30, he has achieved a lot of things.
    View this post on Instagram
“People become legends when they retire. At 30, he already became a legend. It was really great to watch him grow as a cricketer. Hope he finishes on a high, because he has got a lot of time,” Yuvraj further said.
It goes without saying that Kohli has proven himself to be a modern-day cricketing marvel and the fact that the followers of the game from all over the world acknowledge him to be a top-level batter at the moment, despite some severe struggles in his form, only doubles down on his iconic status.
    View this post on Instagram
Making his international debut in 2008, the Delhi-born has experienced some heart-breaking moments like the World Cup 2019 and the World Test Championships final losses but he has also become the highest international run-scorer among active cricketers over the last decade and continues to be the only player in the world to average more than 50 runs in all three formats.
Nonetheless, the non-believers of Kohli simply decided to overlook everything that he’d achieved and went on to challenge what Singh said about the skipper:
A captain who hasen't won a single big tournament becomes Legend nowdays. IPL, T20, 50 over WC, WTC, Champion's Trophy..Yuvraj dosen't understand meaning of Legend i guess. Personal achievements in sub-continent flat wickets do not create legends. Wasim Akram, Dhoni are Legends.

I often sit and find myself wondering what kind of a story I’d like to tell my kids when they’d ask me how I met their father. Of course at this point neither am I married, nor planning to anytime soon, but on the off chance that I do, I’d like to be prepared.
Would it be a story of an arranged marriage gone right? A ‘love at first sight’ kind of a scene? Or something almost like out of a millennial fairy tale, as is what happened with the Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds for he recalls how his first move on Blake Lively back in the day worked like a charm!
    © Reuters
Crediting destiny and a well timed double date in 2011, one on which both Ryan and Blake had been with different partners, Ryan shares that, “I met Blake on the darkest crease in the anus of the universe called Green Lantern." He said that at the time, “We were friends and buddies.” And if there was anyone who could climb out of that friendzone, it was Reynolds.

“About a year and a half later, we went on a double date, but we were dating separate people,” shared Ryan as he also told how Blake and he would hang out and were always kind of in touch, but ‘casually’. Of course that was about to change.

Things took a turn for the actor when one day both of them were travelling together. He said, “Next thing you know, she was going to Boston, I was going to Boston, and I said, 'Well, I'll ride with you.’” And the next part is what had us stumped, as much for Ryan’s guts as it did for the odds of it working out. Ryan said, “We got on the train and we rode together. I was just begging her to sleep with me."
As things proceeded and the two decided to take their relationship to the next level, Ryan recalls it feeling like something straight, “out of a fairy tale.” He revealed, “A week later, I was like, 'We should buy a house together.'" “And we did,” shared Ryan who got married to Blake in 2012.

Moral of the story : Begging, if done tastefully and after doing a flop film with a hot co-star, works like a charm. Lol, just kidding.

At the end of the day, it’s all about being confident and consistent enough to pursue what you want in your life.

WhatsApp has started to roll out joinable group calls so that users can join group audio or video calls after it has been started. It essentially works similar to Zoom and Google Meet calls where users can join an ongoing call in case they missed it.

The update will also let users easily drop off and rejoin a group WhatsApp call as long it is still ongoing. Up until now, WhatsApp users were unable to join a group call if they missed it by mistake. The only way to join the call would be possible if participants in an active call would add members.

The new feature is said to reduce the burden of answering a group call as it starts and bring the spontaneity and ease of in-person conversations to group calling on WhatsApp, the instant messaging app said in a blog post.
How To Join Ongoing Group Calls on WhatsApp  © WhatsApp
Once a group call has been initiated, you will get the option to ‘Tap to Join’ in the call log on WhatsApp. You will also be able to see the prompt in the group chat. You will just need to hit the option to join the call to get talking to your friends.

WhatsApp will also show an information screen that will show which users have not joined the call yet. You can also ignore other calls as the information screen now comes with an Ignore button. You can always join the call later from the ‘Calls’ tab if the call is still ongoing.
WhatsApp has been testing joinable calls for beta testers on iOS and Android with the 2.21.140.11 beta version. The company also reworked the UI to look similar to Apple’s FaceTime interface.
WhatsApp has not said when exactly the joinable call feature will be available to everyone, however the update has started to roll out. You should soon see the feature on both iOS and Android as the update has now started rolling out.

The instant messaging app released the group calling feature on WhatsApp in 2018 and has now reworked the feature to be at par with other digital calling platforms. Group calls have been on the rise ever since the COVID-19 pandemic started worldwide and it seems like WhatsApp has finally caught up with the likes of Zoom and Google Meet.

Feeling sexually insatiable? Imagining erotic scenarios that may or may not happen?

Been there, done that. That seems fun though! Not concerning.
It’s normal for your libido aka *** drive to fluctuate. There will always be days, weeks, months, even years when your *** drive is higher than usual.
Most of the time, high libido or a higher *** drive is not a problem. Desiring *** more often is human. It doesn’t make you a weirdo.
What Is Libido? The sexual desire or the emotional and mental energy associated with *** is called libido. A higher or lower than usual libido can be influenced by:
Psychological factors - stress, anxiety or depressionBiological factors - testosterone and estrogen levelsSocial factors - intimate relationships__ECOMPRODUCT__1899__
What Is The “Normal” Libido Level? There are no scales, no universal baseline for measuring libido. You can, of course, have your own personal “normal”. But that too will be a range. A lot of factors can lead to a little or massive shift in your libido including:

Since there’s no baseline for “normal” libido, you can’t stick to a number.

One person may desire *** once a day while someone else might have zero *** drive. Some people desire more *** when they’re relaxed, on a vacation as compared to when they’re working and commuting.
    It’s different for everybody.
The questions you need to ask yourself are—“Do I crave *** more than my personal normal? Have I been feeling friskier than I was earlier? Is my *** drive suddenly higher than my partner’s?”
This might give you some insight into your libido levels. But other than that, there’s no doctor-approved quiz or test you can take to confirm if your libido is high.
Why Is It “High”, Unexpectedly?Congratulations! Despite all odds you’ve discovered that your libido is, in fact, high. But why? Perhaps:
Your stress levels are lower than usualIf you’re going through a time of low stress, your libido will likely increase.

You’re working outWhen you exercise regularly, it boosts your confidence, reduces stress and improves sleep. These factors can be responsible for your higher *** drive.

Your *** life is goodThe more good *** you have, the more your body craves it. All thanks to your hormones. So if someone’s been rocking your world, it’s natural to want *** more often.

Your mental health is getting betterGrowing up in a sexually repressive environment can disconnect you from your libido.
But going to a *** therapist or mental health professional to work through the awkwardness can help you reconnect to your sexual desires.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2122__
You’ve started, changed or stopped certain medsAntidepressants and beta-blockers can have a huge impact on libido. You shouldn’t alter or stop such meds without consulting your healthcare provider.
Substance UseConsuming alcohol or smoking can lower inhibitions which can result in increased libido in the short term. However, in the long term, alcohol dependency can decrease sexual arousal, performance and satisfaction.
The use of stimulant drugs like cocaine may also increase sexual desire.

When A High Libido Is Actually A Problem? © iStock
When you think your high libido is a problem or when it starts leading you to act in a way that interferes with the rest of your life, your higher *** drive actually becomes a problem.

For instance, if it’s making you skip work, engage in risky behaviour, cheat on your partner or invest a huge chunk of your savings on *** gadgets, that’s a problem.
If you feel distracted or unsatisfied even after having *** and masturbating, this might be a bigger concern.
Work with your mental healthcare professional and come up with a game plan in such a case.
How To Control Sexual Desire If it’s been bothering you, you can try a few things.
Do some self-reflectionIs the libido spike actually bothering you? Is it interfering with your life? Is it making your partner uncomfortable?
Or is your upbringing making you feel guilty about these urges?
Practice mindfulness*** is stress-relieving. Try to find other, non-sexual ways to de-stress like meditation or yoga. This will bring balance to your life.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1819__
Include more anaphrodisiacs in your dietAphrodisiacs can increase your libido—anaphrodisiacs do the opposite. They’re foods or medications that lower your libido. Consume liquorice, cilantro, corn flakes, Graham crackers, soy and Mediterranean diet to lower your testosterone levels.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1772__
Direct your energy somewhere else That’s a hard one but sustainable. If you pick up a new hobby and truly commit to it, you won’t have hours to think about ***.
You can get used to something as energy-consuming as a high-intensity workout or as calming as gardening.
While exercising can help you in investing your physical strength somewhere other than ***, a calming activity will allow your mind to regain control. Both have long term benefits.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2123__
Interrupt your urgesMuch like a cigarette or chocolate, your *** craving also passes when left un-fuelled. When you feel aroused, don’t act on it.
Instead find a way to divert your thoughts by counting the stars or perhaps, cars. Play a game that will require you to concentrate. Make a list of all the things you love about your partner.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__757__
Communicate with your partnerIf your partner’s *** drive isn’t as high as yours, chances are that your partner is feeling guilty about not being as interested in *** as you are.
Be honest with them and see if they’re open to frequent date nights. Discuss that you want to connect with them physically and intimately but in a way that makes both of you feel good.
Make your partner feel like they’re an important part of what you’re going through.
The BottomlineA high *** drive can add more spice to your love life if your partner is on board. But can it get to a point where it starts interfering with your life? Yes.
As long you’re not hurting anyone or stepping away from your responsibilities to get off, all is well.
